Little out of the way, but worth going to. You need to walk here because it's very hard to get parking. The hash, especially the turkey hash, is amazing. The people are super friendly, but not everyone speaks English so just make sure if you have something to say that you get the right person to talk to. Part of the overall charm. The food, the service & the ambiance are excellent. I got a breakfast burrito with a side of avacado. So fresh and delicious. I could only eat half because the burrito was so big. I added sausage to it for an extra dollar or so. I believe this is a family business and they take great pride in quality, quantity, cleanliness & great service. Found place through a Yelp search for breakfast spot. We were here Sunday morning around 8. Place was fairly empty. We sat outside. Service was fast. We ordered typical breakfast food. Breakfast food is cooked fast, but this place might have set a record. It felt like less than 5 minutes. Eggs and sausage were great. My daughter enjoyed the pancakes with strawberries on top. We are staying at the Aloft on D Street, it's a half mile walk or a $6 lyft ride on a Sunday morning. Delicious. Value and quality very good. May be the best egg sandwich I've had in a long time. Egg over med on grilled English with cheddar and bacon. Home fries cooked to perfection. Soft yet hold their shape, crispy on one side. Lightly seasoned. Very good. I'm from New Jersey so I take my diners VERY seriously and this one was great. I would definitely come back again next time I'm in Boston! The service was super quick as all good diners are. We got the veggie omelet which was good, but maybe could use a little more seasoning. We also got the southie omelet which was absolutely delicious I wouldn't change a thing. The chocolate chip pancakes were a good texture but the batter had an odd after taste I think I would skip the pancake next time.
