If I got my nails done with you 2 1/2 weeks ago. How is it that you guys fix them? Or do you completely remove the nail and start from scratch or do I have to remove them at home? I want to come Thursday thanks

Hi, if u get the nail done in our salon , we will free to fix in 7days. Any scratch or color come off! After 7day we will charge $5 per nail for fix. Or u can get the new set. Thank you .

I paid 45 to 60 average. Depends on the style I chose.

It gets worse. She started working on me without washing her hands, which is honestly disgusting, and was super aggressive the whole time. I had to stop her to ask AGAIN about the price before continuing, and she tried to charge me more than what the owner originally quoted. The second I told her to call the owner, suddenly the price dropped? That's shady and completely unprofessional. The entire experience felt disrespectful, unhygienic, and honestly sketchy. I cannot believe I wasted my time driving this far for this level of service.

With an impressive attention to detail Jolin noticed that I normally wears glasses and she immediately change the length of the lashes so the lashes won't be touching my glasses. The finish look really was flawless. This was the 4th time for me getting the lash extensions and two out of the four times I had the lashes done at Miss Lash. 1st time at Miss Lash's Diamond Bar location and this time I went to their new location in Arcadia! I fell asleep BOTH times getting my lashes done! Both places have cute designs, clean and comfortable environments and professional lash techs. Customers can book the lash appointments online or call the shop. Highly recommended! My lash tech was Vanessa. I noticed she didn't have any reviews on Vagaro yet, but her availability worked with mine so I went for it. She was so sweet, professional, and very thorough with removing my previous set. I got both a removal and a full set--and I'm extremely happy with the results and the price was very reasonable. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were.
