I liked that the form asked questions like how talkative you would like your masseuse to be, if you have any injuries/tender spots, and preferred pressure firmness. My partner had booked us the "Escape Together" package which included a 20-minute copper bath and 60-minute couples massage in the outdoor cabana. The bath was totally relaxing and the jets turning off signaled the end of our 20-minute soak. We returned to the relaxation room where we were greeted by our masseuses Rachel and Lana who guided us to the cabana. We were prompted to choose our preferred essential oil for the aromatherapy concept. Lana provided a very relaxing massage for me and was very sweet. I would have enjoyed firmer pressure but I think it was my fault for circling "Gentle" on the form. I usually go to more budget-friendly Asian spas where their default pressure is usually quite rough. My partner said she enjoyed her massage with Rachel as well. After the massage, they brought us some iced tea and let us know that we were welcome to use the dry sauna and encouraged us to stay hydrated. worst massage in town. no lie…read more at least for my experience. i brought my girlfriend here for a couple massage for her birthday. 90 minute couples massage. first five minutes was mild at best. we had to ask them to massage with a little bit more effort. shortly after it was pure sharp elbows, digging into our backs from the weight of their bodies, which overhang above. they use gravity and their elbows in an effort to avoid actually expanding effort or using their muscles at all. i don't know about you, but that's not a massage to me. shortly after i looked over to my side to notice that the man that was massaging, my girlfriend was sitting down on the bed lightly massaging her upper back with no more than a few fingers contact. there was no effort or work there. just sitting lounging doing the absolute minimum contact possible. this was almost the same for me however, my masseuse, also using only one hand, would pause for many seconds at a time before exerting some pressure then again another break of many seconds before pressure again. she was systematically conserving energy and then applying the minimum level of pressure from one hand only. after a couple warnings, she finally started to get that. i am not gonna leave us alone and she started massaging more correctly. then excuse the man who was pretending to massage my girlfriend and replaced him with a woman that was massaging me. then they sent one man to massage me who was lazy and barely doing anything so let him go when they sent him them yet. another one who is doing the same thing. at about 45 minutes i finally told him to leave me alone and just continue with my girlfriend. i don't know how it's possible that others aren't reporting this more often, but i cannot speak on what i do not know but what i do know is if you are sore, tired, and just looking for some muscle, relief and relaxation and you expect some discernible level of quality and effort than do not come here. these people do not care at all about giving you a good experience and i gave them multiple chances they are lazy and do not care about their customers at least not for my girlfriend and i if you doubt me at all, please read my other reviews. i'm very honest in my reviews and i take great care to be fair. and i write these to help others. it certainly doesn't provide me any benefit other than that. thank you for reading and feel free to contact me if you'd like more information

First, Jana knew that my sweetheart and I don't drink alcohol, so Jana prepared non-alcoholic champagne! This was a special treat for us, as normally, we simply deny the alcohol and swallow the cost (that's already included in the deal). It was incredibly thoughtful of Jana to have something else prepared for us to enjoy. Along with the non-alcoholic champagne, she prepared clarifying mint tea, coffee, and sparkling mineral water. I think it has been about 5-6 years since I last came here. One thing I really like about this place is that they provide Aveda products that customers can use while enjoying the sauna. They have shampoo, conditioner, and soap available, and anyone using the sauna can use them. They also have various wet saunas, dry saunas, a cold plunge pool, a hot pool, and other facilities. One downside is that they do not provide bathrobes and indoor slippers. I found this especially inconvenient because you have to walk around the facility without either one. Another thing that really surprised me was the food prices. I know prices are expensive everywhere these days, but the prices here seemed especially high. A single bowl of ramen is $14.99 + tax, and most of the other dishes are around $27.99-$30.00. From what people around me who have tried the food here told me, the taste isn't particularly good either, so I personally don't think the food is worth the price. Something else happened when I first arrived that annoyed me a little. The female staff member gave me locker #44. In East Asian culture, the number 4 is associated with death, so it is a number many people prefer to avoid. Getting double 4s made me feel uncomfortable, so I asked if I could have a different locker number. Finally, she gave me #26 instead. Overall, this is a small, clean, and quiet spa, so I think it is a good place for people who don't like loud, crowded, and noisy environments. I also think it is a good option for people who prefer a traditional women-only sauna area and don't like having men in the women's area. (OMG. I really don't like that -- having men in the women's sauna area. I actually had that happen to me at another sauna once, and it really freaked me out.) However, I really wish they would provide bathrobes and indoor slippers. That is probably my biggest complaint about this place. For parking, you can park in the H Mart parking lot, and with validation, you can park for up to 6 hours.
