This was my first time visiting and was lucky to have gotten Tyler and Hannah for my services. They both knocked it out of the park! I got the hard gel and gel pedicure. It was one of the best treatments I have ever gotten. I will definitely come back!

I recently visited this salon to have gel polish removed from my hands only, as you can see from the picture it's just a couple of fingers. Most of the polish was already off nonetheless, it had to be removed completely by the tech. When it was all done, I was charged $30- I could not believe it! It only took 15 mins and didn't even get my nails polished. I will never go back! Simply too expensive; $10 more I could've gotten the full set. Will never go back.

Just coming back to say how much I love this nail salon. I've been coming here consistently since 2018 and I've always loved the cleanliness, the hospitality, and how they're not afraid to get creative! They can get busy later in the week but I usually go on a Tuesday or Wednesday early afternoon and they're able to get me in. I typically just call day of or the day before to schedule, but they do take walk ins. I always have anxiety asking for a design and I usually won't unless they're slow, but they've always been so accommodating, reasonably priced, and kind about it. My nails always last and if for any reason I need a quick fix, they make it happen. Van has done my nails the past few times. She's so sweet and talented! Highly recommend!

I've been going to Nail Nation Studio for my nails for the last couple of years. I'm super anal about my nails and I have yet to be disappointed. Both of my techs are amazing. Super courteous, super thorough, super friendly. The vibe of the salon no matter the day or time is always upbeat and friendly. Everyone knows my name and always greets me. Never have a left disappointed. Aaron gives a great pedi and Van's acrylics and designs are bar none.

A friend booked us appointments for pedicures on a weekend morning. They are located in a small plaza but since we went early enough, there was plenty of parking. There is a Baskin Robbins in the same plaza which just feels like the perfect treat yo' self experience after a pedicure. We walked in and were greeted but they didn't really seem to ask about our appointment. There were chairs open so they just sat us down. About 20 minutes after our arrival, the place started to get busy so maybe appointments are essential if you're coming in during busy hours. I have to say, this was my first pedicure. I had no idea what to expect going in. I had no idea what the options meant. I had no idea what the protocol was. Once I sat down, the technician offered me their menu (is that what we call it?) of services and asked me to pick one. Since it was my first time I went with a basic, straightforward pedicure, no gel, nothing fancy, but I did add the scrub for an additional $10 charge. The pedicure also comes with a little leg massage which was nice. The scrub, I felt was really quick and didn't really add much. They filed my heels for 2 seconds. So I don't know if I would get the upgrade next time. The technician was really quick but efficient. She brought me folders of different nail color options and I chose a pastel purple shade. She quickly did my nails. She didn't hurt me, kept checking in, making sure I was content with the progress of her work. I didn't tell her it was my first time but she still made me feel really comfortable and allowed me to voice my preferences as opposed to just assuming what I would like, so it was a good experience overall. It's been a month and my pedicure still looks immaculate. I definitely would return and treat myself more often. They also have a loyalty card where they stamp your card each visit and you get your 10th one free.

I will never get my nails done anywhere else! The staff at Nail Nation are kind, patient, and detail-oriented. If something feels off, they'll redo it until it's right. They will ALWAYS provide top-tier nails! I recommend calling ahead to make an appointment, but if you walk in it's well worth the wait. Shout out to Mimi for my fuchsia smiley nails this time! read more

Nail Nation Studio is the best place to get your nails and feet taken care of. Mindy has been doing my nails for years, since she had a shop around the corner from my house. Now I travel over 30 minutes to Nail Nation Studio because she and her team are that good. Nail Nation Studio is always clean, everyone is always nice, there's free on-site parking, they have soo many colors to choose from, they also offer waxing services, and the prices are reasonable. Trust me when I say, you will want to make Nail Nation Studio your new nail shop. read more

I love this place but it's my first time asking for a design. The picture with one nail is what I wanted and the other pictures are what I got I don't mind paying for designs but it is frustrating paying for something with a low quality outcome. I've never been so disrespected by a business offering services to customers. I asked for gel and received gel and builder gel and when I called it out (since it was more money) they asked me to never come back. I left feeling discriminated against as a POC incredibly disrespected. I've never treated these employees anything other than nice and have always simply asked for exactly what I want. Horrible business practices and not to mention I got there at 4:20 for a 4:45 appointment and did not get out until 7:26. read more

Tiffany is an ARTIST!! Tired of paying a price that doesn't match the quality? Search no more. I've been to my fair share of nail salons and I'm so glad my sister referred me to Nail Nation Studio. I have gone to so many different nail salons all over Burbank over the years... I've had so many sets of gels, powders, acrylics and none of them would ever stay on longer than a week until I found Nail Nation. They have consistently exceeded my expectations. I know have the nails I've always wanted. All of the technicians are good, consistent and I don't think they've ever had turnover in the year+ I've been going. If u want beautiful nails and great customer service this is the place. Mindy is bomb, but so are the rest and my sister and niece both come here as well. read more

