These guys are great. One of my crawl space vents has been missing for a while and a raccoon family was living under my house. I couldn't find a good solution for fixing it without trapping them. These guys are pros and they solved the problem humanely. A one-way trap let the animals out but not back in. Then the the vent was replaced permanently. I was hearing scratching noises under my front porch early in the morning for couple days and it was driving me nuts. I logged on to yelp early in the morning before 6 AM and sent a request for inspection. I received a prompt response from Eric in a few minutes. He did have one an available opening the same day and he came at the exact time he had promised. He also sent a text few minutes before arriving at my place. I drove an hour to meet with them at 8am on a Monday in the city for an inspection of a building I manage. They asked for access to all units, so I had it prearranged with all tenants. They asked about parking ahead of time, and I told them to park in front of the garage. At 8:20am, I get a message telling me that they couldn't find parking and that we'd need to reschedule. I texted them back that they could park in front of garage, tried calling multiple times, no response... The owner Eric was unable to provide any answers or help over the phone. Complete waste of time, very disappointed. Edit to respond to Owner's comment 1: They did text me ahead of time to tell me they would be 20mins late. They were not there at 8am, I was, and waited in the rain. He ended up finding the spot where the mice were coming into house, very different from what I thought, but he obvious is more knowledgeable and was good at explaining why. It seems like he really cares about helping people. Eric was not pushy at all about offering services, unlike other people. He ended up saying we didn't really need him, and that because we already had a contractor at the time, that they could patch up the spot where the mice were coming in. Still he offered up some real good advice and suggestions about how to trap mice better. Soon after that, I trapped many mice. I called "my Rodent Guy" based on his reviews. My mother had a sudden rat problem. She does not really believe in hiring someone because of their Yelp Reviews, I assured her that this is the best way, to hire a professional. When you call his number, it says a text will get a faster response. So I did. The next morning I receive a text asking "Who is this? What is your address? I was a little taken back, but I responded. He said he could be at my mother's between 2 and 4. Okay Great! First let me say, that the whole text thing I felt was really unprofessional. He asked nothing about the problem. I just kind got the feeling he was a little lazy . But, I will never know. He did not show, did not call. Not even a text. I even double checked the number, because this kind of behavior, I would expect from some kid on Craigslist. Not someone that has been in business a while.
