The fries were cooked in beef tallow, perfectly seasoned, and paired so well with the sandwich. We will definitely be back to try the burgers. On top of the top-notch food, the owner was amazing. The burger was pretty good, cooked to a good temperature with a nice bun, good amount of cheese and toppings. The burger did have a bit of a weird aftertaste sort of like a meatloaf flavor. I am a burger naturalist so maybe they had some spices outside just salt and pepper or something which threw me off a bit, but it was still a nice, juicy burger!
