To make it even more interesting, I got it with the Impossible Patty (per recommendation). Now, upon first bite, there's not an immediate heat. However, it slowly creeps up. It creeps up to the point where you do find yourself looking for a glass of water or just anything to help settle the heat. That's what I loved the most about this burger. Maybe it was the fresno peppers. Maybe it was the habanero cheddar. Whatever it was, I loved it. Now, in terms of the patty, I thought it was great quality. I haven't tried their beef patties to use as a comparison but I still enjoyed the burger very much with the impossible patty. Only qualm about it was that the patty did give way about halfway through. Though, I find that's on par with a good messy burger. Overall, would come again, especially with the immense variety. The next time, I will definitely look to try the Radio Goat - every purchase supports KERA, the local NPR station!

There are lots of burger options to choose from, so there's something for just about everyone. One suggestion would be to add a dedicated toppings section to the menu. When building your own burger, it's difficult to know all of the available topping choices. The only downside to our visit was that there was a very large dog dining inside the restaurant. The staff allowed the dog's water bowl to be placed on the table, and while the dog remained on a leash, several employees stopped to pet it before returning to refill drinks, deliver food, or check on guests. That wasn't something I was comfortable with and took away from an otherwise enjoyable dining experience.

Grilled Chicken, Veggie Burgers and a Lettuce Burger. I opted for the Lettuce Burger. It was supposed to include an oversized piece of Lettuce but, they just had Shredded Lettuce. There was one other person at the soda machine and there were four employees in the kitchen cooking food. I walked up to the pick up counter and inquired that James was here for his pick up order and she indicated to me that would be a couple minutes on the fries which I actually kind of appreciated because that way I knew they'd be hot when they got put in the bag. I decided to stand there and observe the short order to cook at the grill as he was making the burgers he pulled the burgers from the drawer, placed them on the grill season them, and they proceeded to cook. He flipped him over about halfway through and then began to smash the patties with all his might with the spatula, and you could see the juice oozing out of the burgers onto the grill, he then flipped them over again and did the same thing again once again mashing as hard as he could, until the juice completely used out of the side somewhere in that process, he then took the burgers placed them on the buns which one was plain one had mayonnaise on it, and they proceeded to wrap them up and put them in the bag in about 30 seconds later she proceeded to put the fries in the bags, and I took my order out of the store once I got home which was about 6 1/2 minutes unfolded my burgers I noticed that the patties were spread out a little more than usual for a Five Guys. Patty proceeded to bite into the burger after I put my condiments on it at home thus realizing at this point, the burger was dry as a bone, because all the juice that it obviously assist with adding flavor to the burger was gone on the other hand the fries were great, so I suggest would be is remove all the signs that say juiciest from all your advertising the second thing would be is called it smash guys instead of five guys.
