The first time I came here a month ago with my friend for gel pedicures, we had the best experience. All of the ladies were super nice, attentive and gave great pedicures. The ladies were so nice that my friend ended up getting a gel manicure, deviating from her die hard nail tech who works in Chino Hills. The lady who did my friend's manicure was so kind that she asked for her when we came back today. It was not the same lady who did her manicure last time and this time, we had the complete opposite experience. Also, the lady who did my friend's manicure last time was significantly younger and kinder. My pedicure came out just fine and the lady was kind enough. But Elsa who did my friend's manicure was an absolute nightmare. My friend uses her natural nails and wanted them almond shaped with a slightly more narrow point. Not stiletto, just slightly more tapered. The woman who did her nails last time nailed it. Elsa not so much. She ranted and raved about her nails and said she could not make them "pointy". My friend didn't ask for pointy or stiletto, just tapered. The issue was Elsa's tone and demeanor. She was blatantly rude about having to shape her nails. She was loud and condescending to the point where the kind woman working on her pedicure had to tell her to stop in English, and just give her what she asked for her. After that Elsa was just a bitch. Point, blank, period. She began talking loudly in Vietnamese to her coworkers, holding up my friend's hands and laughing. When it came time for my friend to pick the color, Elsa became louder and more rude. She kept speaking in Vietnamese and only saying "bubble bath" in English because my friend wanted a light pink color. My friend even inquired about the nail color Elsa was wearing because it looked pretty and said it's MY NAIL COLOR! My friend was confused because it didn't make sense. Eventually I intercepted to ask and we were able to figure out that it was a color she had at home which didn't make sense because why tf wouldn't you have a color in the salon? To sum it up, ELSA ruined the experience of Camay nails and now I will tell everyone (including whomever is reading this) I know to NOT go there which is a shame because every other nail lady was lovely. Shoutout the kind lady who did my friend's pedicure and told Elsa to shut the hell up. read more

I absolutely love Camay Beauty! I have been a loyal client for almost 2 years now, and everyone is so talented. I usually get GelX manicures, but they are great at everything! Elsa particularly SLAYED my nails today, and so rest assured they do great designs here. I will definitely be scheduling my future appointments with Elsa! In terms of pricing, they are very fair and never feel like they are up charging. They always do what is best for you, not try and get you to pay for a service you don't need. This nail salon is just okay. I did like the use of the hot stones, but the amount of time with the hot stones is minimal. My entire pedicure was less than 30 mins. So if you are short on time and want just a quick service, then this place is for you. I, on the other hand, prefer to be able to relax and enjoy the entire service. read more

After covid I looked high and low to find a nail salon I liked and I scored with Camay! Every time I've come I've walked away happy! I usually request May and she is the best! Always able to fit me in and happily works with my "inspo" pics. Their prices are very reasonable for the area as well! (I tried some other places that did terrible work and basically robbed me!) I've tried gel x, and dip, and May has been helping me strengthen and grow my nails to be able to just do a gel manicure. The inside is small but cozy, and they always have relaxing music playing. I brought my mom in for a pedicure while she was visiting and she said it was one of the best she's had! They spent a lot of time and her, cutting her nails exactly how she wanted them. read more

This is a cute shop. I came in on A Monday. I had difficulty finding a place that does dip in this area. I found this place and thanks I did. This was the only place I've been to that does dip how I'm used to it. The only downside is my nails were not in fact completely dry and after spending a. Lot of money. They are messed up. Also they are not clean around the cuticle how they should be. The place was really clean and used new tools out of the package. The color was fluid. But the clear coat wasn't fully dry so now they do not look as clean as I would like them to look. I would definitely go back to this location. I really liked it here. read more

I tried someplace new that's local to me and I was shocked at how rude they were to me. I couldn't tell if they were being racist or just rude or both? I was getting a pedicure and I showed her the color I wanted from the booklet and then when I noticed the color was different , I told her I wanted the color on this book here. She yelled at me saying the color won't be exact. She rudely told me to sit up straight and when I moved the opposite direction she laughed? I was so hurt and do not recommend this spot if you feel like you'll be racially profiled as a dark skin woman! read more

If you're okay with them definitely talking about you and other people the whole time, then this is the place for you. When I walked in, I saw one of them staring at my feet and talking, my partner said later he noticed the same. LOL I just mind my business and let them do their thing. Not only does May do a phenomenal job with her nails, she's also the sweetest and works hard to keep her customers happy. I'm so disappointed. I came about three weeks ago. I do hair, make up, dance and am an artist , so I'm constantly using my hands. These are my natural nails that I just put an acrylic powder and get polish finish to, so far has been working for me the last 5 months. I went to this shop letting the know I wanted exactly that. She said yes top of service. By the end I noticed the powder still had not gone on my nail before painting , I reminded her. She told me "nails are long and strong already. You don't need" I told her I know but I use my hands a lot she reassured me it wasn't needed bc I already had strength. Filled w emotions from previous things on the day and did not want to take them out on this pregnant woman doing my nails I said okay and paid. By the end of week one, 3 nails broke. ALL at the apex ( previous acrylic was not taken off all the way on all nails and some left warped in the apex area) a couple days into week 2, a total of 4 and a quick two days later, a total of 6. And the rest ALL broke / chipped at the apex and hurt like hell! My nails were healthy and long, she could have kept what I was already doing for them and if she couldn't get the job done, why not pass me off to the other co workers not working? I've been seeing May for a couple of years. In 2020 we parted ways due to the pandemic nevertheless, shes opened up her own space, and she's thriving! She is reliable, consistent & so sweet and kind I did a normal pedicure with a gel X manicure! I didn't show my feet bc I don't like feet pictures LOL but the pedicure was great too! she's great at gel, gel X, pedicures. She can do designs and glitter too!! Finally writing about my experience, I wasn't going to but here it is. I went back to get my gel x nails, that only lasted 4 days fixed, both of the girls were super rude and ripped off my gel x nails with a unsanitary nail tip. Half of my nail was still stuck and she proceeded to try to rip it off instead drilling or using acetone. I kept telling her "you're hurting me " she then ignored me and kept trying .It was a very uncomfortable environment, no one was there, she kept pulling my hand aggressively, I just got out of a very bad car accident and I walked out crying after this. The rest of the set starting popping off the next day. This was by far the worse experience. After this I'm definitely not coming back. Both the girls were Sarah and Tracey! No acetone was used, you can check your cameras, I have receipts, thank you May. read more
