About to have mai tais at My Thai. Cheers.
    Kat V.

We chose My Thai because I loved the name. And yes, we had mai tais at My Thai. Just had to do it. The drinks were good, the food was wonderful, & the service was friendly. We'll definitely go back, tho it's a bit out of the way for us. The crab rangoons, pad Thai, & pineapple friend rice were delicious. The pad Thai had thinner noodles than I'm used to with that dish and I really liked the change.

this thai restaurant was definitely comforting and had the best prices! i was satisfied after having my favorite thai dish, which was pad thai. it was super juicy and had a great ratio of meat to noodles and flavor. we came during a weekday afternoon so the place was not busy at all. we ordered and got our food within 15 minutes and came out with a happy tummy!

    Pad see ew (no protein)

Pretty good food served here. I have tried better Thai food, but it's not bad. Prices are quite reasonable and portions are good too. I tried the classic mango sticky rice and the pad see ew without any protein. The pad see ew, which I ordered in a 1/10 spice level, was still a bit spicy. It had a slightly bitter flavor to it, and I am more used to the sauce being a tad bit sweet, which it really wasn't here. The noodles were cooked well, though. Nice and chewy, thick. They include an adequate amount of vegetables, including cabbage, carrots, and broccoli. I would have liked the broccoli to be cooked a tad more. Not bad, but not the best noodle dish. The mango sticky rice was quite good, though. Mangoes were clearly super fresh and sweet. They don't include that much sticky rice, which is usually my favorite part. Lots of sweet coconut milk. Also, a little carrot flower on the side. All in all, pretty solid for $5. In general, this is a solid Thai spot. I wouldn't say it's my favorite, but it did the job. Pretty decent pad see ew and mango sticky rice.

As a traveler I depend on accurate reviews to make my selections of food choices. I do like to try a variety of foods, and sometimes, out of the way places. Thai, is one of my favorite foods and I was not disappointed by the Curry Duck. It came out perfect temperature and the flavor was amazing. The service was awesome. I never had to wait for someone to check on me, and they were very cordial and always smiling; that's a huge plus for me. The ambiance was that if most Thai places but still was very colorful and clean. I would definitely venture here again.

    Coconut soup was terrible

I've been to many Thai places, even in Thailand , but I had a disappointing experience. I ordered a coconut soup that wasn't great; I only had half of it and left the rest. My next dish, pad see-ew, was overcooked. When I asked if they could change it or cancel it, they probably decided they couldn't make it better.

Delicious Thai food in the community! Came here during the week and there was no wait for a booth. I was a bit worried when I was one of 4 people in the restaurant, but the food, staff, and atmosphere was wonderful. The menu is full of all your favorite Thai dishes, providing a bit of variety of options, whether you want curry, noodles, or rice dishes. I ordered the Cashew entrée. It includes carrotts, broccoli, onions, cashews and your choice of protein. I chose chicken, which was tender and seasoned well. Portion sizes are huge for the price of the entrée. Your dish is packed with ingredients, not just rice filler, and full of flavor. I would have liked it to be a bit spicier, I ordered a level 2 out of 5, but it still had a bit of a kick. My favorite part was the extra sauce included in the dish that soaked into the rice when I added it to the dish. Overall, a great experience and delicious food. This will definitely be a repeat stop when I'm craving Thai food, but don't want to break the bank.

Served with lunch special. The salad dressing was yummy

Everytime I've gone during lunch hours 11:30-3, it's never really busy. This place is more common for take out orders. The restaurant itself is smaller and it's nothing fancy but with that being said EVERYTHING I've ever ordered has been good. Basil leaf chicken is my favorite rice dish. I made it spice level 3 out of 5 and it was perfect! The lunch special comes with a spring roll (it was ok) and salad. The salad dressing was really yummy. I believe this place is family owned and operated. They have their toddlers in the back part of the restaurant where it's blocked off with a room divider and for the most part of my meal they were quiet. The service is always good and they are really friendly! For $11+tip it's not a bad lunch option if your in the area but I wouldn't drive out of my way to get it.

Pad thai was bland, and the masaman was sour and tasted old. I'm thai and this is probably the worst thai food i've ever had. Then when asking for a refund because the food wasn't up to par. They wanted me to waste 30 minutes just to drive back and show them proof that the food was bad. If you are that insecure about how your food, how it taste and won't listen to the customers opinion or believe them, that is just horrible customer service. Worst $42 ever spent. Another thing was they didn't even know I was Thai, so they wanted to go back and forth in Thai, talking to eachother not expecting me to understand. Once I spoke to them in Thai they got more offended and wanted to bring up the police like I did something wrong.

Pad Thai lacked flavor (not enough fish oil I imagine), but my family enjoyed the rice dishes and spring rolls very much!

They have a series of vegetarian appetizers, but that's not their focus. In terms of the overall experience, the staff is very friendly and on top of things. We ordered takeout, but the online ordering site didn't give us a confirmation of our order. A quick call to the restaurant confirmed that everything was received and already in process. In terms of the food, the wood ear mushrooms and tofu skins was a clear winner. The broccoli was fine, but I would have preferred Chinese broccoli or watercress if they were available. The five spiced eggplant was fine: steamed to a custard-like level of softness, then paired with a salty sauce and served cold. The dan dan noodles were probably best suited for a dine-in experience and didn't really travel well. My partner tells me that the stuffed pork buns were good, but the solid piece of pork in the center was less optimal than something shredded or thinned out with some vegetable matter. All told, this was a good experience. The vegetarian appetizers were good but not exceptional. The various noodle and bun dishes were very nicely crafted. The hand made noodles were a particularly nice touch, with a lot more flavor and texture than I would have ever expected. If I have any requests, it would be for more vegetable centric noodle options.

We ordered takeout this time, and the overall experience was great. We placed an order online, and everything was very neatly packaged and ready to go when expected. The food even travelled fairly well, such that it was still in good shape after traveling home. The restaurant itself is in a bit of a drab strip mall, but it's generally nicely decorated with colorful signage and a nicely kept interior. In terms of the food, the shrimp spinach dumplings were really nicely done, with lots of flavor and texture. My partner especially enjoyed the barbecue pork bao, which were nicely steamed with a very flavorful filling. The egg tart was good, but not really my thing. It had a bit of a caramelized sugar flavor reminiscent of waffles with syrup. The spicy oil splashed noodles, one of the noodle dishes on the menu, was generally lacking: some nice toppings, but not much flavor. Overall, this is a nice little place that seems to be fairly well run. I suggest going for the dim sum and giving up on expectations for anything on the menu that isn't dim sum. We didn't see much of the inside because we chose the option to enjoy our meal outside in the garden. Fortunately, we were able to snag a 5:30 PM reservation a couple Fridays ago. KHAO YUM - 24 This is a 17 ingredient salad with tamarind dressing. I'm not usually a salad person, but this one was incredibly delicious and refreshing. Lots of crispy textures from the various vegetables, some juicy, tart and bitter pieces of grapefruit, and the crispy rice was the perfect fried carb on top. A bit pricy, but a great app to share for the whole table. CRISPY SHRIMP - 32 We were each able to get two pieces of shrimp among the four of us. The shrimp was batter and fried with a sweet garlicky glaze. While it was crispy and juicy, I thought it was a bit too saucy. It wasn't my favorite, but one of my friends really enjoyed the shrimp -- sauce and all.
