Such a great experience for me and my daughter! She loved every second of this class. We will definitely be joining this gym in the future. The teachers were full of energy and very encouraging and inclusive. The facility was clean and fun and exciting for my baby too.

Just an updated review, a few years later with baby #2! My 16 month old is very active, and has been walking for 6 months now. MyGym is perfect for him!! They are clean, friendly, kind, and keep it moving nonstop! My baby has the absolute best time here, it's so good for his development. My 4 year old also loves it still!! He attends open gym with his brother which is such a perfect activity for us. I wish they had more open gym times available outside of our preschool hours.

So many fun activities! My girl loves it here. She works on motor skills and gets to socialize with babies her age. At first I was al little hesitant because it looks like it for toddlers when you walk in but the staff is incredible. They create activities and cater to the age level your child is at. They provided activities for my 10 month old and made me feel comfortable taking my baby here. They remembered her name and it made it extra special. Definitely recommend! Thank you to the staff for showing my baby love! :)

Photo is old. Didn't take one recently because I don't want to show random children's faces.

Ask the Community - My Gym

How often are the equipment/surfaces cleaned? After each class? Once per day? Thanks.

Thanks for the question! We sanitize the entire gym, including all of the equipment and mats after each and every class with an EPA approved sanitizer. Every new class entering deserves the cleanest and freshest environment for their kids to learn…

Do the parent stay with the child in these classes or is it a drop off your child and leave kind of class? I have an almost 2 1/2 year old. And how long is one class?

The classes are parent participation till 3 years, and then independent after that :)

Suitable for babies also or toddlers 2 and up only? T.I.A!

Thanks for reaching out! Our classes actually start at 5 months! Every class is broken up into age…

The workouts are strong, but that's not the differentiator. The community is. You see the same people consistently, and over time it becomes a tight, supportive group. It's rare to find a gym where you actually look forward to who's going to be there, not just what's programmed. Programming is thoughtful and well-balanced -- strength + high-intensity cardio -- and it never gets stale. Chris (owner/instructor) is especially good at reading people and pushing you just past where you think your limit is. You end up doing more than you expected, regularly. There's also real connection beyond the floor. They organize occasional events -- I recently did a cooking class with ~20 women from the gym -- and it adds another layer to the experience. I've always been active, but this is the first time in 20+ years I've been this consistent. That's not accidental -- it's because of the environment. If you want a place that will push you, keep you accountable, and make you want to show up, this is it.

I love walking into the gym not knowing what to expect, and being surprised by a new challenge each time. It keeps things fresh, fun, and far from boring--even after all these years! They've also added some new equipment, which has taken the workouts to another level--more dynamic, more engaging, and definitely more effective. The thought and creativity put into each class really show. This place isn't just a gym--it's a community and a source of daily motivation for both physical and mental health. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fitness routine that keeps you on your toes.

The results speak for themselves. The physical changes are noticeable, but more importantly, the consistency, energy, and overall mindset shift have been just as impactful. What truly sets this location apart is the coaching staff and the community. The coaches strike the perfect balance between motivating, encouraging, and keeping things fun (even during the toughest sets). They push you when you need it, support you when struggling, and genuinely care about your progress. Equally important is the community. What started as a group of people working out together has naturally evolved into real friendships. That kind of environment is rare and important to me. If it were not for the great people here, I would have stuck with my other Fitness membership. Speaking of which, in full transparency - I still have another fitness membership elsewhere. However, I have not touched it in months. If one is looking for a place that delivers results, keeps you engaged, and surrounds you with the right people - this F45 Tustin location is the place to be.

They have many class options but they do seem to get busy because they're waitlisted on the app. I managed to passport one Saturday morning. I liked the trainers, the vibe and the music. The DJ arrived for the class after mine so I missed out on that but I still liked the music. I noticed the gym was air conditioned which was different to mine. The instructor's were great at walking around and giving you tips on your workouts. The workout was amazing as always, it's really as hard as you decide to push yourself. So you could have an easy workout by doing body weight exercises or you could lift heavy. Easy parking in the lot up front.

The biggest difference is the coaching. At the Irvine studio, the coaches bring incredible energy, actively motivate members, provide form corrections, and create an environment that makes you want to push yourself. It reminds me why I joined Orangetheory in the first place. At this location, the coaching often feels passive. In particular, Coach Melanie frequently spends a significant portion of class socializing with members instead of coaching. During those classes, there is very little motivation, almost no form correction, and limited engagement with the room as a whole. As a result, the workout feels much less structured and inspiring. I find myself driving an extra 20 minutes to another Orangetheory studio simply because the coaching quality is so much better. That's disappointing, especially when I have a studio much closer to home. The staff is always friendly, and I appreciate that. I just hope the studio places more emphasis on active coaching, member engagement, and helping everyone get the most out of their workout. Great coaches make all the difference, and I know this studio has the potential to provide that experience.

The pool is useless if you are serious swimmer. Frequently 90°, I'm overheating after 300 yards. This pool is for geriatrics and kids. Also for their pool parties but not for real swimmers. Workout area is great, lots of racks. I hate the lighting though. The ceiling is covered in outdoor parking lights. I don't think it bothers anyone else but it's offensive to me. I wish there were designated stretching areas but you can stretch in front of your rack if that's where you are working out otherwise you just have to find a space. The locker room is bad, too crowded. Not enough lockers. Not enough toilets. The sauna - horrible. It only holds 8 people at a time, the steam room is even worse 5, if that. The showers are decent, plenty of room to do what you need to do. I've only done cycle classes, they are basically HITT workouts high RPM, High heart rate, but only 45 minutes. There as a recovery area where there are massage chairs, Normatec goodies for use and hyperice massage guns....and vibration plates. Very nice! Is it worth it. The facility itself is beautiful, upscale, and consistently clean, with thoughtful amenities like Kiehl's products in the locker rooms that make the experience feel elevated. What really makes this gym stand out, though, are the amazing instructors. Cory for spin, Mariah for mat Pilates, and Haly, Isaiah, and Carmen for Alpha are some of my favorites. Last year, around May 2025, they introduced CTR, a reformer-based Pilates class that was a total game changer for me. I no longer needed to go to a separate Pilates studio. Rob and KO helped build the program, and they were both spectacular. Rob is rarely there now, and KO recently left the gym. In my opinion, Anisa Diaz is an exceptional CTR instructor. Honestly, she's great in every class I've taken with her, including spin and mat Pilates. No two CTR classes with her are ever the same. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the human body, has excellent flow, and every movement feels intentional and challenging in the best way. She consistently brings fresh ideas and new challenges that keep the classes engaging and fun. She truly elevated the entire experience. However, over the past few months, some of her classes have been cut, and I feel the CTR program has started to feel lacking and subpar. Because of that, I've found myself returning to private Pilates studios like Drenched OC, Anodetome, Sol, and Jetset Pilates, which are all fantastic if you're considering a private studio experience. At this point, I mainly take CTR at Life Time only when Anisa is teaching. Overall, I'm still very happy with Life Time. I just wish they would bring more energy -- and Anisa -- back to CTR.
