I think last time I saw crab nachos on the menu but couldn't find it this time. We also had the appetizer platter which had a good mix. The dessert sundae with churros was amazing. Stopped in to nacho daddy at Fremont , been wanting to try it ; Paul was our waiter and he was really friendly and had great customer service , the tri dip was good , food is a bit expensive for nachos and drinks are $6 bucks a piece , so you can honestly go to a nice sit down restaurant for probably less ; we had 1 soda , 1 water , tri dip and surf and turf nachos and it was $60 before any tipping , and this was only for 2 of us . We walked in and were seated right away. My husband and I started with the filet mignon fries, which was more than enough to share. It came out sizzling on a cast iron skillet, and we loved how the fries stayed crispy the entire time. I highly recommend asking for a side of jalapeños rather than having them mixed in, so the fries don't get soggy. The only downside was that the dish became a bit overwhelming after a few bites due to how heavily seasoned and salty it was. We are at the bar, and although our server/bartender was helpful he was extremely busy and they probably should have had another bartender on a busy Saturday evening (I believe there were two). I visited Nacho Daddy on April 24 with my family, hoping to enjoy a nice meal together. We simply requested a larger table, as our original table was too small for our party. Our original server was extremely kind, accommodating, and quickly helped us relocate. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple request turned into an uncomfortable experience. A bartender began yelling across the restaurant at our server about who would be taking our table. Our server repeatedly apologized to us while trying to handle the situation professionally. A manager or supervisor stepped in, but she appeared intimidated by the bartender and did not seem to have control of the situation. Instead of allowing our original server to continue taking care of us, we were assigned to the bartender who had just been arguing and yelling across the room. As guests, this was very uncomfortable to witness. We were simply trying to enjoy dinner with our family, and the situation took away from the experience. The bartender was polite once she came to our table, and the food was excellent, but the way the situation was handled was disappointing. Having worked in the hospitality industry for many years, I believe the manager may need additional support and training during shifts. It seemed as though the bartender calling the shots , rather than the manager leading it. Overall, the food was great, but the service experience left a lot to be desired.
