Half dozen mini muffins assorted, Iced vanilla cream latte

I am surprised of the bad reviews! Maybe they were caught on a bad day... This is a small local coffee/muffin shop, hence the name, they do specialize in muffins. They do, however, serve a variety of other items such as; coffees, lattes, specialty bagels, specialty cream cheese etc. The environment was appealing walking inside. They had it decorated for Christmas and everything looked fully stocked. They have some dine in tables as well. The variety of muffins is amazing and I actually have never seen a specialty muffin shop so I thought it was very unique. They are not very expensive either. The quality of the muffins are delishhhh. They are moist and soo many flavors to choose from. I also got a vanilla cream latte, & that was pretty good too. The coffee quality is average, nothing super fancy, but still hits the spot. Definitely check this place out. Next time I will get a bagel with a specialty cream cheese!

Genuinely a hidden gem. Cute little spot, I saw while driving home from a morning job and I'm so glad I stopped. I went in for just one muffin and ended up walking out with a 6-pack and a bagel Since l'd never been before, I had to give some of the flavors a try. I was really hoping for a lemon poppyseed, but their only lemon option was a Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake. It's actually really good, just not my thing since l'm not the biggest cheesecake fan--so it was kinda sad not to see another lemon one. I ended up getting that, plus Chocolate Peanut Butter Explosion, Apple Pie Deep Dish, Cinnamon Crumb Cake, and Georgia Peach. There were soooo many options, even for bagels! I tried a little of each and they were so tasty. I just know they're gonna smack even more once I toast them at home. I ended up grabbing a Cinnamon Toast Bagel too, which was also amazing-just a little on the doughy side. I wish I had asked for it extra-toasted, but I didn't think to at the time. Definitely will next time! Still, it was really good, and I love that they offer a bunch of different cream cheese flavors to choose from. You seriously gotta stop by and try this place!

The muffins are delicious! Out of a dozen muffins my family wasn't a fan of maybe 2. Their specialty muffins such as the cheesecake varieties or carrot cake are delicious!!!! Service was fast and personable The ambiance is just like a bakery there is a table or two but really just a pick up kinda spot

This review is only based on catering. I've never actually been here or had anything else from here... I was in town for a work meeting. My client ordered lunch catering from here which consisted of wraps & salad. Even though the food tasted fresh, it also tasted like it was made with low quality ingredients. Everything was bland like it was missing seasoning. My turkey wrap had a giant chuck of mayo in the middle of it (not spread out) so that made for an unpleasant bite. When I was done, I regretted eating it even though it was a free (to me) lunch. Can't say I would recommend the catering...

I had an onion bagel toasted with plain cream cheese a mini cinnamon coffee muffin and a vanilla latte. Everything was delicious I was most impressed with the latte. Service was great. It's a small parking area but well worth it even if you have to wait. Store was clean and cared for.

Beautiful bakery! They have the fall esthetic done perfectly. As soon as you open the door you're greeted with the smell of the fresh pastries. They have a large variety of muffins to choose from. I had the chocolate cheesecake and the peanut butter explosion, both were great. Large muffins with a fluffy consistency. The muffins are a decent price for something freshly made. They also have dog treats and breakfast sandwiches. The ladies working here are pleasant and make you feel at home. Lovely place

Not the place to come if you are just looking for a regular muffin. Way overwhelmed with the crazy flavors. Bagels didn't look too great. There was no flow and I had no idea where to stand. Staff could've been friendlier. Wont be on my list to visit any time soon.

Muffin did not taste fresh. Slow and disjointed service. Had heard good things about the chain but did not live up to the hype!

They ended up giving my a egg & cheese on A bagel but it was still very good! They don't use a cheap microwaved egg like some places do either. (The croissant is also a good option!) But let's be real here... that's not why I wait 7 cars deep most early mornings in a drive thru line... The cinnamon rolls are the reason. These things just hit every time man. They arnt really anything over the top like a thick cinnamon bun out of your oven or anything like that. They are your simple cinnamon roll with icing on it not frosting but they are just so delicious - easily the standout. (Sometimes they run out!) They're mostly known for their coffee, and you can tell. They have a hoping business and everyone usually leaves with a coffee amongst other options like their bagels or baked goods. Inside is pretty small with very little seating so not the best place to get any work done or hangout. Overall, they are a very busy place and most people put an online order in to beat the crowd. The drive thru service is pretty quick for being busy and also very friendly. If you're going, don't overthink it - get the cinnamon roll.

I love that the owner Shannon is often around and all the baristas seem to genuinely care that you are happy with your visit. I'm here usually at least twice a week and I really have to talk myself out of heading in more often. The seasonal lattes are always so delicious. Not too sweet and well thought out flavors. They make their own syrups and truly keep things original. For food I'll go with a bagel or one of their toasts on high fiber bread. I like that both the bagels and bread are from other Rhode Island small businesses. While the space is small the vibes are strong. It really feels like a community there. This shop has a great location, right in the center of downtown. The bagels were very yummy. I had a salmon, cream cheese, tomato, and capers sandwich. My spouse had a pepper turkey, cheese, and some other things sandwich. The kids had poppy seed bagels, toasted with butter. Everyone was happy! Some of us had brought water bottles with us, and others had drinks from the chiller case. You order at the register, give your name, and then they call it out from the counter to the right when it's ready. Very easy! Warm and welcoming staff! I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area. My one qualm with the bagels is that they use corn meal on their peels/board/sheets. Corn meal acts as ball bearings to slide dough more easily, but corn meal also burns easily! So, although my sesame bagel had the a great chew, it had a ring of burn on the bottom. I'd love for Bristol Bagel Works to try switching to semolina flour -- still great for the sliding, but it won't burn until a higher temperature!
