Wow, incredible. We've heard about this place and HAD to stop by. Hot was quick to greet us, seat us, and offered a few different seating choices, we chose a booth. Host gave us a quick run down of the mist-trys. Wait staff arrived quickly and explained all we needed to know (thank you) about options. We went for the Fiesta Nachos, and Filet Mignon Tacos. Nachos - enough for four people. Its BIG. Make it a meal, skip the entree. Just kidding, get the entree, but enjoy all the flavors. I am back! For another exhilarating review. First, I am Vegan and decided I was craving The Daddy's Bowl (Careful they have a regular one with the same name) It was delicious but it advertised that it came with Sour Cream and it does not, when I asked about it, the waiter told me that it did not come with it, I explained that it should not say it does then but...I decided to drop it and order some Vegan Queso for my Bowl because otherwise it would have been too try and I am glad I did. While it was delicious as it always is, it would have been dry, It needs...I don't know, SOUR CREAM???? Anyways.... The Queso flavor has changed and for the better, its creamier, cheesier and has a little kick to it now and I loved it. I got my vegan chocolate cake to go and will eat that later when I am not stuffed. Jorge was the waiter and he was great--VERY ATTENTIVE. Checked on me several times and made sure I was happy. Of course, I will be back but make sure you change your menu descriptions.... I'm pretty biased when it comes to Mexican food because we're from San Diego. But to be real, this has to be the worst we've had. The portions are way off. We ordered: Rolled tacos, filet minion nachos & California burrito. Rolled tacos were the only ok thing we ate. Has a bit of spice so it sucked that our young kids couldn't eat it. Filet Minion Nachos barely had meat. I ordered it without the refried beans. It had wet pico de gallo & the salsa looks like Tostito salsa from the jar. Nothing fresh about it. California burrito was filled with a ton of velvetta cheese & barely meat. We hate wasting food & we can usually power through a shitty meal but we couldn't even finish a quarter of it. Tonight was our first time here on our first night in Vegas, and we were amazed! We may have come for the delicious nachos, but our party of 5 was blown away by our passionate and thoughtful server Liz. The food was definitely next level - we enjoyed the queso (A LOT!), the fajitas, tacos, and thai nachos as well. If you're asking yourself whether nachos can be a complete meal, the answer is a very emphatic YES! I'm a sucker for chicken tinga and could've died when I saw they offer chicken tinga nachos. It's insane how good this dish is! It's somewhat pricy, but a very generous portion. The chicken is great quality and I love the cheese they use. When they say these are gourmet nachos, it's no joke. Noone wanted it. My reprieve in the bathroom gave me the usual nice mix of music im used to when at the restaurant. Its a problem when you want to hang out in the bathroom. To management. Please dont turn into a sports bar. I love the quirky music mtv/vh1 vibe. If you have to have sports on the tvs, at least have music vs sports tv audio. If i wanted to listen to commercials id stay home. Overall though this location is way better than the freemont location and aside from when playing sports better than the strip location for ease of access and more local vibe. I love nacho daddy! We didn't have the best experience at this location. We prefer the location on the strip. Unfortunately our lunch was about 3 hours here, due to the last 1.5 hour taking such a long time to get our check. We had some of our take out boxes on the table and they were accidentally taken away by the staff, so we were bummed we didn't get to leave with all our leftovers. The prices are just very high. Finally made it to Nacho Daddy (Henderson location) and it did not disappoint. The food came out on time with generous portions. The manager did a sweep through the restaurant, touching base with each table, and the bar customers, to make sure everyone was having a good time. The real gem of this visit was our server, Liz. My family and I have had some really unfortunate service as of late and Liz was a breath of fresh air! Attentive, charismatic and had an answer for every question. I introduced Nacho Daddy to my mom and she became hooked. She and I came to eat and she loved it. Later, we brought my dad and niece and they loved it, too. The food is always out pretty quick and it tastes delicious. The vegan enchiladas with both sauces taste very good and it's served with black beans and wild rice. I love it! I've also had the chimichanga. That thing is pretty big, yet tasty and has vegan crema sauce. One thing I love is a crema sauce and theirs is scrumptious! The other night I had the vegan fajitas and they light them up just like they do the others. With all the fixings it was enough for a second meal the next day! Everything tastes fresh every time. Service here each time I've gone has been the best. One night we had Liz who was like a great ball of energy the whole time! My family loved it and was hoping she was going to be there the next time we came. Energetic and on top of it. Another time we had Kiko who was just as great and funny. Both were very attentive and answered and questions we had. We love coming here as the music is always on point with the music videos playing on the wall. We came one night during beer pong and the DJ was playing all the jams. From 80's/90's to now- hip hop, latin, house, all of it. It was loud, but I could still converse with the people at the table. If I could zero stars, I would. But let me tell you about the worst dining experience I had in a very long time. For reference, we eat out often and have a good basis for judging good food and service. In Vegas, you have so many choices and usually get awesome food and service. My experience at Nacho Daddy today was nothing short of the worst I have ever had. From the time we sat down until we left, it fell far short of our expectations for good food and service. Service was disastrous, from being provided with plates/cutlery for only three (when we were five in our party), to being served wrong beer, to never being asked for refills, and finally given a wrong bill, it was an overall pretty bad experience. The next is food. Overall, not worth the price. We ordered the filet mignon nachos and the burnt end nachos. For a $25 nacho entree, it contained a few tiny morsels of burnt ends. Not worth the price at all. I could get better nachos for half the price elsewhere. Additionally, we ordered the birria tacos. It is by far the worst taco I have ever tasted. The meat was dry, the birria consommé lacked flavor, and, worst of all, the tacos were burnt. We even commented to the server and were told that most of the time, diners do send it back to the kitchen. So, why have it on the menu at all if it's frequently returned? Eventually, we paid our bill and mentioned it to the manager about the bad experience we had with the food and service. The reply we got back was that they were slammed earlier that night, and so chefs/servers may be a bit overwhelmed/worked. No refund of any kind was mentioned in lieu of the bad experience/food. I won't be returning to this establishment; there are far better places to eat with phenomenal service. I would hope that upper management takes these comments seriously and trains the chefs and servers appropriately. Truly a very disappointing night !! read more

