This is no shade towards cindy she does an amazing job and she was not here today for this incident. I've been coming to this same nail salon for months and I went in to get a fill, i was out of town last time i got my nails done so it was a different salon but it was hours away. A male worker asked if I got my nails done there i said no but that i come here regularly. He asks me multiple times where I got them done and starts giving me attitude. he starts being aggressive while doing my nails and was hurting my arm and fingers. I even asked him if he needed me to move my arm and he laughed and said no. he is talking to his coworkers in a different language and it's very obvious they were talking about me, they didn't even try to hide it. he then says they are going to charge me for a new set and i said that was okay with me but if they can take off the old nails and put a new set on he says no and we are going back and fourth. Another worker says that they are charging me a new set because the nails are old i said i didn't have a problem with the price but if they can put a new set on me they say no. a customer over hears them and starts telling me that its wrong for them to charge me for a service they are not doing since they only did the fill. I was extremely uncomfortable the whole time because from the jump he was rude about where i got them done, aggressive and hurting my hands, and trying to overcharge me for a service he did not do. in the end i think they realized the other customer was concerned with how they were going about things and he started acting super nice, changed the price and starting complimenting me. I will not be coming back here again and now have to find a new spot. it's not okay to be rude to people, laugh in their face, talk about them in front of them. very uncomfortable situation and very unprofessional. read more

Few days later another nail did the same thing but this time I didn't go back because I'm tired of giving them my money. I had heard good things from a friend about this place. She usually works with Cindy and her nails looked great. I went with my mom on a Sunday when Cindy wasn't in and we got pedicures and I got a manicure as well. The staff was very nice but the quality of the work wasn't what I was looking for. They didn't have the color I wanted in stock and I ended up being pressured to use a glitter based polish that was rough on my nails and came off in less than a week on my fingernails. We got the top end pedicures and they spent a lot of time on them but my heels were rough again the next day. My fingernails ended up with more hangnails around my cuticles than I came in with and my nails have divots on n them from where she was digging with the tools to cut my cuticles. They also shaped the nails odd. Overall felt like the manicure was rushed and not done well. I will not be back unfortunately. read more

I went in asking for an overlay, but the tech barely did that properly and kept pushing acrylic tips, getting annoyed when I said I didn't want them. She half-assed the overlay on a few nails, and even though I corrected her and said I wanted them longer, she still filed them all super short. I had to keep pointing out patchy spots or that some tips were higher than others. How do you not notice patchy paint? The appointment dragged on for 2 hours, the longest I've ever had for french tips. She didn't fully remove or file down the overlay either, so I had to ask her to fix that. I probably should've mentioned it earlier, but how many times can you keep correcting someone? Anyway, she fixed it. When I got home, I noticed some nails were different lengths. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called and asked if I could come in to get them reshaped, and they said yes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]But when I got there, one of the other techs started rolling her eyes and complaining when she was asked to help me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Mind you, I was being super polite every time I corrected something. She was very friendly and accommodating. Store is clean and inviting. I've really tried with this salon... I've been here 5 times and 2 of the times i've been leaving this salon in pain. The first time I went Cindy did my acrylic nails in 5 minutes and I automatically fell in love with her work. Quick, precise and beautiful!! Then I was fooled... The next few times I went were an absolute nightmare. I didn't have Cindy do my nails as I did quick walk ins. I had a pedicure done horribly the second time. This last time I went i'm in FULL pain.. I didn't get the lady's name who did my new full set but she cut me with the drill badly TWICE. I actually have a fever now and my index finger may be infected. She drilled my cuticle so deep and I complained but she only apologized. I paid the full $45 and no tip (obviously for good reason). I think it's just my sign to never come back here again. Busy holiday weekend... i get it. When I arrived I asked for a specific person to do my pedicure. I was told I'd be right after the person who my preferred pedicurist was working on. The lady at the front failed to mention that my preferred pedicurist had JUST started on the pedicure they were doing. Had I known that I wouldn't have asked for them. Scrolling through tik tok make time go by so fast before i realized an hour had gone by. I decided to leave, the lady up front should've been transparent from the beginning. But since it is one of the closest salons to me it was hard to let go. However, I came in last week for an acrylic set and get pedicure and I was NOT disappointed. Cindy did an amazing job with my set. My pedi was also good. I spent a week in Hawaii and my nails help up. No discoloration and no broken nails. This place is a long overdue review for me. I first came here with my Aunt when she first moved in the area. Ever since then this is my go-to nail salon whenever I want to treat myself. I've had nothing but good experiences every time I come here whether it's a walk in or I've made an appointment. Since it's the busy holiday season and I'm going down to spend Christmas with my BFs family I decided to get a pedi and gel manicure. I got the pedicure earlier in the week and then made an appointment for my manicure. I'm happy I made an apportionment because they were pretty busy when I came in. I recently dyed my hair and my nails have been stained with the color. Thankfully my nail tech cleaned up my nails and helped me pick out the color since I was indecisive on what to have. Eventually I picked out a sparkly fuchsia color (which they actually just got a couple of days ago) and silver on my ring finger. I decided to also ask for a snowflake design since I've never gotten a design on my nails before and it was better than I imagined it to be! I don't know the name of the lady who designed the snowflake but she's very friendly and easy to talk to. This place has a good variety of colors to choose from and they also have spa services to choose from. They usually have a deal where its 10% off when you pay with cash and that's what I usually do. I definitely recommend this place if you're in the area and if you're a walk-in and there's a little bit of a wait there's always Target that's in the shopping area to go kill time! read more

I've been here on two separate occasions, after the first time I told myself I wasn't going to come back because the ladies just don't know how to shape my nails!! I was desperate to get my nails done and everywhere else I wanted to go was booked so I came here last minute. My first visit I got a regular pedicure and the service itself was average, but the shape of my toe nails were so off. Some toes were round, others had a squoval shape. I usually just tell the ladies to cut and file my nails to a square shape, and that's definitely not what I got. My second visit I made sure to pay a little more attention when the lady was trimming my nails and from a distance the shape was good, but once she painted them I could see that they were too round for my liking, but I just stayed quiet because at this point it's too late. This second time I also got a gel manicure, my left hand looks great ... for my right hand I can't say the same. After carefully watching her trim and file my left hand I figured she did a good job with the shape so I trusted she would do the same with my right hand. For some reason right after she trimmed and filed down my right hand she got to paining right away. Upon finishing this hand and moving onto the next I look at my fingers and my index finger nail is soooooo crooked. I asked her if she could fix it and she just told me "your nail is just like that, I didn't want to cut it too short". Smh ..... anyway moving on not only am I annoyed with that it's only been two days and the gel is already chipping away. :( My mom works as a nail technician so I guess you can say I'm critical when it comes to my nails, but if someone asks you to fix something it shouldn't be a problem if I'm paying for the service! Also gel should not be chipping and peeling off so quickly!! Overall I can say I don't think I will be coming back I'll have better luck painting my own nails. read more

The inside looks great but i wouldn't recommend this spot to a friend. Their colors are very limited and they're not very talented with acrylic nails. I picked three different designs from the nail selection and the technician threw them away and said she couldn't do it. I settled on ombré nail and did not like the way it came out. I told her I wanted a nude transition color that matched my skin and she put a pink one instead. When I asked her for a different color she said she was running behind for another appointment.
