She got defensive and immediately said it had been "boiled." I told her we wouldn't be eating it and asked if she'd like to touch the marrow and gravy herself to see. Her response was, "What am I supposed to do?" She took the plate away, said she'd warm it up, and bring it back. I said no we weren't going to eat it at that point.
