Came here with my 8 year old daughter for a birthday mani/pedi. I called ahead but walk-ins are welcome. I got gel mani so I had two people working on me and my daughter one. Place was clean, people attentive, prices great compared to the last salon I went to. As a birthday treat they put a few flowers on my daughters nails which made her day even more special. read more

I called to make an appointment for 4 mani/pedis and was accommodate without a problem. The prices were reasonable and I felt like I couldn't really go wrong. It's inside a small shopping center (next to Papa Johns pizza and across from Ralph's) so there is usually a lot of available parking. As soon as we arrived we noticed that there was no one available for us, it seemed as if they just told everyone to come on in and didn't really honor any appointments. We were all seated at different times which was pretty lame since we were trying to hang out and get our nails done together but it was fine, no big deal. Once we were getting our nails done we noticed that they kept speaking to each other in a different language and were a bit rude. One of the ladies gave my sister a small bowl to put her fingers in and moved it to the other hand which caused a drop to fall and she snapped at my sister and said "be careful" I really didn't like the attitude & can find mani/ pedis somewhere else. I might try it again to see if things have changed but will most likely pass. read more

The newly remodeled salon is very nice. The ladies always make you feel welcome. The gel manicures lasts over two weeks normally. I would say they are just about average for their prices. They keep current with nail colors and will even help you pick something out. Recently when my leg was in a cast they still painted my toes for me. No job is too big or too small for them. Amy, Cindy and honestly every girl in here are always a pleasure to see and they take care of me better than I could ask for every time I come in. I popped in randomly today. I was immediately greeted by a friendly "hello". I didn't have an appointment however that didn't matter, Amy took me right away. She was super sweet and was able to carry on a nice conversation while fixing (yes fixing) my nails. I wasn't thrilled with the shape from the last place I went too, but no problem I showed her a sample pic and she "nailed" it! The shop is clean- in fact they were always cleaning in between customers. I will definitely be back! Ask for Amy if you have acrylics, she's really good at her craft! read more

I get my pedicures done here. I highly recommend May, she is awesome and so thorough. I always leave feeling like a queen she really cleans the cuticles and does an excellent paint job. My toes always last at least 3-4 weeks so worth it ! read more

Unfortunately, I had to go to this nail salon because my regular one was closed for the week, which was a huge mistake. As soon as I walked into this salon, I felt unwelcome by John (that's what I think his name was), the manager in charge at the time. He was extremely rude and passive aggressive towards his customers. You can tell he was only in it for the money and did not care about the customers' well-being. When I was there, I witnessed him throw money towards a customer's face. It was absolutely appalling! I would not recommend this salon to anyone! read more

I would give this place no stars but that's not an option . Decided to treat myself and my guy today . This definitely wasn't the place to go . I choose a nail color but the still and continued to ask for gel , after I told her several times no thank you . I got a mani pedi combo . I could of done better myself . Please read this before you go.... I started going to Amy for nails and one day she wasn't in, so this other lady did my nails that day . They were crooked , thin, and you could still see the plastic nail because she didn't do it right. So I started to complain and they ignored me ...... Amy came in while she was finishing up (it was supposed to be her day off they said) she saw my nails and said "I'll re do them for you right now " I said no I have been here two hours and I'm tired of this place . She said ok here's my card , come back and I'll do your nails for FREE . I came back 4 days later with no nails because they all broke the same day..... she said "yes I remember I was supposed to do it for free". So Amy finishes , and then tries charging me 35$. I said you were supposed to do my nails for free. Then Amy said "no I said I will re do ONE nail" WHY WOULD YOU ONLY DO ONE NAIL????? HOW DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE ....... Previously First Lady Nails under new ownership. Had my gel manicure changed to new gel polish. Was charged $30 when brochure says $28. Massage just ok. Too hasty and not relaxing. She cut my skin while filing my pinky nail. I would go back because I know some of the other girls that were from First Lady are better than that. read more

I come to this shop every so often as my preferred nail tech is on the other side of the valley and books up quickly. I really needed a close to home/work salon I could walk in to as that works better for my varied schedule. This place drew me in with great (quick) customer service, calming music, clean environment, lit candles, ambiance etc. Things have changed a bit since I tried them (august last year?) for the first time and it's been disappointing. They offered clients bottled water at the time, Julie was there then and every time after that John was there to greet and was always engaging in client conversations. Both John and Julie are gone and now and I'm afraid it is just a nail shop now. You will find a quiet salon where the talking is mostly done by staff (amongst themselves) while the off duty staff members lounge in the mani chairs on their phones and wait for clients. It was never like that before? Walk ins are still ALWAYS welcome and I appreciate that but it's almost torture to sit to more than one service. The customer interaction is limited and it's borderline dull. I tend to get gel polish changes now as opposed to full manicures so not to spend too much time/money there when I feel like I am inconveniencing someone. I also continue to go to N4Y because they have the largest selection of gel colors I have ever seen. It's pretty impressive. So in a nutshell if you're in a bind and require walk in service in a place that's clean and offers a quality product this place is perfect. If you're looking for a warm greeting or welcoming environment to go with it I'm afraid you may want to "press on". read more

This was the worst nail salon hands down! Their acrylics they gave me lifted so bad my nail basically came off. The service was rude and it took almost 2 hours for most basic acrylics ever! This place destroyed my nails and my technician filed way too much even when I told her not too. It might have been my technician who knows but the nails came off without trying less than a week after. Just horrific. read more
