I upkeep my pedicures. Was in the area and decided to give them a try. HORRIBLE. To say the least. Standard ped is $35. And I mean STANDARD. She literally put lotion on my legs and rubbed my chins. Not once did she massage my feet for the PEDicure. Very adamant and insistent on add-ons. I have never had my feet scrubbed with the pumice rock dry lol. In the end, there was no waiting customers. Nobody sat in the chair. But she really didn't want me to wait for my nails to dry in her chair. So she literally made me get off the spa chair. Keep in mind there's about 25 chairs and out of those 25 there was at least 10 open. The waiting area has two chairs, that's how I knew they don't make them wait for their nails to dry in the waiting area. Will definitely not be coming back. End the end she didn't even end up cleaning off nail polish to clean up her work. read more

The workers are rude , I explained to the lady doing my pedi I did not want the color she had grabbed "which is not the one I had said" and she mumbled something to her co worker then threw the polish into the tub.. I asked her if she can make them more squared she got upset. The girl who was working next to her kept staring at me the whole time. When she was done with her work, she went across the room sat down and just stared nonstop very very very uncomfortable. I would overall rate this place a 3/5. The front desk lady wasn't the most joyful, but I understand also running a business can get draining, but people do appreciate a welcome smile at least. Be happy to run a business you are blessed not privileged to have. Also, I'm not 100% what was spoken over me, but she mentioned something and every worker looked at me at the same time. Was kind of off, but I'm not one to get hurt over bitter things like that. The two ladies doing my nails were just content to do their job. They worked well together and finished my nails and toes within 45 minutes. My nails and toes look amazing TO ME. I also got my eyebrows done and they look great as well. Over all I would go back and I pray in Jesus name my second experience here lives up to or is even better than my first time experience. Thank you. I brought my mom here for last pedicure she requested one before passing away from cancer she had a few weeks and I knew she wanted to go with her spa treatments and such I wanted it to be special . When I asked up front if they can see my mom that she moves a little slow the lady said yeah but "we aren't helping her ,you are " My mom asked for a light color on her toes almost sheer and she wanted my mom to get a darker color my mom told her many times she was sure of her color . I went into the nail service letting the lady working on my nails know that my nails are damaged, so I requested that she focus on my cuticles and AVOID my most inflamed nail. Throughout the service, she completely avoided my request of not touching my hurt nail and I left with my nail more inflamed than what is was when I came it. I had to constantly remind her to stop touching it, painting it, etc. This nail salon has TERRIBLE customer service I don't recommend that anybody comes here. read more

I specifically asked for a pedicure with gel paint, only wanted the mud mask and scrub. Nothing else and tried to charge me $60, which is the price of the deluxe pedicure. I didn't ask for hot stones, towels, or callus removal. There was a language barrier, which resulted in the owner coming to see what my issue was but didn't say anything and dismissed the issue. The cost of my pedicure should have been $52 not $60. Gel Pedicure $40 Sea Salt $5 Mud Mask $7 Total would be $52 total. They ended up charging me $52 but were very rude about it! I get gel pedicures all the time, never had an issue. Their work was not quality. I took a good and the painting is very sloppy, shaping was crooked. When I asked if she could clean up the paint on the sides, the lady next to her told me set my foot correctly so the paint won't smudge. If my lady isn't tell me anything or moving my foot herself like they usually do. Don't worry about my feet, worry about the feet in front of you. The paint was smudging bc she got very close to my skin with the brush, which is totally fine! I got my pedicure done on Sunday (02/16) and one of my toes paint is completely gone. Never had this problem before, especially with Gel polish. Which can be either drilled off or soaked off. She must have not cured the polish correctly or prepped my nails properly. My nail lady was still very sweet and I still tipped her but don't to up-charge me! Owner was not very welcoming and needs to work on her customer service. Gave me attitude and ignored me when I told her my issue. I was hesitant on coming here due to the horrible reviews and I REGRET it. *THEY SAID THEY'RE QUALIFIED IN TAKING OUT INGROWN TOENAILS!!!!