Vena did my nails today and I'm honestly in love with them. Her customer service was a true 10/10 which was way beyond what I expected. She really took her time with the design I wanted and made sure everything came out perfect. She was gentle, patient, and so easy to talk to the whole time. I left feeling taken care of and super pleased with my nails. Highly recommend her!

I paid $70 for a overlay on natural nails. This was something I could have done. It was like I was inconveniencing them. I even brought up the concern and they did not even over to fix it. So I paid and left. I heard there is one or two good people that work there but good luck with that. So disappointing. And the photos are taken right after I left.

Very organized and on top of their game and the owner did my nails really quick and they look so clean and sharp . The music and margarita was a vibe too . Definitely will be coming back !

Too thick and painful because it's so thick. Nails aren't supposed to be thick like this.

The worst acrylics I've ever recieved--anywhere. I specifically warned the manicurist about my cuticle sensitivity and to please be gentle. Not only did she keep going over sensitive spots, but I bled on a few different fingers. I had to move out from her grip because I yelled ouch and she said I bled because I moved. I responded by telling her that it hurt. Very condescending and rude. The acrylics are way too thick and not proportionate. I will attach a photo to warn anyone from this location. I know people say to speak-up when you're there to have them fix any issues on site but I feel like I was vocal enough when I kindly asked her to be gentle around the cuticles and to have non-thick acrylic application which clearly she was keen on doing what she wanted anyway. I hope this review is helpful to someone. I will never again give this place another chance.

I always lovey my nails coming out of this place. Let Karla know what you want and she will hook you up with the best nail tech for you. I prefer Cathy at chair 8. She is very detail oriented and my nails look amazing!!! For your Pedi, my goto is Jenny. She wants you to tell her what you want and need and she makes sure you're happy.

French tip with extra polish causing air bubbles

Honestly this place needs a facelift on the outside. I was a little Leary about trying this place but to my surprise It was cute inside . Has many updates but umm their chairs are peeling and the foot rest was very loose , now that's a problem when they have to rest the gel machine on it. The padding on the massage chair is practically gone and the control to massage my back is broken so the attendant had to poke it with a cuticle pusher . The staff is nice and the wait isn't very long . Was disappointed that the staff does not have any extra face mask for customers if they need one Or request one . I did appreciate there sign providing the wifi Password. I don't foresee myself coming here again . My gel pedicure was expensive and subpar . Looks like my three year put too much polish on my nails and it's causing air bubbles at the bottom . Not to mention the Crooked French tip lines . Oh did I mention the extremely watered down lotion. And I just absolutely hate it when you pay extra for callus remover and the first foot get 5+ plus minutes of soaking but the second foot gets 2 minutes or less cause now she's moving on with the next step of the pedicure . Idk why I bother tipping when I know I'm not happy with the service .

The best nail shop EVER!!! Nothing compares to them. Very expensive but worth it! My nails last over on month without a fill.

I'm a ClassPass client nearing my monthly renewal, and this experience made my decision for me…read more Due to a death in my immediate family, I had to leave the state unexpectedly. Rather than lose 40 credits (~$80), I booked a facial for my wife. Yes, ClassPass credits are typically non-transferable--but this was an obvious situation where a little basic human judgment should have applied. My wife showed up, explained everything, and was turned away--despite the appointment being on their books. They refused the service and still kept the credits. No service rendered, no flexibility offered, no attempt to do the right thing. That tells me everything I need to know. This is a business that values squeezing $80 out of a customer over showing even minimal decency. Short-sighted, tone-deaf, and not the kind of people I'll ever do business with again. Enjoy the $80. Karma has a way of keeping score. Follow-Up: I received a response from the owner attempting to justify what happened, but it completely missed the facts. This wasn't a case of someone trying to misuse credentials in a typical sense--it was a one-on-one appointment that was already booked, paid for with credits, and ultimately went unused. My wife showed up, explained the situation clearly, and was still turned away. No service was provided, yet the credits were kept. Comparing this to standard "no sharing accounts" policies is a weak and inaccurate analogy. This situation called for basic judgment and a small amount of flexibility--neither of which was shown. The owner's response only reinforces my original impression: this business is more focused on rigid policies and protecting a minor dollar amount than on treating people reasonably, even under exceptional circumstances. That tells me everything I need to know