SO good!!!! I've been to so many nail salons all across LA, NYC and MO. It was my first time in to Nail Nation and this is one of my favorite sets of all time. The shape was gorgeee and they lasted so well; they never broke off, but when it came time to remove them they were easy to remove with a light acetone soak and there was absolutely zero damage to my natural nails which was amazing (I wasn't able to keep them on/get a fill once they grew out due to work, otherwise I would have!) This "rockstar matte glitter" shined so pretty in the light and I was getting compliments left and right. My nail tech was super nice and everything in the salon was clean. Not overpriced either! 100% will come back to this salon again. read more

I have dealt with crappy nail salons for over 10 years, and had actually gotten accustomed to the technician insisting on doing things her way instead of listening to my requests. Because I am faithful, I stayed with the same lady for 7 years, following her to a second salon even though her work was inconsistent. When she texted me to inform me that she was no longer working at a certain place, that she was going on a vacation, and that she would keep me posted, I was upset at first, but had she not ended up disappearing on me for over a month, I would never have found Nail Nation. After realizing that perhaps the lady I had been going to decided to stop doing nails altogether, I hopped online to find a place close to my house which had good reviews, and I saw so many stellar reviews of Nail Nation that I decided to call and make an appointment. I made an appointment for the next day. I showed up on time, and they immediately seated me and showed me the massive collection of gel colors which I could choose from. Everyone, including all the staff and the patrons, was SO friendly, I was blown away. And when Tiffany asked me what I wanted, she actually listened to my requests. She made some recommendations which I was absolutely fine with. Then when she began working on my nails, I noticed the incredible attention to detail which she took. I mean, her work is impeccable! I seriously can't believe I had suffered with uneven lengths from my previous lady for so many years. Tiffany and Mindy were so friendly, and I also loved how clean, open, and tastefully decorated the salon was. I'm not kidding when I say that I had the absolute BEST nail salon experience of my life at this place. Even the energy in this salon is lovely, and I think it has to do with the fact that all the technicians are awesome people who take pride in their work, and are committed to providing their clients with excellent service and pleasant experiences. These folks are the best in every respect. I am over the moon about finding this place, and intend to make this my regular salon to visit. So happy! read more

Part 2 of my bad experience in this salon lol..... I went back in today to get my nails repaired. Tiffany accomodated me and mentioned my bad review on their account. She made me VERY UNCOMFORTABLE the whole time and she was PESTERING ME TO REMOVE MY HONEST REVIEW about their business and my experience with them. She was also being sarcastic telling me "why did you only leave us a one star? Really?" I felt HARASSED because of my review... an HONEST review. Never have I ever experienced anything like this. Everyone is entitled to say their own opinion. Tiffany also mentioned how they were the CHEAPEST in Burbank lol THEY'RE NOT THOUGH. I hope this review helps other girls like me who are looking for good nail salons. Like I said in my first review, if you want an EXPENSIVE SALON, you should definitely go here! There's more places out there that can give you a better service with a better price. To this nail salon, almost every business receives a bad review from time to time. ONE BAD REVIEW WILL NOT KILL YOUR BUSINESS. I hope that you guys won't harass your customer like how you harassed me because of a bad review. This will just steer your customers away from your business. And please STOP with the funny reactions on my first review. We went to this place twice, the first time we thought it was a little pricey but it was our first time. So we decided to give them a second chance. We went back again today to get the same services, except we decide just to do the regular pedicures. Mindy over charged us, and decided to charge extra for the pedicures although she was told twice we wanted only regular pedicures. Then she added extra charges because of the nail polish and the nail buffer. So basically she charged us $30 just to color my nails and my toes and $8 for a clear buffer. Might as well pay for extra set of nails! By the looks of it, we aren't the only ones that got over charged at this place if you read the other reviews. The level they charge at this place isn't the level of luxury that we get at Beverly Hills, plus we get free mimosas at the nail salon we go to in Beverly Hills. It's so disappointing for them to think it's okay to overcharge their customers. DON'T GO THERE! Shop around for a better nail salon! There are plenty of other nails salons with better prices in Burbank. read more

My husband and I decided to do a "stay-cation" in Burbank. As a treat we decided to get pedicures. We were looking for a place with a relaxing environment and comfortable chairs. I was looking at Yelp reviews for local places and I really liked the vibe of Nail Nation Studio. They had the Yelp Appointment feature and were quick to respond. I was able to book and Appointment even before they opened. The Owner messaged me and said they had a 10 am opening. My hubs and I jumped into the car and were on our way. When walking in they were already busy but had two sets awaiting for us. The hour we were there I never saw anyone wait any longer than 5 minutes for a chair. It is a well managed establishment and if I lived closer I would definitely visit more often! read more

