The alkaline water tap is always delicious and refreshing, and the tap doesn't bubble and spit out the water after the initial tank dump like the other brands. The ice it makes tastes like the ones that come out of the fancy craft ice makers. There are no hard water spots or mineral deposits in the sinks, shower glass, and dishwasher. And the bonus is that there are no softener salts that can burn your plants. They come out once a year for maintenance and only charge you for whatever filters you need. My California home was just checked for maintenance, but no filters were needed so it didn't cost me anything. I highly recommend this product, their customer care, and their service team. Fixes ranged from replacing media to cleaning injectors, yet the problems came back over time. It wasn't until CFWT came out did we learn that due to the high concentration of sulphur and low concentration of iron, we needed a different type of media in the filtration system than the one installed.
