I really can't say enough good things about this gem. I've been coming here for at least 5 years. Here's a list of all the things I love about -Pedicures are detailed and they don't cut corners (I always request Tracy) I love that even if you don't get the callus remover add-on they still scrub the crap out of your heal, which for me is all I need. I've been to other places where when you don't do the upgrade they don't really take the time to do it. I've had to ask before to have the scrubber so I can do it myself. Not here. -It's not new people every time, it's a teams of 3 and I love that. -Tony is the best, I've come to really care and respect him. He's kind and takes his time, again very detailed orientated. I've come to learn that if I'm seeing something that makes me raise an eyebrow, he always catches it and fixes it, I don't even have to say anything. He's a pro. Tbh the vibes in the nail salon are super quiet so it could be a little intimidating at first but the cute little black outdoor kitty that came in really gave me the warmest welcome & everyone in the salon a good laugh. I'm not a person who likes writing bad reviews but this place is rude and lacks basic customer service. I went there at 6:20 for a pedicure since they close at 7, according to their website. Once I got there coming from work, they told me they were closed really rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend this place at all. It's tucked away in the back of a tiny little strip mall, so you can't really see it from the street. I was a little dubious upon pulling up, but once inside, I was pleasantly surprised. First and foremost for me is cleanliness, and this was a clean joint. Decor is typical salon burgundy with fake plants, but it did have some nice touches and wasn't gaudy. I came with a coworker during our lunch break. I called in to make sure there was no wait. When we got there, two women had just walked in. We told the manager that we called in and he took us in first. We appreciated that. The pedicurists were nice and friendly. I really liked my pedicurist. Sometimes I would have to fix my toes after but she did such a great job, I had no complaints! The only thing I would suggest is for the manager to look more inviting. Went in for almond acrylic and came out with oval nails. I got French tip. I wanted clear acrylic and the French tip painted if it were oval not cut French tip oval. They didn't remove my old nail polish before putting nails on. Lack of English CLEAR words. It's a 2.5. Got a pedicure and the girl seemed like she wanted to dig into my toes for gold. I usually get my nails done at Kathy's Nails but tonight I decided to come here. I just had my nails done last weekend but I wanted a color change and a pedi. The lady dong my pedi was so nice. When the man that works there came to see about my nail color change he started telling me how I should just get a fill since I'm here. If I could give a 0 i would. I've coming here for almost a year because it's close to my home . The service has gotten bad recently since they are always low staff and not proving good customer service . Every time time I come in I have to wait almost 2 hours to see someone. But today was the last breaking point for me. I arrived at 8:30 am waited and hour for them to open because i wanted to be the first one in line to get my nails done. A lady comes in and opens the door and decided to take the people who just came in after me. I explained to her I was here first and been waiting since 8:30. She told me to wait that someone else was coming. So i did i waited another 30 minutes for the rest to come in. When they do show up they decide to take the ladies who just walked in because she had an appointment. I explained to him every time i come in they always say they don't do appointments that's it's only by waking. Nails Allure was my favorite! Tom and the lady's were always amazing they would give you exactly what you were looking for. But today was such a DISAPPOINTMENT after Tom started saying how complicated I was in front of the other clients just for asking him to add powder on my nails before adding the gel. I couldn't believe it he made me feel embarrassed after he seemed forced to finish my nails he was doing my nails with such a negative attitude. I couldn't understand why he felt forced to do my nails when I only asked him for 1 thing which was adding powder.
