Walked in for a pedicure i didn't realize when i sat down they didn't have chairs with water bowl or a massager! A girl brought out a bowl of room temp water. Once she started massaging my legs i asked "can you go softer on my massage my legs are really sore" i guess the girl didn't speak English because another women asked me to repeat what i said. Once i told her what i said the girl doing my pedicure laughed! There were 3 other people working there at the time and two of them were putting acrylics on the 3rd one, so when another women came in to get a pedicure the girl doing my nails started to rush! My last visit and final visit was a terrible disappointment. The technician, rather new, gouged my right toe so severely that it got infected and left me with pain for weeks. Putting on shoes hurt and rolling over in bed was difficult without pain. She also was very pushy trying to sell every upgrade available. I've held off on commenting but I hope that they fire this technician so no one else has the same experience. read more

Came here on a whim while strolling down this cute little Newport Beach street on a mini-vaca. I haven't had a pedicure in a few months and needed one bad! Being 6 months pregnant my feet ache but I don't want to spend frivolously anymore on these little luxuries so I waited way too long. The high star rating is for the amazing foot massage I was given. If you check in on Yelp you get a 5 minute massage free so I got a solid 10 minute massage! Amazing! The price is reasonable especially for this area and coming at a slow time I was able to relax in quiet and listen to their soothing music that really makes you feel like you are on vacation. It is odd that this place doesn't have massage chairs with the built in foot tub though. Being super short it was not as comfortable as I would have liked since I can't reach the floor when sitting all the way back. Short girl problems! Pretty good place! Everyone was nice and friendly, music was soft and enjoyable. The chairs are very comfortable (not massage chairs which I hate so I don't mind this), the buckets they bring out to do your feet in are not my favorite but I can't definitely learn to adjust. The lady who did my feet was extremely attentive and was into giving me a good pedicure and wasn't half trying during the massage they places usually do. I got the "save my sole" and checked in on yelp to add 5 free min to my already 5 min massage that came with it. Paint job and clean up job was done well. As long as my paint stays (I've read some have issue with this) I will go back. read more

Not the best place in the world, but pretty decent for a walk-in. My normal polish pedicure was $25, and I like that they have an option of adding a gel top coat* (extra $5). The "spa" for the pedis is very basic - just a tub with a little soap - but the massage was very nice. Overall very satisfied! *edit: when I came home, my big toe's polish was scuffed and wrinkled. The normal polish layers must not have been completely dry before they put on the gel top coat. I gotta say this was very disappointing. If I could give 3.5 stars I would. read more

The decor of this place was cute but the quality was extremely poor. I paid $40 for a gel manicure and the polish wrinkled and the thumb polish slid off within hours. These are gels that are supposed to cure within minutes!!! I have been getting gels for a long time and this has never happened. My friend got a new set of gel tips and 3 of her nails broke off in 4 days. She also got poked so hard her nail bed started bleeding. This place is terrible. I haven't been this disappointed in a very long time and the services are pricey. I do not recommend going here. read more
