This place is an offshoot from Austin, Texas and is supposedly home to the best burger in that city. Bold claim. Big energy. You would not know that from the crowd though, because the place was empty except for us. We showed up on a Tuesday around 1 pm and had the entire place to ourselves, which is tucked away in the back of a bar. But fear not, because the burger absolutely delivers. It was excellent. Juicy, flavorful, and very much in in competition with my current Fort Worth favorite burger at Hookers, which of course is closed on Tuesdays because life is unfair like that. The fries were also great. Kind of the craggy, rustic style and fried in beef tallow, which is always a win. Ours were mostly little pieces, which were tasty, but I would have loved a few long, classic fries to round things out. They offer two sauces. One is orange and looks like it should taste like a fancy mayo situation, but surprise, it is basically tastes like straight up ketchup in disguise. The other is actually ketchup, but with a smoky twist. So in the end, you are choosing between ketchup and smokey ketchup. We grabbed cold brews from the bar up front to go with lunch, which felt like the right move. The atmosphere during the day leaves a lot to be desired. It is quiet to the point of slightly eerie. I have to assume this place comes alive at night, because otherwise it is a very confusing setup. Bottom line, the burger is the star here.

I found another smash burger spot! Two thin smashed patties covered with cheese, pickles, grilled onions, tamed jalapeños, and secret sauce! Loving everything about this burgers, definitely satisfying and the fries are shareable! Next time I'll try the loaded fries! Job well done NADC!

Food: their burgers are amazing! Very flavorful and juicy. You can taste the char on the burger. Fries were good too. Service: is good quick, fast, and easy. Only thing is since it's an actual bar you have to get your drink from the bar but it's okay. Ambiance: it's a nice place The seatings good and open and bar is open too. It's actually a comedy bar and honest if it wasn't for the burgers I wouldn't have stepped foot in there but now I'll probably go back for the comedy show. I'll be back!

Great place in the heart of downtown Fort Worth the burgers are great the menu is simple so it's not hard to mess up your order. Service was nice and quick. It's hard to found parking that's the only problem but I'll definitely be back

My husband and I dined in for an early dinner before heading to a concert and i'm so glad we chose this place to eat a great cheeseburger. You walk in to a dimly lit restaurant. On your left is a small, but fully stocked bar, and there's also a comedy club inside to the back and I believe upstairs. Once you pass the bar on your right you will see the order counter to order your Wagyu beef cheeseburger. It's a double smash burger with delicious toppings. You can customize it to your liking. when the burgers came out, they were absolutely perfect, melt in your mouth burgers. Perfect flavor, the bun was great, and the french fries. As soon as I took the first bite, my eyes opened large.due to the yumminess of it all! I really like the ketchup, it tasted like a combination of marinara and ketchup. I don't know how to describe it, but it was very, very tasty. Their secret sauce is good and mild (nothing like big mac sauce thank goodness). I dipped my fries in the sauce too, yummy! Give it a try, i'm glad we did! We ordered and our food was ready in 5 minutes!

We came for lunch. The restaurant is at the back while the front is a bar. The food didn't take too long to make however when I got my burger, it was clearly burnt. I took it back and they quickly made me a new one. Overall, the fries were amazing and some of the best I've ever had. But the burger was just okay and for the price, I expected more. It seemed to have a lack of seasoning and was very, very greasy. I didn't try the cookies but my friend did and said it was very good.

Made the three hour drive from OKC to try this place out. When we arrived Fort Worth was throwing a parade for us, well not for us but there was a parade going on. Once we made it inside we placed the food order. Simple menu if you do something great then no need to have anything else . The decor was very pleasant, low light and plenty of tables. The most delicious burger I have had in a long time ! The fries were just as good as the burger.

One of the best burgers that I've ever had, definitely top 5, and I don't even like mustard. The fries were great too, tempura battered and cooked in tallow. This place is in the back of a comedy club/bar.

