I would like to start this review by saying the nail tech, Danny, who actual did my acrylic overlay is great! However I went to the shop on Wednesday June 17, 2026 for a repair. I noticed a crack in the shellac and wanted a repair before it got worse. I was met with the rudest nail tech, Kim (maybe, name she told me not sure if it's true) I have ever encountered. After accusing me of creating the crack myself, she continued to yell at me and refused to do the repair. I conceded and said I wanted to find my color to go to a different shop. She walked away then came back while I was looking for my color and continued to yell and harass me. I then called Danny to let him know what was going on. He was very apologetic and helped me find my color but by then the damage was done. It's so unfortunate that this type of service is deemed acceptable. I had been to the shop multiple times before this incident. I have never been treated like that in my life by any person. As great as Danny has been, I am extremely uncomfortable returning to the shop. Especially since this tech claimed to be the owner. read more

I came here because luxury nails was understaff and I didn't have time to wait. I came here the lady with the three hair and painted eyebrows serviced me. She literally has painted eyebrows with like three hairs on it and I don't care if I'm being rude because I didn't say nothing to her and paid for this foolish service. I came was greatly nicely, I told her what I wanted and she started me with a color change on toes because again I had little time. She loved the color and was quick with it. Then we get to my gel mani. I had asked her in the beginning did she have stickers or decals to do a little design on one finger each hand. I was not asking for much. She told me no they didn't have any then I showed her the picture I was inspired by. It was simple and I told her I'm not picky about design as long as it's not just simple. She said she will try. I did not like the French tips she did they look bulky and the pic was thin, I let that go. She did the design then I asked for a black base so it could pop out, that's when I felt like she was having issues with me. As a nail tech if I'm paying for your device you are going to do my nails until I like them period. I was not being difficult with her I even apologized because I didn't know exactly what I wanted I just knew what I didn't want. After she put the black base and design she then tells me she has stickers I didn't like the ones she showed me. I went to wash my hands I thought I was done until I saw more options and told her what I wanted. She proceeded to make a big deal about doing my two nails for a 3rd time. She took her power tools and was rushing my nail, the whole did not even touch my cuticle but all of sudden needed too. I told her please calm down before we go left. She said my nails are too small and they they cater to older ladies. They don't do designs. So you're telling me when I'm an older lady I'm going to be simple? Everybody is different and you should be able to expand your business cause where on the front of the store says old ladies? I thought that was rude as hell. She finished and I was just ready to go, I felt so uncomfortable and then she had the nerve to ask for a tip. Lady you are delusional! I don't recommend for anybody to go there! read more

Please do not give them your money. My service was terrible and I am so frustrated I paid them anything for this. First, when I entered I asked for the menu so that I could review the prices (I am frugal and like to know what I am paying for in advance). A full with regular polish was said to cost $25. I informed staff I would be getting a fill with regular polish to which I was told the price was incorrect and it would be $40. I informed them I was not comfortable paying that and would go somewhere else. Instead, staff asked me to stay and informed me they would do it for $30, a $10 discount according to her (a $5 increase to me). In the first 10 minutes, staff cut my skin using a drilling tool. It bled the entirety of my service and staff kept telling me it was "no big deal." Then the paint job was rushed and throughout I was left with streaks. When asked to fix it, staff told me it was because I was "on my phone." Streaks don't happen from being on the phone. At the end, staff put oil on my cuticles, made me rub it in myself and when I was finished, this was the final product which staff adamantly did not want to fix. 3 minutes ago New If I could give this place a zero star I would!! I just had the absolute WORST experience at this shop!! I took my 4 year daughter to get her nails done for Christmas. She was so excited, she always looks forward to getting her nails done ( she gets them done once a month). As soon as we walked in the manager ( lady that sits at the first station on the left) instantly had an attitude when she realized the appt was for my daughter not and not me. We sat down and I began to explain to the lady how I'd like her nails done. I told her I'd like for her base color to be glitter and for her to get some kind of Christmas design on a few nails on each hand and two stones each hand ( Christmas tree, snow flake and candy cane ). She said ok. She put the glitter coat on then proceeded to put red and green polish over it. I didn't say