Michael and Vincent always does a great job! One of my favorite spots. They have proved to be very experienced, patient, professional and kind. Never had a problem with booking an appointment. I can be very peculiar with how my nails come out, shape, color, design. I've been satisfied with the results thus far. The only bad experience here is during last visit while I was getting my full set and he was taking off the old set by sliding another plastic acrylic to pick off the old one. Which was pretty painful...when he could have just soaked my nails and filed them off... I noticed the prices were constantly changing and I frequently felt like I was being overcharged. What ultimately made me stop going, though, was developing a SERIOUS fungal infection in my toenails. Two of my toenails became so damaged that I essentially lost them. I brought the issue to their attention right when it started & they said I could take vitamins & it would go away.... When I brought the issue to the salon's attention, instead of showing concern or taking any accountability, I was told it was simply something I must have contracted on my own. I was also left with the impression that it would eventually go away. It didn't. Once I finally went to a doctor, I was immediately told that the infection was consistent w/ something contracted from a nail salon and that I needed to stop getting my nails done while it was treated. I really wish I had been encouraged to seek medical attention sooner instead of having my concerns brushed off, because I may have been able to prevent the amount of damage that occurred. After spending years as a customer, the lack of concern and accountability was extremely disappointing. Nail salons have a responsibility to take sanitation seriously, and when a longtime client raises a health concern this significant, it should not simply be dismissed.

They also then told me the only way that I could book in a future appointment would be online- so I was being punished for having a medical emergency and having the audacity to actually try to reschedule a manicure appointment! I have all the texts to prove this, if annyone out there wishes proof of this. Additionally, they lied, and said that "due to my several cancellations" - when I literally had only had ONE cancellation, five months, previous, again to due to illness. I don't know if this cruel and vindictive behavior that does not value, loyalty and kindness is because the owners are just unkind human beings, or if they're just so overwhelmed with always being shortstaffed that they've decided the only way to handle their personal upset is to take it out on loyal customers. Doesn't matter. I immediately rescheduled with an outstanding manicure salon that just opened literally five minutes from them, and so far those two appointments have been outstanding. Bel-Air Nails. I think the salon should make sure technicians are properly trained and that the quality matches the prices being charged. No one has time to go back to fix things

I got long coffin GelX and I was honestly so worried about them popping off (my first time with GelX) BUT I've had them on for ~3 weeks by now and they have stayed just as stuck as the first day! My mom got short square acrylics with gel French and she LOVED them! The guy who helped her listened to all of our requests and did them so seamlessly! They aren't super thick and they have a great shape! Pricing was honestly not bad IMO my GelX cost 65$ and the acrylics cost 70$ which for the quality and service I think is not bad read more

I've been coming here for my nails and I can't recommend this place enough! Tiffany is absolutely amazing, she's so thorough, pays attention to every detail, and my nails never break. On top of that, her designs are always beautiful and exactly what I ask for (if not better!). The salon itself is very clean, and the whole team is so kind and accommodating. While I do give them credit for cleanliness of the salon the service is not so great. No customer…read moreinteraction (which I really don't care about) more importantly the pedicure was not great, my cuticle skin is still hanging off my toes, I had to cut it once home, the nail polish application is clumpy, he didn't even bother cleaning off the nail polish he got on my skin! This was the first time I came to this nail salon and it will be the last time, unfortunately. I wish they did better, it is so close to where I live so this was a huge disappointment. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

This is a great little shop with plenty of seats and efficient service. I've called ahead to make…read morean appt, but walk-ins are also acceptable. There's plenty of options as far as colors and services. Gems and designs are available upon request. You can ask for a specific person to service you, but I haven't. Quality and processes seem uniform across the board, so you can't go wrong. Prices are reasonable. I get a regular pedicure - with time in the massage chair - for $30. A gel manicure is $40. Pay via cash, card, Apple Pay, Venmo or Zelle. If there isn't a wait, you should be in and out in about 30-45 minutes. This is a no-nonsense, no-frills salon, just how I like them. Up-charges are available if you personally prefer a more elaborate and lavish experience. People don't really chat here. There's always good music playing. Again, works for me! Parking is a bit compact, but usually easy to find. This plaza also contains a few eateries, a smoke shop, and some other retail places.

I recently came in for hard gel / builder gel nail removal, and unfortunately the experience was…read moreextremely painful. I would rate the pain around a 7 out of 10. During the removal process, the electric drill used to remove the gel felt like it was scraping my actual nail, not just the gel. It was very uncomfortable and painful while it was happening. In addition, the UV curing light was left on each nail for too long, which caused a strong burning sensation. Another tool was used underneath my nails (possibly to clean underneath them), but it involved filing under the nail, which was painful both during the process and afterward. By the end of the appointment, my nails and fingertips were throbbing and stinging, and I was sweating throughout the service from how uncomfortable it was. There also seemed to be a bit of a language barrier or miscommunication when discussing the nail shape. I was initially asked what shape I wanted and we said almond, but it was later switched to oval. I was completely fine with that (it's actually what I wanted), but the change wasn't clearly communicated verbally until I asked again to clarify the shape. The technician herself was very nice and sweet, and I appreciate her kindness during the appointment. However, the level of pain during the process felt torturous, and because of that I would not return for this service again.