I will say this is a really good burger, it might look smaller than what you expect but it is filling! The meat is the best part, literally melts in your mouth. The bread also somehow melts in your mouth lol. The fries were perfectly crispy ! I think their very limited menu is different, but it worked! The price point was a little much in my opinion, but it was a good meal.

The burger is AMAZING. Walk to the back of the comedy club to find the NADC order window on your right. We split one with fries with a side of ketchup and a side of secret sauce. We picked up our order after they called us and proceeded to the bar where you get your drinks. We opted for an Ultra and a Blue Moon which paired perfectly with the burger. Really good burger. Staff is nice. We definately will be back but with friends.

It was edible. I'm not sure what all the hype was about, the guy assured me I'd be back after trying it- but I would never go back. The burger was good, but still doesn't beat in n out in my opinion. The fries were a no go and that's sad because I love fries. They did have pickles on them that I liked, it was just the type of fries they use. I've never left my fries behind ever. To me it was just way over priced and over hyped.

Date night - why not a burger? Stopped in early on a Saturday and surprised that it wasn't busy. It's connected to a comedy club which is cool because we got to have a drink from the bar (separate from the restaurant). Basic menu which I love. Friendly cashier, quick and easy ordering as well. Food came out promptly and burgers looked great. If you don't care for pickles - these do come well loaded with them. Burgers were so tasty. Great amount of cheese. Loved smash burgers over regular patties for sure. The meat was juicy and the secret sauce was perfect. These reminded me of in & out size but def enough. Fries were crispy, golden, and well seasoned but not the highlight. Overall good burger. Good service. Will return.

Nonetheless, I truly do feel that Rodeo Goat does it differently. Came here after work with some friends. There's quite an assortment of creative options. I opted for the Hot Bastard. To make it even more interesting, I got it with the Impossible Patty (per recommendation). Now, upon first bite, there's not an immediate heat. However, it slowly creeps up. It creeps up to the point where you do find yourself looking for a glass of water or just anything to help settle the heat. That's what I loved the most about this burger. Maybe it was the fresno peppers. Maybe it was the habanero cheddar. Whatever it was, I loved it. Now, in terms of the patty, I thought it was great quality. I haven't tried their beef patties to use as a comparison but I still enjoyed the burger very much with the impossible patty. Only qualm about it was that the patty did give way about halfway through. Though, I find that's on par with a good messy burger. Overall, would come again, especially with the immense variety. The next time, I will definitely look to try the Radio Goat - every purchase supports KERA, the local NPR station!

It's a seat-yourself restaurant, and the service was friendly throughout our visit. There are lots of burger options to choose from, so there's something for just about everyone. One suggestion would be to add a dedicated toppings section to the menu. When building your own burger, it's difficult to know all of the available topping choices. The only downside to our visit was that there was a very large dog dining inside the restaurant. The staff allowed the dog's water bowl to be placed on the table, and while the dog remained on a leash, several employees stopped to pet it before returning to refill drinks, deliver food, or check on guests. That wasn't something I was comfortable with and took away from an otherwise enjoyable dining experience.

Apparently they are a former food truck that now runs the kitchen inside of Crystal Springs Hideaway. I ended up sitting at the bar with the Lindas (there were three of them). It was early in the day so I did not join them for a drink, I was just getting out to try something new and support the North Texas Food Bank. The special for burger week was the Zaddy which came with pickled red onion, lettuce, goat cheese, fresh jalapenos and raspberry jam on a potato bun. Their burgers are 1/4 and unfortunately the meat got completely lost under so much going on. Goat cheese and raspberry are powerful flavors and the jalapeno slices were thicker than the patty. I didn't even taste the pickled red onions. The very last bite was more meat than topping and I could actually taste the beef. It is a shame because it was really good. The quality of the meat and the sear on the burger were well done. Their regular priced burgers range from $10.50 to $14, and sides are extra. It is pretty steep for a 1/4 lb burger, and I would suggest something with a bit less flair.
