Ignore all bad reviews about this place..not everyone can have nice things :) Broken screen and lcd for my iphone 6..he gave me a great price that I expected him to try and charge me more when I got there but nope same price and less than anywhere else with a shorter wait time..25 minutes he said. Ran a quick errand, was back in 20 min and got comfortable in one of his chairs..I told him not to worry that I will wait..and he pulls out my phone ready to go and charging! I won't come here again. They told me it would take 2-3 hours and I had to call 7 hours later to see if it was finished. When I got there, I asked about the button in addition to the screen and the tech said I never told him about the button. So I said I absolutely did and pointed to the repair order form where it clearly stated "button is not functioning". His response "well....." . Nothing else. I got a "well". So I paid for the screen and left. I was trying to save myself some time since this place is closer but it was a mistake. Make the drive and go to Sunset Wireless in Little Armenia. Instead of doing the bare minimum they call you and try to fix any other issues that may arise. And they're extremely fast. This place is a joke. read more

Had an issue rebooting my Mac book pro and brought it here. The experience was great! Super efficient and quick. They able to tell me immediately the steps they were going to take to reboot the computer and what they would do Incase it didn't work. They were able to give me a rough estimate based off of what I had explained happened. I was able to pick up my computer two days later and everything was working great. The prices are super great, I guess that is subjective to what kind of repair work you will need on your electronic. But for my case everything was very pleasant. After 16 years of owning Apple products, three weeks ago I finally had my first accident and spilled wine on my MacBook Air. My phone screen was broken. The top part of my phone was exposed and so my screen display started bleeding and would do things on it's own rendering my phone essentially useless. I went to the verizon store and they said I was screwed and needed to get a new phone for a bazillion dollars. Which i dont have. I popped in here thinking it wouldnt hurt to ask and Huzzah! Man do I wish I hadn't come here! I saw most of the positives and thought OK, should be fine, even though I did scan through quickly and saw some negatives. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 and it had a problem with charging through the port. I could still charge through wireless however which I was more or less fine with but thought, hey, if I could fix it easily and quickly, then fine. They told me it was $75 to fix the port and I said OK. They told me I had to change my battery too. $40 for a new battery they said, I said fine. When I came back some 2 hours later, I saw my phone looking trashed and ugly. See pics. My phone looked practically perfect cosmetic-wise before and now the back and front had these ugly marks from being ripped open. When I pointed this out, the tech guy at first didn't even admit it was damaged, said it was glue or something (yeah, you carelessly ripped apart the phone wrong and now the glue ripped off the backing causing damage).Well whatever it was, it's ugly and he 100% did this. It's mostly on the back but if you look at the front, you'll see damage too. I was pissed about this and asked why he didn't inform me of any possible damage of opening the case and he said he didn't know it would damage. Later on, he contradicted himself saying other cases open with minor damage on the side only. At no time did anyone ever mention this could happen or was likely or possible. If so, I would have chosen not to have any work done at all, since the port charging problem was minor since I could still wireless charge. I'd much rather continue to wireless charge than have the beat-up ugly phone I do now! I mentioned all this, and the 2 guys stared blankly at me like they did nothing wrong. Well at that point the damage was done and the most they offered was a $15 discount (at first the older tech guy offered $5 off). At that point I said fine give to me and let me get my phone and get of here. I left and minutes later in my car, I then noticed my buttons on the bottom of the phone didn't work at all! I went back in and told them and they opened it up and worked on it some more. That was fixed but the phone was still ugly and unsightly from all the damage they did to it to open it. Even worse still, I later find out the microphone in the phone doesn't work when I tried to make a call on it. I can hear the other end fine but they can't hear me at all. I then realized they screwed up my microphone too! I only noticed much later because I use the bluetooth connection in my car. I go back the next day and the Pascal guy reluctantly worked on my phone, implying that maybe I already had damage to it and or that it was almost about to fail by itself which is just ridiculous. Their sloppy work was obviously the cause for this! He agrees to fix it and says "no charge" and goes on to say how it's costing them all this time and money to work on my phone, like he's doing me a favor. It's not like I wanted you to break my phone and waste my time either. At the very least, fix the problems YOU created and not blame me for your poor work. It's not my fault you destroyed my phone and can't repair correctly. I'm not the one advertising phone repair and charging for it.... So I spend some 5 hours there the 2nd day, get it back and the microphone is fixed but cosmetically it's even uglier. The Pascal guy said he had to remove the screen to do something and replace something which caused even the main screen part to have this ugly tear or rip. I now have to stare at this all the time now since it's on the actual screen! Ughhh... The microphone did work at that point and I checked the buttons and they appeared to work so I left. I told him how unhappy I was with this whole thing, how he made me waste several hours on the first day there and about 5 hours the next (!!), but he was unwilling to offer a refund. During my long wait, I walked over to the Sprint store across the street and asked about phone repair (I didn't think they replaced phone batteries before all this). They said replacing the phone battery on my exact phone shouldn't cause any cosmetic damage to the case at all and that it should look exactly the same after the work has been done. So obviously the people who worked on my phone don't know what they're doing. And that Pascal guy wasn't nice at all about the whole thing either, acting like I was putting HIM out. To his credit, he offered to replace the back panel sticker thing or whatever it is when that part comes in at a future date but I declined because I didn't trust them at all at this point. The more they touch my phone, the more damaged it becomes. And not only that, the front is damaged and the actual screen now as well, and he didn't want to take responsibility for that. I was just happy to get out of there with a working phone, albeit now a very unattractive one. That's my experience with them. Good luck to you if you go there yourself. I was having trouble with my Bluetooth connection on my iPhone 6. After some googling I thought I needed to replace the Bluetooth antenna. I went to a different repair shop who told me I had issues with the motherboard and had to trash the phone, which I thought sounded wrong. Came here after work (they're open late!) and they replaced the antenna in 30 minutes and offered a 30 day warranty for the fix.
