I have so many good things to say about this gorgeous nail salon. Always impeccable work, efficient, and they take care to look after your nail health during removals. I get gel extension manicures and normal polish pedicures, and the attention to detail on both services is always there. I have never had to call out a flaw in shaping or coverage, it is always noticed and rectified before I even see it myself. I can honestly say I have never left with a single complaint about my mani or pedi. It always looks perfect. The salon itself is also beautiful and classy. Again with attention to detail, the polish displays are lovely, the pedicure chairs and stations are cute, there is intentional wall decor that all comes together to make it feel relaxing and special even being right on busy Hollywood blvd. This is a newer nail shop in the area & I'm so grateful they opened up! It's decorated super cute and sometimes they have a dog there to greet you (Mimi). I've been going for a couple months now and have had my nails done by two different people and I am pleased with both! I get builder gel & have had 0 issues with lifting or my nails breaking. Came in here to try it out because of all the reviews. A girl was in there before me for a pedicure, her pedicure started about 15 minutes before mine. The owner said she could take me in about 10 minutes so I waited. Upon arrival I added time to my meter, an hour. The owner seemed annoyed, like she was being inconvenienced by me... a customer. I still gave it a chance which I regret because she rushed through it. The girl sitting next to me had not even gotten polishing added by the time my "pedicure" was done. She was rude, rushed, seemed annoyed and my pedicure was terrible. I still have so much cuticle around my toes which she didn't remove. Will never come back here again. Posted a picture of the meter showing I still had 39 minutes remaining from when I added 1 hour from the moment she arrived to the salon. She essentially charged me $40 for a polish. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL PLACE. (Even after posting this they texted me to stop "attacking" them when all I did was post my experience. Very unprofessional) I was very disappointed with my experience at the salon. 1. I booked my appointment with a specific nail technician, but when I arrived, I was assigned to someone else. When I brought this up, I was told that it was my responsibility to ask who would be doing my nails and that I should have confirmed this myself in order to make sure I was seen by the technician I had originally booked with. 2. From the beginning of the appointment, my nail technician, Monica, seemed upset or bothered, which made me feel uncomfortable throughout the service. 3. The nail design I received looked nothing like the reference I showed. I tried to explain what I wanted, but there was still confusion. To make things easier and avoid any further issues, I decided to ask for a single solid color instead. 4. Even after switching to a plain color, the polish was still uneven, with areas around the edges and tips missing color. In addition, there is visible glue underneath my nails, making the application look messy and unfinished. I chose not to ask for additional corrections because Monica already seemed frustrated, and I didn't feel comfortable bringing up more concerns. 5. I also brought my little sister for a manicure, and during her service, she was accidentally cut badly enough that she started bleeding. That was very concerning and should have been handled with greater care. After the appointment, I decided to call the salon directly to see what could be done about the situation. During the call, I was initially told that I could receive a refund, and I agreed to that. I then asked how the refund would be processed and whether they needed my card information or any other information from me. The employee told me she was going to call me back. As I was asking if she needed my phone number, she hung up on me. I called the salon back, and I was then told that I actually I would need to come back into the salon and bring my sister with me so they could remove the work that had been done before issuing the refund. I explained that my sister was now out of town and would not be able to return to the salon. At the end I agreed to leave it but mentioned that the way they handled the whole situation was not ok and I would not going back. After all of this, the salon called me back and asked me to send pictures of my nails so they could see what I was referring to. Once they saw the pictures, they apologized and acknowledged the issues I had described. They ultimately issued me a refund. I appreciate that they eventually reviewed the situation, apologized, and issued the refund. However, I was very disappointed that it took multiple phone calls and additional explanation before the situation was resolved. Overall, this experience did not meet the level of quality or customer service I expected from the salon. read more

This salon just opened up so I wanted to check it out. I came early and was seen right away. Jenny started working on my nails and I showed her a picture of the design I wanted and she understood immediately what I was going for. I received the Gel X manicure and the appointment was about an hour or so, literally the quickest nail appointment I've had. The design was perfectly executed I was so happy with it, and no pain!! Such a welcome addition to the neighborhood. I really enjoyed the decor and ambience, and the customer service was on point even on a busy day when I came in with 2 friends for a same-day appointment. We all received a choice of red wine or tea, bottled water, and candy. My spa pedicure was heavenly. I enjoyed the different scrubs and the massage pressure was perfect for me.
