I had been here twice now. First time no issues and had a great experience. The second time which was a couple days ago was horrible. I decided to make an appointment online and when I arrived and mentioned my appointment staff looked confused and just pointed me to the nail tech who didn't have a client. Melissa was the tech who worked on me and I had gotten a traditional pedicure to which she cut my skin a couple time. She also did my gel-x nails to which she cut me even more 1 to 2 times on almost every single finger. She apologized said her tools were probably dull or maybe it was just her to which I just kept thinking if its dull then why are you still using them? I definitely am hesitate on coming back here again because I've never been cut even half as much as what I was during this service. My fingers and toes are still a bit sensitive due to being injured. The salon itself is nice and clean. But I will say if I do come back I will ask for anyone but Melissa. Horrible and painful experience. read more

They definitely got the job done. We (two of us) got manicures and pedicures. The polish on my feet could be better but my mother-in-law was very happy with hers. Also wish they applied lotion at the end (I thought that was standard). The price was reasonable. I would go back but not with the same manicurist (Lee). She couldn't do a simple "deep french" so I left just with a neutral color and clean cuticles. The vibe was good everyone was pleasant (just wish they spoke to us more not just to each other in their language. I was lucky that a gentleman was there to translate to my manicurist as she didn't understand basic service terms/request. read more

When I go somewhere and I pay for service, I want the service I pay for I want what I asked for. I told them that I wanted designs on two of my nails, and she basically came up with some excuse to not let me get the design was acting like she didn't have enough material which she did then turned around and showed me the exact exact material I was looking for, and I told her to use that instead and she had the nerve to tell me next time as if she just couldn't do it right then and there I was the only person in the shop there was no one waiting so it made no sense for her to tell me to come back and do it later I'm not gonna lie she does pretty OK but when you're not getting what you ask diminishes the service don't tell me what you're gonna do and when you're gonna do it when I'm paying you to do it don't recommend get your money worth somewhere else read more

This was my first time going into nail art and lash. I was a walk-in. I told them that I wanted clear acrylic on my nails because they are generally very weak. The nail technician did the acrylic dip first and then did the manicure. He tore up my cuticles. I was bleeding so bad. The next day, I realized that the whole application was done incorrectly. It was thick, big and bulky, and the acrylic dip is pulling up at the sides. My cuticle still have scabs on them days later. This was just horrible. read more

First time customer... good experience.. not perfect, which I only give 5 stars for, but still good and I'd come back. They were super friendly!! The massage chair: It was one they altered by putting a massage pad on top the chair... it actually feels pretty good, BUT it doesn't go up to the shoulders and there's a gap where your head would normally be able to lay back and rest... I'm 5'8 and I never was able to rest my head back. Also, when it stops, the balls rest at the bottom and and start to feel uncomfortable. However... next time I'll just ask for them to remove the pad now that I know. :) The pedicure: She really dug into one of my big toes and it hurt,but she said I had an ingrown nail and that it will actually feel better... we'll see. Aside from that... she was very meticulous and took her time.. the massage was good too. At the end, she did mess up polish when putting my shoe on, but she fixed. Never again. My girlfriend went into Nail Art on 3/21/19 for a Pedi and Fill. Two of her nails broke immediately on the fill, but the larger issue is her completely infected big toe. Her nail tech cut her cuticle badly and now one week later she can barely walk and there is pus coming out of it. Yesterday she went to her regular salon and had to get a full replacement set and they wouldn't even touch her toes. They said she should go to the doctor! read more

The staff is nice enough, but my nails are thick & boxy. I went Friday to obtain a fill and cutdown for coffin shape everything looked ok in the salon minus the shape ,but the nails looked ok. When I reached actual light I realized they were terrible, once I was home my daughter asked why they were so thick & once I reached work it was pretty noticeable as about 10 different people asked if I went to a new place because my nails looked like a beginner did them. I came in almost an hour before closing, they were very welcoming and ready to work. I only bought into a pedicure solely because of needing to get home and cook. I really wish I remembered the gals name who did my pedicure because it was the longest lasting paint job I ever received. It lasted a MONTH! I was so disappointed I went to this place. the lady cut my toe and I ended up at St. Rose hospital for 3 days with Cellutis. You defitinely got what you pay for. Be careful and find a shop that sterilizes their tools, and is sanitary. Trust me the pain afterwards is not worth $45.00. read more

So I have been coming here for years, and really loved it until I got a infected toe nail after being cut by Teresa, who is the current owners ex wife. Then she tried to fix the cut after I complained with dirty tools. Needless to say I ended up with a $10,000 bill from a 4 day stay at St. Rose Dominican Hospital.