* That is 100% false, they are not legally allowed to do so. My mom and I have been loyal customers of this salon for AT LEAST 10-15 years before they moved the salon to its current location. Today they lost our loyalty. We had appointments set from Wednesday. We showed up early. They had my mom wait an hour and took walk-ins before her (she needed a fill & pedicure) all while continuously saying "Bryan (my moms preferred nail tech) is almost done; almost done" when he CLEARLY was not and they COULD have had my moms pedicure done in the mean time. They have become lazy with their customer service. Rush the nail process not always measuring each nail on each hand to each other leaving you with some nails longer than the others. They ALSO cut shortcuts with the pedicure and have stopped offering the warm towels on your legs lessening the experience but STILL charging the amount if not more. Always a hit or miss here. Recently got a pedicure that only lasted me a day, the day after my pedicure the entire gel polish was falling off my nails. I paid $65 and the service was about 30min. This place is very neat and spacious so services are pretty quick. I came in when it was pretty empty and I immediately got seated and a full set was completed in about 45 minutes! I'm really not one to make bad reviews, but this one has to be it... Very disappointed... Went here for gel manicure and pedicure, but the one who did my manicure was rushing it. I asked to cut my nails shorter and she said "no it's good already." None of my nails were filed evenly, some were straight and some were rounded. At one point when she cured my nails with the UV light she was just doing it so fast that she accidentally placed the machine on my wet nail and left a print. I showed it to her twice that it was messed up but she said "that's ok." I then showed her that one of the paint on my nails was already lifting, and she just filed it down. Noticing that she was dismissive of my concerns I showed the nail tech doing my pedicure and she just filed it down as well. Not even 1 hr after leaving, the gel nail polish was lifting off of almost half of my nails.... I came back and they were nice enough to re-paint the nails that were lifting, for free. However, over night, more just kept coming off. Really? After spending more on gel polish that's supposed to be on for 2-3 weeks and this is what happens...? So I come back the morning after and they told me it was the color I chose and they've been having problems with it. In my head I'm wondering why they didn't even warn me about it if they already knew it was a problem... So they told me to just choose another color and they'll redo my manicure for free. I did just that, and again, not even a week into having it, the gel is lifting. That second experience itself was just as bad. Multiple nail techs worked on my nails. One started, then when more customers came they would leave to start on them, then another one would continue their work. THREE different people ended up working on my hands..... So the work was not evenly done and I'm left yet again with gel manicure coming off within a few days. Please save your money and go elsewhere. I'm never returning to this salon... read more

My nails are always beautifully done and last me up to a month and even longer based on what I do (I'm a swimmer). I cannot emphasize this enough... DO NOT COME HERE! I came on Wednesday, 5/29/24. I had asked for a gel x FILL and a pedicure. They quickly sat me down. The lady that did my gel x asked me what I wanted to do and I told her I wanted a fill. After that, the lady that did my pedicure was asking me to adjust my position, so I had to direct my focus to her, and before I knew, the lady that was supposed to do my gel x fill CLIPPED my nail off. At that point it was too late so I didn't say anything. I asked her to do a multi-color cow print design, in which I admit, she did a fairly good job on. I was happy with my service overall when I left. Come Friday, 5/31/24, I was brushing my hair and that is when I really noticed that one of my nails was lifting from the base of the nail. I quickly inspected my other nails, and 8 out of 10 were already lifting. I contemplated contacting them, especially since I had a busy schedule over the weekend, but on Friday afternoon, I did not think it was fair and I called to let the front desk lady know that they were lifting and if they could fix for free. She said to come in and they would do it for free. I came in today, Monday, 6/3/24 to get them fixed. The same lady that did my gel x on Monday was the same one that did my nails. I could have requested someone else, but I wanted her to fix it since I had given her a $10 tip days before and I felt it was only right for her to fix her mistake. The entire time I kept on showing her where the