I'm so glad I gave this place a try. Tom did my nails, and he was amazing. He was very gentle, confident, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. My nails came out beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, everyone greeted me with smiles, and they got me in right away. The customer service was excellent, and the entire experience was relaxing and welcoming. I also have to mention how comfortable their chairs are! So many nail salons have uncomfortable chairs, but these were incredibly comfortable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. This was honestly the best nail salon experience I've had in a long time. I think I've finally found my new nail home. Thank you, Tom, and everyone at Jade Nail Bar! I'll definitely be back.

They sit me down and she says $15. I said, the wall says $10. She says something I can't understand and says $15. I asked someone else why $15 if the wall says $10 and she also tries to explain to me but the language barrier doesn't help. I still sat down to get them removed because I needed them gone by tomorrow and wouldn't make it back to my original nail salon in time before they closed. And they were the closest with the better reviews to where I currently was. The manicurist was nice during my time there. She took such great care of my cuticles and was very careful with the gel application. When I was done, Madison came over and even told me that if I had any problems after my appointment that there is a 10 day warranty and they would fix it. It's now 3 weeks later, and there is still no lifting on the gel. I don't live near here, but from now on, whenever I visit LA I will definitely get my nails done here. They provide great service at a great price! I'm still so happy with my nails!

Initially, I was excited to find this place in West Hollywood for a fair price, but too many people go here. The nail techs are very sweet, but one of them was unnecessarily aggressive with my toes, causing them to bleed during the pedicure, and trapping blood under the toenail ever since. I got a mani pedi right before Mardi Gras in February, and the manicure chipped 2 days later. It got worse by the day and was just disgraceful after five days. It took me four times to call and request a refund, many back-and-forth text messages which resulted in the nail tech thinking I was trying to scam her before finally refunding a fraction of the cost. Y'all got the wrong focus in your hustle. You need higher sanitation practices and training that's delicate & does not cause bleeding. I'm going to have to go to the doctor for this, and I want a full refund on the pedicure. Worse nail job ever. Detrimental truthfully. Stay away from this place

I just got a simple French gel manicure but within a few days, two of my nails broke. I called to see if they could help fix them but the manager got super defensive and blamed me for not getting acrylics. She even snapped at me and asked, "Well, what do you want from us?" in a really rude tone. I went in the next day, hoping things would go better but I was greeted with the same attitude from both the manager and another employee. The nail tech looked at my nails and started lecturing me about why I shouldn't have gotten gel, in a really condescending way. I brushed it off and agreed to the extra charge they mentioned. While fixing my nails, the manager put an extension on one and started filing the other one that was still breaking. I calmly asked, "Should we just cut this nail?" and out of nowhere, she started yelling at me and literally spitting while she spoke. She was shouting something like "NO, I'M GOING TO--" and basically forced her own plan without letting me finish. At that point, I was so overwhelmed and emotional I honestly almost cried. I've never felt that disrespected at a business before. The nails didn't even turn out that great but I was too scared and uncomfortable to say anything, so I just left. Please don't go here. Then they said I didn't need to buy the Groupon online because they would honor the same price if I paid at the salon. When I arrived, I chose the $40 spa pedicure with gel polish (including the massage and hot stones). An elderly technician started my pedicure, but the gel polish application was extremely poor. The polish was uneven, messy, and streaky. It honestly looked like someone with no experience had applied it. I was so uncomfortable with the quality that I asked them to stop before the service was completed. I only asked them to remove my old gel polish and wanted to pay only for the work that they actually did. Instead, they tried to charge me for the full service They claimed the price included $7 for an acrylic repair, $5 for gel removal, and $35 for the pedicure service, even though the gel pedicure was never completed. After arguing, they lowered it to $37, which still made no sense because I never received the full service. Then it got even worse. When I offered to pay by credit card, they suddenly said their card machine was "BROKEN" and demanded cash only. There was no sign anywhere saying cash only. They even told me to go to an ATM and withdraw cash. I refused because I wasn't going to pay ATM fees after receiving terrible service. In the end, I purchased the Groupon on the spot for $40 and used that instead, because they had originally told me they would accept it. The owner of this salon actually scammed me. I didn't receive the service I paid for, yet they repeatedly tried to charge me as if I had. The quality and the customer service was terrible, and the way they handled the payment made me feel like I was being scammed. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else please!!
