One day I went to go to Bombay Garden and found out that it was gone! It left an empty place in my heart that was quickly filled by Noor Palace. The staff is wonderful and helpful and willing to explain any item to you, and to help you decide what to order. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable. The food is excellent, with a great level of spice. The price is a little more expensive that I usually am comfortable paying when go out, but I'm willing to pay that because of the excellent quality of service and food at Noor Palace! I would thouroughly recommend the dinner packages for two! They're about $50 and worth every penny. They give you a massive amount of delicious food! read more

Horrible horrible service. We went on a Tuesday and had a reservation and still waited over an hour for food. And when it finally came, they brought out our entrees 20 min apart. No one checked on us, apologized or let us know the food was on its way. We also didn't have a server, just had to flag over random workers that walked by when we needed something. At the end I asked a man for the check and was told "go to the front," rudely. Then took 20 more min to actually get the check. Will NEVER go back even though the food was decent. It is an Indian-owned Thai place I believe. Atmosphere was nice and warm, service was okay and "would you like more water?" a bit excessive; the 2-3 waiters asked if we wanted water refills a few too many times even though we denied a few minutes prior each time. Although, I did ask the waiter for a recommendation of what he thought was the most popular dishes and he couldn't give me an answer at all. If I ever go back, it'll only be on the discounted nights; not worth my trip there. Dishes: -Tom Yum Kung (soup): medium spice level. This soup has always been one of my favorites because of all the flavors you get; sweet, sour, spicy, and a bit of "ahh". However, this one lacked almost all the flavors. The shrimp was a bit overcooked (tough) and a bit fishy, though the spiciness covered it up. -Drunken Noodles: medium spice level. Probably only had 3 bites of noodles, the rest were bell peppers and onion. Nothing special. -Chili Fish Entree: mild spice level. Probably the most flavor we got all night. 4 decent pieces (size of an average palm). The fish was also battered and cooked nicely. Personal situational issue: We happened to have came on a Thursday late afternoon/early evening, saw a sign outside for 50% student discount, "cool!". But I didn't have my student ID on me so I pulled up my current transcript along with my drivers license when asked for the check; manager or son of owner gave me a problem, basically saying I'm lying and I could've pulled up someone else's transcript... he had a point but I spent more than 5 mins trying to pull up the dang thing on my phone and provided my license to prove it's mine like common! He did the discount as "a one time courtesy", though made me feel uncomfortable as him and an older man (looked like his father/uncle) and a waiter stood by the cash register talking and kept turning their heads over to our table. read more

I live about 15 minutes from this place and never knew it existed til my friend told me about this place. We came here 3 times and had a problem 1 time when the old waiter was talking to the 2 ladies for as long as they were eating. He acted as if we weren't even there. I complained to the owner which is always there and both the owner and waiter apologized and the owner gave us 50% off. All I wanted was an apology but he still gave it to us which was nice. The service is too slow. Half the tables were empty and still took the servers forever to seat us (after waiting for over 60 minutes) and the food takes forever to come out. Management needs to hire more people or have better training. It's totally ridiculous and unacceptable. I hope after reading this review they will take action. My family and I have been coming here for several years. We always get the best service from the friendly staff. Coming as a family some of our favorite dishes are the pepper chicken, pineapple fried rice, and pad Thai. The mango mousse is absolutely delicious and perfect for birthdays or any event. I recently went during lunch with some friends and the lunch special is amazing! I also appreciate all the weeknight specials they have for ladies/senior citizens/students. This place used to be really good before they changed locations and moved into a bigger area in the same strip mall. Not sure what happened, but I wouldn't recommend this place. The food was terrible. Asked for medium spice on drunken noodles with vegetables and it was sweet. I get I asked for vegetables, but didn't expect to see chunks of tomatoes and cauliflower. I've never seen that in drunken noodles anywhere before. The service was also very slow. Had to wait almost an hour for our food when the place wasn't even packed and waited 20-30 minutes just for the check. I hadn't been here in a while so I recommended this place to a friend. We've been to N Thai several times even back when they were at their smaller location. We are never disappointed after finishing our meals. Today was especially nice because our waiter went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable since we were there with our two children. He even brought my 8 month old daughter a whole plate of oranges because she loved the ones we had on our orange chicken dish as garnish. To end our lunch we had the coconut fried ice cream which is a must! I have recommended many friends to this restaurant and they've been there several times now! read more