anything at first until she put her hand under there light. I explained to her again that I wanted a glitter base coat and the design over that. She told me that wasn't going to work but she'll do it anyways. She rolled her eyes and pulled the light off and stare to drill the polish off my 4 year old daughters nails. I asked her if she was ok, and if I could have someone else do her nails because she seemed like she had an attitude. She said everyone had appointments and that she was the only one that does kids even though the tech across from her was doing a girl around the same age. My daughter was still excited and asked if I could let her do them. Against my better judgement and in an effort to make my daughter happy, we stayed. Things continued to get worse. She just threw the designs on her nails, they were done very sloppily and like she didn't care. I asked for designs on a few nails and she put one on each nail, I asked for a rhinestone on the snowflake and tree finger and she put one on each nail. She wasn't listening at all but I was ready to leave, so I let her finish so we could get out of there. The last coats was all over her cuticles and fingers so it burned her, I asked her if she could wipe off the excess so it wouldn't burn and she blamed me for her burning because I asked her to add rhinestone ( she always get rhinestones and she's never burned), I was so confused. She tells me my total is $55. I ask her for the breakdown and she tells me a gel mani and designs and rhinestones on each nail! I'm shocked because 1.You didn't give her a manicure AT ALL you didn't clean, clip shape, buff/ prep her nails at all. 2. I asked for a few designs on each finger and one rhinestone in the snowflake and top of tree. she decided to do a design on each nail and stones on each finger 3.The designs were sloppy, she let polish run over and get all in her fingers and hands and didn't clean any of it up. Afterwards you didn't clean up around the nail to get the polish off skin & 2 of the stones slide off before we left the shop. I told her that I felt she was over changing me and that I think she should be paid for what she did and what I asked for. Not what she didn't do or chose to add. I was clear about what I wanted. That's when she started getting loud and aggressive. She started to raise her voice and telling me she didn't do the mani but it was policy I pay for it and said " just pay me my money and leave" I asked her not to speak to me like that and that I will pay, just won't be over charge or finessed. She started getting louder and more nasty , at this point my daughter starts to cry and asked for us to leave. The lady then says get the F**k Out... and don't ever come back. I try to descalate the situation and tell her that I am willing to pay and she then come from around the counter, cursing more and yelling. She called me a B***H and used the F word several times while kicking us out. I pulled my camera out to record. This shop is absolute trash and the work is terrible. This lady is ghetto and trashy and ruined my daughters experience. She cried the whole way home and said she wanted to take the nails off because the lady was mean and ugly. First, the regular pedicure color was completely different from my gel manicure color even though I asked for the same color! I recently visited this establishment Wednesday September 27 2017 at 3:30 pm. There was only one client in the shop. I read some of these reviews and feel like we all had the same lady. I also wish I read them before going. I went in for a pedicure and a fill in. My nails were only a week and a half old and this lady destroyed them. She rushed me to pick a polish for my pedicure and I should've known then. The whole time I looked for a polish all 45 seconds she kept coming from the pedicure area repeating "you have a color, pick a color". The whole service from pedicure to fill in was $65 and took her 45 min. Then she asked if I was only going to leave the $65. Yep. Not only did she rush me through picking a color she messed up my Kauffin shape and told me it's because my nails are short. That's not why they're uneven. That's you. My nails have been kauffined stillettoed squared short and long and I've never had a shittier job. She didn't cut them after the fill she waited to shape until the end. She ignored me when I said I wanted them chrome and told me they didn't do chrome. But clearly I saw them on the front desk then she acted like she didn't understand me and replied "oh no look good nails short". When I questioned the shape politely mind you cause I didn't want her to cut me she told me I was "crazy nails look good". 