nails were lifting, only for her to gaslight me into saying that they weren't. When nails lift, the machine will flick off the loose pieces, and it happened to all of them. Mind you. She did not want to do one of the nails that was lifting. She barely filed down my nails, she didn't take off all of the base color, and to top it off, she didn't even bother to fill the nail to restructure and stabilize it. She went straight to adding a base coat. I can still see the air bubbles underneath the nails. What really irked me was that two of my nails have towel fibers on them. She saw them and I wanted to give her a chance to own up to it and fix it and she didn't. After she "finished" I got up and left. I could not stay there one second or I would have blown up and made the experience uncomfortable for others around. I am infuriated. All I wanted was for a fill, not a new set. I was expecting that with a new set my nails would have not start lifting at day 2. The least she could have done is soaked them off and give me a completely new set. The set I came in with prior was stable and strong. Wednesday was my first time visiting them and I cannot believe that they couldn't not make the experience good for me. I will definitely not be coming back. I paid $130 for services and $20 in total for tip. I will be submitting a complaint to the CA Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and I saw none of the drilling pieces being disinfected after reuse. read more

So I then asked her if I could get the manicure done since I was under the impression I was only going to be charged the fee to remove the gel. It seems as though she wasn't happy that I asked to get my nails painted and proceeded to do the worst painting I've ever had done. The polish was smudged with layers, didn't reach around the full nail bed, and she cut me. Got two pedicures one for myself and the other for my boyfriend; they left my boyfriend's feet just fine, mine, on the other hand, was a disaster. They left the bottom of my feet very uneven when taking the extra skin off, very unprofessional, and definitely wouldn't recommend especially for the price they charged me. It was so busy in the plaza but I didn't have time to wait next-door at the ATM so I pulled out the $35 in cash that I had on me And told her I would just get a $35 gift card instead... She said that she would take my $35 and charge $15 on my card!! I thought her card reader was broken!? How is she charging me $15 on my card!? I was lied to and I did not appreciate that... She was going to have me wait in line at the ATM next door for who knows how long to get cash out when clearly her card reader was working just fine... I found on the scan price menu it's a $40 price (on natural nails) for a mani/pedi combo. I've been coming here for 8 years off and on and normally get a super pedicure with salt/callus etc.... I had my toes gelled last week (in Escondido) so the color was still good but I had a lot of cuticle (no polish on my nails either) and my heels needed some attention for the special occasion. The girl was VERY gentle and tender but she barely took off any cuticle from my toes and then I got a foot massage for a couple of minutes and that was it? She started to put my flip flopsback on and I said 'wait, you just got my feet wet and that's it? *the water was still clear because I literally JUST DIPPED my feet in to wet them* 'You don't use the pumice stone or anything????' A guy manicurist piped up with yes that's all you get for a regular pedicure, that's $25.00 and the manicure is $15 ($40.00 deal). I have NEVER had a place JUST wet my feet and not pumice them. I figured I'd get a basic pedi since I wasn't having her take off the gel or reapply it.... but DUDE, SERIOUSLY? I took a shower right before coming in and my feet were already clean, I just wanted a litte pampering.... I opted to leave at this point and just forget the pedicure and I'll do my own manicure later..... I got change to tip her $5 even though it really was nothing, not her fault the salon rips people off that way but I wasn't tipping my normal amount this time though.... and as leaving I was asked to pay in cash and I declined. They kind of do things quick and don't give the full pampering like they used to where the massages were still short but they put some effort to it. Now it's just get in, get out. Not much care. The woman that did my nails had a really bad attidude, very rough when performing the service when I had my pedicure done she was going to put my sandals on it ruined the polish, after that happened she just thru my sandals to the other station and said ill fix your toes later. So I had to clean the polish off my sandals. I like that this place is close to my house but id rather have someone with a better attidude if im going to pay that much money.