YAS! YAAAAAAS. Our waiter was kinda bizarre. Not the friendly service you'd expect but the food was worth it! It was so good we had the pineapple rice, coconut shrimp curry and my husband ordered some kabab dish off the menu. literally everything was amazing. Definitely worth dealing with the awkward waiter. I will say this is the second time I've been there- the first was an open buffet which was not great and didn't do the food justice. If I have any suggestions for the establishment it'd be - customer service professional development for wait staff and chef needs more practice cooking in bulk. I was craving halal thai food, so my husband and I travelled 1.5 hours to come to this place. We were not disappointed. The Yelp app had a check in promotion for a free thai iced tea, which was delicious! I got the Beef Drunken Noodles, and while I do agree with the other reviews that it has Italian vibes, I would be lying if I did not say it was amazing! My husband got the Crispy Tamarind Chicken which he also really liked as well. One thing I do have to say is that if you like your food as spicy as I do, then "Hot" won't cut it--go for extra hot. I just got back from eating there. The food was good, but it was unfortunately the worst service I've ever had. Waiter comes over and my wife asks him if one of the noodle dishes came as a soup. "I don't know" was his answer. Couldn't be bothered to go ask. Eventually the appetizer and noodles my wife ordered arrived and she ate, while I sat staring at nothing. Waiter never came back until an hour later where he asked if I wanted the check. I informed him that I never got food. "Oh" is the reply and he walks away. 20 minutes later someone brings my food. We went In there for dinner buffet.. They accepted and everything and the moment we started eating they started removing some of the dishes from buffet. We were the last so we were like alright let's have what's left. Most of the food was cold. We were like at least the taste is good. After all of that when the bill came -- it was 25$ per person and I was thinking that it might be around 15$... also the amazing part is owner gave the bill with 18% tip added as bill. After that we had black pepper chicken, drunken noodles, pineapple fried rice and mango chicken...all of which was amazing. The only part that was disappointing was not having enough room to finish it all. Although, I stopped short and made sure I had just enough room for some sticky rice with mango. Servers were pretty nice, but the food was just average. We ordered pineapple fried rice which was served in a half pineapple shell, however there were no pineapple pieces in the rice. We also got the glass noodle which was bland and one dimensional and kind of tasted ketchupy. We ordered medium spicy but neither dish was spicy. After placing my name on their "list" and being told it will take 15-20 minutes we waited for about an hour. I didn't say anything but it was quite frustrating. Then after being seated we had to flag down the waitress in order to take our orders. It's as if we weren't even in the restaurant. Finally they took our order and proceeded to bring us our food. It took slightly over 1.5 hours from us placing our name on the list to even getting the appetizer. I'm a patient person but they should be more honest when taking names and they need to be more organized. They are definitely not under-staffed but the disorganized nature only adds to a prolonged waiting period. Maybe people love the food here because they are properly starving by the time the food arrives! I'm disappointed after driving all the way here by the customer service. They have Mango Lassi in their menu. That is your cue to know that this isn't an authentic "Thai" Restaurant. While I have nothing 'bad' to say about this place, I have nothing great to say about it either. I find the menu lack's authenticity as a "Thai restaurant" when majority of the items in their menu are an amalgamation of several other cultures. I went to this restaurant last night with my two friends. We were personally served by either one of the part owners or co-managers. I couldn't believe how nicely this restaurant ran. Even more so the Thai food was amazing. The pad Thai was the best I had ever eaten. We also ordered ginger lamb, and beef skewers. For dessert I have vanilla ice cream with a fried coconut shell and a chocolate flower on top. My friends ordered a mango ice cream and a vanilla ice cream with special banana, dates, and other goodies. We will be sure to come back as the food was really good. read more