I've always enjoyed coming to Nacho Daddy on St. Rose Parkway the atmosphere is fun and the service is consistently great. This visit was no different when it came to the staff, everyone was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. However, I was a little disappointed with the updated menu. I noticed some of the classic items I used to look forward to, like the Spicy Shrimp Nachos, are no longer available. I also felt like the chips tasted a bit different maybe they switched suppliers? I'm not the only one who's noticed this, as I've seen a few other reviews mentioning it too. Overall, I still like Nacho Daddy, but I do miss some of those old favorites that made it stand out. I hope they consider bringing some of those items back I know I'm not the only one who would appreciate it! read more

I had a taste for Nachos, and I planned to go to the Summerlin or downtown location. However, I went to the Galleria Mall, and the Henderson Nacho Daddy was the closest, so I dined there. I would describe the setup as laidback, and I saw people eating on the patio and inside when I arrived around 9:00 pm on a Friday. I ordered the Supreme Nachos, a traditional nacho with beef, cheese, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gayo. The Nachos are monstrous! I should have gone with my gut and went with a seafood nacho option because my taste buds weren't impressed with the Supreme Nachos, and the chips at the bottom were stale. They also went too heavy with the lettuce, as the picture shows; lettuce is supposed to be a condiment and not the main food item on beef nachos. The Nachos cost 25.00, which is costly for Nachos. The next time, I will go to the Summerlin or downtown location and try a seafood option because the family's seafood nachos looked far more delicious than mine. read more

What a fun place. The food is delicious. We've tried just about everything on the menu. The games at the bar is super fun. The old-school music on Fridays are so fun too We come every Friday. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to my expectations. The dish was just okay, but the jalapeños were extremely spicy--easily the spiciest thing I've eaten in years. A warning on the menu or a heat indicator would have been really helpful. The atmosphere was also disappointing. The vibe felt more like a Hooters with the dress code and overall presentation, which came across as not very classy. We first noticed this place on one of our trips here from Cali. We finally got to try it - lunch. It's a good size place with a patio on the bar side. The menu is eclectic, with nachos, of course, and tacos, quesadillas, fajitas and burritos. They also have a full bar. The nachos are single-sized but huge!!! You can definitely share them. So many variations too. We each got a separate one, all delicious. The chicken tinga needed to have some salsa or extra queso to give it the spicy flavor and maybe some pickled onions/jalapeno. Went in with my husband and a few friends and we were able to get seats at the bar immediately upon walking in. I ordered the Mexican candy margarita and if you like that spicy mango flavor then I'd highly recommend it. My husband ordered a Paloma and then got the white peach margarita which was recommended by the bartender and man I wish I started with that drink instead. The white peach margarita tasted like a white gummy bear drink from Jamba Juice and it wasn't too sweet at all. We also got the filet mignon nachos to share. Very filling!
