Update July 29, 2026…read more I came in for a pedicure. I had a chipped nail on my big toe and the lady urged I get acrylic to have a square nail. I declined nicely three times and the fourth time I just said ok so she would stop. At check out, my total came to $60. My pedicure was $55 with gel polish so I mentioned the price change. She lets me know it was a $5 charge for the little bit of acrylic that she used on my big toe. I let the lady know that she should've told me about the upcharge since I wasn't aware of it and also that I would've definitely declined the acrylic since I didn't want it in the first place. Now, she did take the $5 off however, my total came out to $56.10. So tax would be $1.10. When I came in the other day for a difference service, I was only charged .30 cents to use my card. No where visible at the checkout counter did I see a fee for a credit card charge. So I'm assuming the charge is based off of the dollar amount spent. It really sucks that I do like this place but the sneaky extra charges makes me not want to come here anymore.

The most gentle manicure I've ever had with a nice massage and lotion! She said my nails were damaged, so she only hand-filed them. Thuy has been in the nail business for 8 years! The most important thing she said is keeping your nails healthy. Incorrect application or over grinding can weaken and lift the nail. And she makes sure to focus on the client without distractions, which you don't always see at salons! She also makes sure you are hydrated and offers drinks during your service. This is a response to the manager on my last review…read more First of all, your "accurate circumstances" are a joke. You failed to mention that your staff was unprofessional, took an hour and a half for a simple soak off, and literally made my fingers bleed without a single apology. I didn't "drive away" to avoid a fair price, I left because I'm not paying full price for physical injury and garbage service. Go ahead and call whoever you want, I have the photos of the damage you did to my hands. Fix your staff before you try to fix your reputation online.
