The BEST place in sac for pedi's! Le & Felicia are great!!! my pedicures always come out AMAZING! I've been going to them for years now & have also brought friends and family. Not only do they always take their time, but they are so patient & make you feel extremely comfortable & welcome - like family! (& they've recently added wine, coffee, and snacks w/ your service!!!) They've also upgraded over the years & the shop looks amazing. Super sanitary & sanitary bags are used when doing your pedi. Everyone I've brought has LOVED them & bragged endlessly about the service they received. One of the women I've brought had underlying health issues that effected her feet & made her very embarrassed about them. These girls were able to transform her feet & give her some confidence which was NOT an easy job. Truly a judge-free zone. Wanted to come in at least twice before submitting a review. So, here it goes... Hands down, the best nail salon I've been to. And I've tried salons in Sac, Fairfield, Davis, and Folsom (crooks). So why do I say they're the best? Simple: quality of work and honest service. No hidden charges in cutting the nail down or unnecessary repairs or new sets... The setting might appear sketchy to some, but it is fine. I really appreciate that they are beyond competent in their work and they are not greedy. Family business... About a year ago I decided to give this nail salon a try, because I don't like long commutes, and it was super close to my house. Now I drive 40 mins to get to this nail salon, because they do such an amazing job with a great price. Felicia is usually the person that does my nails, but all the staff is super nice and does an absolutely amazing job. Love, love, love this salon. I am not completely positive if this is the same place that I went to, but if it is nearby Korean restaurants then this is the one! They were SO great! I got a pedicure here and their massage chairs are fantastic. They have a huge array of OPI nail polishes that you can choose from and they really make your feet soft and beautiful! The pedicures here are only 20$ if you do not get a french tip or any designs. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in need of a pedicure! read more

Walked in randomly with my sister. Trying to find a near by OK nail place to become regulars. Walked in, didn't have a chance to look at designs when I was asked to take at seat. While I'm still trying to pick a design She (didn't catch her name, but clearly is the owner), starts glueing and cutting. After she asked how long I asked to have my nails not too long and ask if she could do them a lil shorter, she continued to add the acrylic. (Never the less the actual size was NOT the issue). As if I hadn't even mentioned anything. After I've already had my first nail done I asked Wait what are you just doing simple plain. She continueds to say Yes. Final result, regular acrylic nails came out OK. My whole point and low rating is because she didn't listen to what I wanted or what I was asking for. She was too bz trying to get me off the chair. I am sorry to say this is one of the worst nail salons I've ever been to. After getting a basic pedicure and gel nails, both hands have a finger that were cut into and fingers are sore. The pedicure was very rough and the nails are ragged. Perhaps it was a bit of a communication gap, but I learned that because I had a gel powder overlay they wanted to remove it, so they clipped It Off. Apparently they don't grind down the gel top as most salon do. When I went in I had all my original nails with a gel overlay and when I left I had a full set of tips which I hate. I normally try to be a very positive reviewer however, even though the ladies were very nice, I can't recommend the salon. read more

They promptly started my gel pedicure removal in their filthy shop with a mechanical file, instead of acetone, like they are supposed to. I couldnt get out of there fast enough. After reading the reviews when looking for a new place to get pedicures we came upon this place. My daughter and I had an appointment at 10 and we got there she didn't even realize that we had had appointment. She let us sit there for 20 minutes. She was the only one in the shop. She filled my tub and started my daughter's feet and left me sitting in the cold water tub for 35 minutes and told me that she was calling her sister-in-law to come down and do my pedicure for me. It was very very unprofessional so at 10:40 she showed up didn't even acknowledge us. So at that point I said I'm done I don't want to do this and she said oh if you stay will give you a free $5 nail design LOL. We made an appointment because I had something to do afterwards I told her we had an 11 appointment for a massage after and she said oh well you should tell them that we won't be there till 11:30 or 12. My daughter was very unhappy with how unprofessional it was so they started to take her nail polish off and file her feet and we said you know what we're just done we're both going to leave because look how it turned out but she still charge my daughter $10.50. Apparently, Holly and Henry are no longer working there....maybe (?). I called to make an appointment with Holly and was told by a very nice gentleman that Holly won't be back for a long time. He was very vague about when she'd be back and he encourage me to see one of their other "as good as or better" manicurists. Finally, I asked if Holly and Henry still own the salon and the man said they didn't. I asked if they still work there and he said, "if they want to." Note: I gave 3 stars, because I didn't try out their services today and didn't want to give a strong rating either way. I wish I could give a 0. Let me start by saying that any place you spend your money at (no matter how much) you should be treated like a valued customer. I went in honestly for the convenience, I was already in the area. Anytime I pass by this nail shop there is never anyone in it so of course I was skeptical. The first odd thing was when I went in and a lady sitting getting her feet done told me to wait for her (while another lady finished her pedicure). I ended up waiting for her about 10min. Long story short, when you walk in there are a stack of advertisements. I wanted a gel fill which on the ad says costs $20. Just as she was about to start she told me that a gel fill is $30. When I brought up the flyer, at first she said it was old. Then she said that the gel fill on the ad is a different powder from the one that I wanted but when I asked her where on the ad it showed the type of gel fill I wanted (regular gel fill) she couldn't find it. This means that she lied and just didn't want to honor the ad that she never took down. I can't even tell you about the actual service because I walked out. read more

I've been here for the past 11 years and the only person that I always schedule with is Jennifer. She is so sweet and kind. She always greet me when I first come in and she would take care of me from beginning to the end. She gives me the best of the best pedicure ever! I recommend this place to a couple of my friends and they loved it! But Jennifer is only there 3 days a week which I made sure I schedule on the days she works. Henry and Holly are the owners and the are so kind. I believed they are Jennifer younger siblings. If you would like someone who is careful with your pedi and polish, I highly recommend this place.
