I ordered 6 items: 1) Sopa de Pollo 2) Pork Pupusas 3) Chicken Tamales 4) Lengua Taco 5) Pescada Fish Taco 6) Fried Plantains. There were 3 different sauce bottles that were place on the tables. 1) Tomato vinegar base 2) Spicy 3) Green/mild. There were 8 varieties of pupusas but I chose pork. When it arrive to the table, it was piping hot served with a light vinegar slaw. The consistency was spot on and delicious. There are 9 selections for tacos but I only chose 2 which were lengua (tongue) and fish. The protein was generously portion, garnished with chopped cilantro and onions. I try the tongue by itself first and it so tender, melts in your mouth and so flavorful. I add some green sauce and boy it enhances the flavors even more. As for the pescado fish, I really want this to taste good but unfortunately it didn't because the fish was tilapia. The unique taste of the tilapia overpowered the entire dish for me. The fried plantains were delicious and firm. Sopa de pollo was absolutely amazing, that broth was so smooth and filled with umami but the quarter chicken was dried. The bowl of soup was served with fluffy rice mixed with corn and some hot tortillas wrapped in foil. I had excellent service from server Jossie L. She was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I would make a return visit to try other items on their menu.

We don't know how the kitchen area is and how clean it is but it's ALWAYS a good sign when the bathrooms are very clean and taken care of.
