As Customer - Food typically tastes dry/overcooked. Workers are not properly trained as sometimes you'll get an entire salad of veggies on your sub and other times barely anything. Employees tend to be short/aggravated a lot. Incredibly over priced for what you get. As Employee - Employees tend to be grumpy a lot due to a few Management issues. Managers do not get along and tend to talk down about one another. Every Manager has their own way of doing everything, so employees are forced to adapt and remember how things are done with the manager they are given that day. Employees that can handle the line are given way more work while the employees that can't, barely do anything. Too much favoritism. Bunch of false guarantees during interview. Training is horrible. While having a game night with friends during our weekend getaway, we all decided to order take out. Nadeau's was the choice and apparently we ordered everything. Pro tip, try to order when you're not famished! This is a solid take out food choice. Can I say it was the best I've ever had? No. What I can say is that it met all expectations, was tasty fresh and no disappointments or surprises. Frankly that's what I look for on game night take out time. Get what you ordered and like it! I've been coming to this place since I moved to Goffstown back in 2018. It has had the same quality everytime. I am never disappointed in there food. They have the best steak and cheese and tuna subs you can get. The tuna is freshly white and not dark. The steak is juicy and perfect. It is alittle pricey but you pay for what you get. Service is always good in there , always nice. The place inside is also nice and clean. For whatever reason this place has 3.3 is beyond me. I've never had such consistency with food ever. I had been going to the one on Mast Road until I moved to Vermont, moved back to the north end of Manchester and was happy to see the Hooksett Road location open. I said to the counter person, "you said 15 minutes" she said "we are told to say that".