5 days later my nails look like their months old with a ton of acrylic and gel polish caked near the cuticle. Ones lifting. I hate them so much I want to soak them off and not let anyone redo them at all. I was so mad I wasted my money because to get them fixed would cost me. I was in a family wedding this weekend and all these girls had killer nails but me and normally someone's always asking about my nails. During my pedicure she pulled so hard with the cuticle trimmer she cut the top of my big toe. As as I left she was right outside on her phone smoking cigarettes. I guess she did such a poor job because I interrupted her break. Idk. But what I do know is DON'T GO THERE. Cause birds of a feather if ones awful with piss poor manners ethics and service. Yikes! I guess I got lucky because my nails look amazing, they are exactly what I asked for! I can't recall my nail tech's name but she is the thinnest lady in there with longer burgundy hair so I suggest you look for her if you go there. The staff seems real comfortable with their clients and looks like they have a lot of regulars. Had to deduct a star because I genuinely despise when others talk in another language right in front of you. And this has nothing to do with insecurity but everything to do with manners. Never again. I walked in because I was in the neighborhood shopping. I've never been more mad after getting my nails done. I got chrome gel nails. Instead of just saying "hey, only one person in our salon knows how to do these, can you wait for her" they had someone who had. I fucking clue what she was doing work on my nails. Not only did she do a shit job with my manicure (my cuticles have never looked so dry and raggedy post-manicure), she had huge pools of gel at the tips of two of my nails, and proceeded as if there were two huge lumps on my index and middle finger. The guy that works there saw it was messed up and stepped in to fix it but he did a half-ass job filing down the lumps to smaller mounds and still putting the chrome powder on. They finish up and there are clumps of polish under my nails. I had to get a metal file out my purse and start pulling the dried up nail polish out because they acted like they were too blind to see it. Finally, another woman came with an electric drill to fix the two lumpy nails and clean up the polish all over my skin. She was doing a great job... until she put the wrong color chrome powder on the two re-done nails. At that point, I gave up. I had already been there damn near two hours for a simple ass gel manicure. So I have Miss-matched nails and the underside of my nail is still dirty as if I never got them done today. read more

I have never asked for my money back until I went to this place. I really look forward to getting my mani pedi done twice a month and having an hour and a half to myself. She finished both in under 30 minutes even though there was no one waiting. When I looked down at my paint job there was nail polish all over my skin. Haven't been to this location in years, but my husband gave me a gift certificate recently and I gave them another shot. When I walked in, I was shocked at the condition of the salon. It is definitely run down - dirty tile, run-down chairs. I went ahead with my pedicure, nonetheless. My technician was very thorough and was doing a fantastic job. I was enjoying my service, except for the young lady seated to my left. She was very demanding and condescending to her technician (clip this nail like this and buff my feet like that), culminating in an eruption over the technician using a cleaning sponge to wipe her leg. I agree that isn't necessarily sanitary, but the level of disruption was so significant to the point I could no longer enjoy my service. Her disruption made EVERYONE uncomfortable. Then when this young lady walked out without paying, my technician disappeared for nearly 15 minutes, leaving me in the chair with wet feet and waiting for polish. I was given an apology, but the service was ruined. I just paid with my gift certificate, leaving a healthy tip because I have no intention of ever returning. I went there after church on Sunday and because I couldn't get an appointment with my nail tech at my regular salon. This place is the worse that I have ever been. I had to go two days is a row and I have to go back again this evening. They DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO GEL NAILS!!! I figured what harm could be done to change polish. So I got a polish change and the first day after I had it done it looked like my nails had melted under a heat lamp by the next day. After sitting through a rushed and sloppy manicure and 3 rounds of dryer cycles, I looked down to see my polish was covered in tiny bubbles and a completely different color then I had picked out. I have no idea what the top coat they put on my nails was, but it ruined the polish and I was beyond irritated. My technician was nowhere to be found, or else I would have made her fix it. Way over priced for the low level of service, lack of attention to detail, and all around terrible polish quality. NEVER NEVER NEVER!! I wish I could give them NO stars! I was in the area so decided to try them. I should have gone the other direction immediately after stepping in the door. The girl was so rude! I thought she was probably just really busy and didn't mean to come across that way so I continued. It was the fastest pedicure I've ever had. I asked the girl to turn off the bubble jets and she said something in her language to another girl and gave me a dirty look. I asked politely!!! Every time the technician needed a foot to move either in or out of the bowl she just grabbed at it. The massage chair was broken and when I asked for help with it the technician just said "oh it's broken?" ....that was it. There was nothing relaxing about my $27 service and I will never go back. I was the ONLY customer in the entire establishment ( I should have known). I paid less than thirty bucks for a manicure that took merely 8 minutes to complete.
