Naf Naf Grill is excellent. I have gotten several pickup orders there (usually falafel) and it is of consistent quality, always ready when expected, and delicious. While it's very good, I would not call Naf Naf food "authentic" Mediterranean, at least not the dishes I have had. If you are looking for a Mediterranean dining experience, I would not recommend this spot. I have also found that pre-ordering online is a MUCH better experience than ordering at the counter. Ordering online through the website is so easy. But to order inside, you select your options along a short cafeteria-style line with many, many options. I tried to simply order falafel on pita bread with cucumber and tahini sauce, but it was very difficult for some reason. The staff members were not really helpful or friendly - not really expressive in any way at all - and it was just a very positive experience. Moreover, the inside is not really "Mediterranean" at all, feeling more like a fast-food type place than a "restaurant and grill". On the whole, Naf Naf is definitely worth it if you are craving American-style Mediterranean on the quick, at a decent price, in a convenient location. Just do your ordering online. :) read more

The bad thing about Naf Naf... Is that I don't have any more! First time and I had the basmati rice, chicken schwarma, cucumber and tomato salad (I can't remember the technical name) hummus and pita. Yummmmmm! I took it to go and ate almost all of it in one sitting... But wanted to savor it a little more. Will definitely be going back to try other options... I cannot recommend this place highly enough! When I first had heard about it, I wasn't too excited for a chain restaurant making middle eastern food because chains don't always make the most authentic food. These are the meals that I grew up on-the chicken shawarma and garlic sauce is perfect, the falafel are so hard to make at home so these are a great quick buy, and the seasoning on the steak is so good. I usually pick up two meals, so that I can heat up the second one for lunch the next day. One tip to cheat the system a little bit is to order one of the bowls with a complimentary pita on the side-then you can use the pita to make a falafel sandwich. read more

We love Naf Naf Grill!! Kind of brought me back to my days in Israel and New York grabbing fresh falafel from a street vendor! Everything here was delicious! Pitas were freshly baked, fluffy and tasty, the hummus had a great taste (don't forget the oil and paprika to make it super authentic), baba was nice and the falafel was freshly fried! . The Israeli salad was fresh and chopped correctly, purple cabbage was fresh and vibrant, sumac onions add just the right tang to everything and the pickles were perfect! They offer 4 sauces to add or on-the-side. Harissa, Zkhug, Tahini and a creamy garlic sauce. My girlfriend went nuts for the creamy garlic sauce. I loved the other three but was expecting the creamy garlic sauce to be Toum..and it wasn't so I stuck to what I knew. Just to clarify, their creamy garlic sauce is mayonnaise and garlic, whereas Toum is a little different. The people at the counter were friendly and generous! Naf naf is delicious! We had them in Minnesota when we lived there. We moved back to Indy last year and were pleasantly surprised to see the sign go up earlier this year. Their grand opening was unfortunately during this covid-19 chaos. After being open for a few days they decided to close until they can fully open their doors. I found this place to be very good. I had a pita which is outside the norm for me. It was flavorful and not too expensive. Restaurant is fast, fresh concept. Food is excellent and a nice change of pace to the standard fast foods. We try to reduce our carb consumption and getting the protein as a salad bowl is a great option. I love the beef as it is seasoned well and tender. Chicken is good too. Be sure to add the pickles as they add nice crunch and not overwhelming in taste. Add all of the available sauces so you can decide what you like the best and use to sop up with a bread. The red sauce is my favorite although may be a bit too spicy for some. The salad bowl is a nice, filling portion. Eating this for lunch we will eat a very light evening meal. We have always ordered as carry out and they are pretty quick. I have gone from rating them as 5 stars to 1... I hate this place. They screw up every takeout order, it's unbelievable. I mean, you would think that just based on the laws of mathematics and probabilities alone that they could get at least one right... but you would be wrong. From my past several orders: two different times they forgot the garlic sauce, once the fries/chips, once the pita, and once the falafel.
