Talk about a horrible experience! Nacho Daddy had the opportunity to impress 32 people, many of them area grandparents capable of influencing others to visit this establishment, and instead sent us away regretting that we bothered to leave home for this place! Reservations for this large group had been made 6 weeks back. At that time the group was promised a happy hour menu, a segregated location, and drinks for a decent price. The facts were these: Happy Hour prices and foods, still posted online as of the morning of the event, July 1, 2025, were cancelled. New "Quick bites" offered a limited number of smaller-sized options at a much higher price. Happy Hour nachos and tacos started at $7.00; these--and they were small--started at $12.95. As for drinks, the only happy hour special was a $5 margarita, which several who ordered found lacking in flavor and quality. In terms of wines, all that they offer now AT ALL, are one white and one red CANNED WINE with a price tag of $11.95 each. Thankfully, those had not arrived in time for today's rollout, and I was able to purchase a glass of leftover wine for $12.00--Wow! In terms of staff, while our servers tried their best, there were few of them, and they were also serving other customers since the private area promised did not materialize. Our particular group of 6 left without eating except two Quick Bites among us, and two of us, though they had been there for at least 1/2 an hour, had not been served at all. In the meantime, the host gave the person who made the reservations a terrible time and refused to honor the promises made by the manager who, by the way, never did meet with our group leader though the meeting was requested. New, much costlier menu replacing the happy hour offerings, canned wine, one "happy hour priced" drink, and horrible customer service--what a shame! This place could have increased business for the evening and future, but now I and at least 31 others question if it has or should have a future at all! read more

I live the vegan options here! The vegan chimichanga was awesome! Also, I had the triple play vegan style and the vegan chocolate cake. All of it was so good! We arrived at 11 am right when they opened. Ordered pork nachos that were so cold ! Pork was cold , not sure why? We have been here few times and not sure what happened this day . $20 nachos ? We didn't want to say anything because you know what happens to your food when you complain and they take it back to make it right . Super bummed because these are normally really good . I ordered white Queso on the side , it was barely luke warm . We got guacamole that was brown on the top like it wasn't fresh . Not sure we will be back to this location sadly . What a fun place! There is a huge bar and plenty of tables, both indoor and outdoor options. Tons of TVs which is great for game day brunch! We came for the brunch--they have a great bottomless mimosa bar and tons of delicious options to fit every appetite. We went with a traditional American breakfast, avocado toast, and chilaquiles. Every dish was generously portioned and so tasty! Would recommend all three dishes. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and made great recommendations. Great for groups! Anya is an amazing waitress that treated us with a much attention on a busy Friday night as she would on a dead Tuesday afternoon. We ordered the enchilada nachos with the red and green sauce, which was hard to share with how delicious it was. If you love nachos you have to try this place!! They have so many different types of nachos. They legit don't leave any chip plain. The potion sizes are huge I would say share the nachos. I do not recommend Nacho Daddy. I ordered the Cali burrito to-go today, and it was honestly one of the worst burritos I've ever had--especially for the price. The menu clearly advertises pico de gallo and sour cream, but my burrito came with neither. Instead, it was a skinny, sad wrap filled mostly with potatoes, cheese, and just a little bit of steak. For $20, this is unacceptable. You could get something more flavorful at Chipotle, and honestly, probably a bigger version for $3 at Taco Bell. To top it off, they now charge a 3% credit card fee, which just feels like adding insult to injury. This place has definitely lost it, and I won't be returning. read more

This was a solid choice for lunch this past week...inside very cool open and modern concept with lots of seating inside and outside. Service at 1st was a little weird when I walked in the hostess was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge me and then 2nd host came up and after standing several minutes asked if I needed help. Once I sat down things picked up...if you read any of my reviews I always judge Mexican food on their chips and salsa as a basic they have to get right. This was a solid 5 star great freshly made chips and delicious salsa. My favorite was their hot salsa had a great kick to it. I had the flaming shrimp tacos and they are literally on fire when they serve it to you. This was a really tasty dish that I thoroughly enjoyed served with fresh hot tortillas. First timer at this newish Nacho Daddy location on St. Rose. The interior has a cool, clean vibe with attentive employees. Before the others, Nacho Daddy offered a full Vegan Menu. Ok I'll say it....the menu options, quality and flavor have always been excellent! It's fabulous when your entire family can order off the same menu. Wanted to check this out for lunch and it was fantastic! Place was clean and well organized and we ended up at the bar area with a few locals and some good conversation while waiting for the nachos. Was craving nachos on a Sunday night and decided to finally try this place...it was quiet, wasn't crowded and service was quick. Our server was friendly and attentive. Decided to order a white peach margarita and it was delicious! For my meal, I opted for the spicy shrimp nachos. There were plenty of shrimp, but it was a bit on the salty side for me. I dined here on a Friday for a late lunch, around 1:40pm and only a handful of other customers. The place is clean and service good. My cousin and I got the Filet Mignon Nachos and Lemon Pepper Wings, both to share. The nachos were tasty, loaded with filet mignon, beans, cheese, guacamole and sour cream. It also had pico de gallo. The wings were great, loved the flavor. I guess my only hesitation about going back was the nachos were $24.95. It wasn't as though you could taste how great the filet mignon was. The least expensive nachos looks to be $17.95, which for nachos in general still seems high to me. Again, nice meal and what we ordered was more than enough for 2 people, probably perfect amount for 3 people. I just think the prices are high for what it is, and I'm always willing to pay for something I like. Would I go back? Yes, probably but I feel I can get just as good nachos elsewhere. read more

She makes the best recommendations, extremely welcoming/friendly, very attentive to her customers and very professional! She keeps the bar too nice and clean . The best of both worlds! I like the fact that this place has both vegan and non vegan options. It makes life a little bit easier when it comes to choosing where to eat with non friends. I went here after work at about 5:30ish. The place was not busy at all. Service was pretty good, there was a point when my friend's drinks were empty and took a while for a refill but other than that it was not too bad. I ordered the vegan chicken tacos, they were fire!! Oh and too spicy for my palate. The entree came with 2 tacos, beans and wild rice. I was a little disappointed because I wanted the traditional Mexican rice but oh well. My husband had the vegan chicken tacos. He said they were good while the chips were still crunchy and fresh but after a while they got soggy. My friend nachos as well and hers was the real deal, with real meat and everything...she said it was pretty good. We also had desert, she had the apple nachos which looked really good and was a HUGE portion. My husband and I shared churros with 3 dipping sauces...eh, I have had better churros elsewhere. I came here for dinner on a Monday night. The hostess was very friendly and got us seated right away. It took a while for our waitress to finally come over and greet us. But in her defense it was still happy hour and the restaurant was pretty busy. She started off by taking our drink orders and later circled back to our table to inform us that they were out of coke, so I substituted it for a sprite. After she dropped our drinks off, we took one sip of it and both agreed that there was a funny taste to it. Not sure what happened here but perhaps they need to clean out their machine or something but definitely didn't taste right. And it wasn't just the soda, the water did not taste good at all. As for food, we ordered the Carnitas nachos and Chicken enchiladas with green sauce. The carnitas nachos gets a thumbs up from me but the chicken enchilada was just ok. We stopped in saturday afternoon for our regular nachos and margaritas, only to be turned away because they filled the place with eight nineteen year old birthday party.
