Finally I found a nail tech I LOVE.... Hannah at Nail Creation!! My 15 min drive is so worth it!! I get acrylic fill with gel polish from her every 3 wks. I tried 2 highlyplaces a few minutes from where I live in La Crescenta, but I really disliked the way they did my nails. My mom said, "You should go to my talented nail lady named Hannah!!" Great service! Been coming to this nail salon for 3 yrs..Jenny is my go to pedicure tech she is the queen of ingrown nails she is so good and gentle. She is also so hygienic always applying alcohol and her special nail ointment so you won't get an infection. Love that about her. Totally recommend her. read more

I frequent this plaza and noticed the Nail Creation sign and decided to give them a try as my current nail/eyebrow shops are a distance away. Trying a new place is nerve-wracking but I'm glad I threw caution to the wind and tried them! I spent $95 on nails for my wedding, the women who did them grinder them down so much and they were so thin. That night I was putting on a sock to go to dinner and one of my nails broke off clean. I was so disappointed as my wedding was the next day. I was already over 2 hours away when it happens so calling them to fix it wasn't even an option. Im so disappointed writing this review! I was there a week and a half ago and got gel manicure and gel pedicure. After my last pregnancy I worked real hard to get my nails healthy and strong again because they were very thin due to my hormones. My regular nail place was fully booked so i decided to give them a try. The lady that did my nails filed them so much that I kept having to pull my hands because it was burning. Now all of my nails are super thin and PEELING off because they are so thin. I cant even wash my hair because my nails bend backwards, its literally paper thin. My gel pedicure was whatevers for the price I paid I was expecting a good quality pedicure but my nail polish is peeling off too. Stopped in to have a gel manicure taken off. The women who removed the polish must have been in a rush. She did not let the nail polish remover soak in long enough and completely scratched and gouged every single one of my nails scraping the polish off with a metal tool. I've never had my nails look this bad before. Usually they do a decent job at a standard manicure and pedicure, but this polish removal was pretty terrible. read more

Will never be back to this place. First the women doing manicure had an attitude. Her name is Hannah not only did she have an attitude but she was ruff on my hands and was rushing through my manicure. Then when it came to my pedicure someone else was doing my pedi and I had mentioned previously I wanted a regular pedicure from the beginning. Hannah then showed me the pedicure menu once again I said regular then she was telling me to do a different one which cost $68 for a pedicure ridiculous. Bring your wallet... my daughters went in for mani - pedis and spent $160 each - the bill was $ 250 and my girls tipped $5 for each service on top of that They could have gone to a fancy spa rather than the strip mall nail salon for that price It was all the up charges my girls did not understand they were being charged for ... the massage, they upgraded the pedicure to deluxe without telling them , upgraded the polish without telling them it was $16 - you could buy your own new polish at that point - I was just there with my daughters a couple weeks before and this did not happen because I was there - we paid less than $200 for three people .. and this was $250 for two! Linda did a great job with my feet and my waxing. A sweet lady! :) She cut my nails a little too short, but did her best to not hurt me with the filing and cuticle adjustments. I'm the absolute pickiest person when it comes to my nails. I've only given one other five star review for a manicure and it was several years ago, however!! Nail Creation really surpassed my expectations!!! Possibly the cleanest manicure and most thorough pedicure I've ever had! I went there on a recommendation from a friend and the women were so nice, not just to me or my friend, but to each other. They were polite and kind to one another. They went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. Beautiful environment. I didn't have to reach one arm over the next, she walked all the way around the chair, which is such a small, but mighty thing. I don't always feel like my toes are scrubbed enough, but she used decent pressure for my massage and focused on any rough patches on my feet that after a couple days, my feet feel really super soft still. Amazing job. I can't believe it. It didn't take a super long time, but the job was thorough. They weren't super rough with my skin, nails or cuticles. Really decent prices; I got the third package for my manicure and pedicure and including tip it was still under a hundred. They only accept cash tips, so I had to run to the bank across the way to get cash, but the ATM dispenses $10 bills, so it worked out. read more
