I was greeted at the door by a very nice man in a very nice looking establishment. He sat me and pulled James to do my gel manicure. I was looking for a specific color from the OPI collection that's been in every nail salon I've ever visited and asked if they had a specific color. He told me he didn't know and couldn't tell me and just because a certain OPI color has a name, it doesn't mean that it's actually that. Confused I asked what he meant. He then got frustrated and stated that they have different color shades then what the actual OPI color is. I was very turned off by this for his attitude toward the situation and the fact it seemed he was trying to tell me even though they advertise OPI colors, It's not OPI. Then the gentlemen who greeted me at the door overheard this and came up to me asking what color I was looking for. I stated it again and he nicely said he would look and see if they carry it. They did not carry it in gel just regular polish so I chose another color. I sat quietly because I was frustrated with James attitude and the way he was aggressively handling my my nails and I did not want to cause a scene over $30. James spent a total of 20 min doing a gel cuticle manicure. The polish was put on poorly and my cuticles are very tore up. He was in a hurry and made it clear he did not want to do my nails. At the end of my experience, he told me to look at my nails and tell him if I was satisfied. I clearly was not and he knew it, but I wanted to leave and never come back because of him. So I got up, paid the gentleman at the front and left. I'm sure there may be some great people that work here, but my experience with James makes me not want to ever visit again and give them a second chance. read more

Most relaxing salon I've been to. The music is great, chairs massage wonderful and beverage options an A+. Trish is AMAZING!! She gives the best pedicures and manicure. I have been to this salon a couple times for a pedicure or gel along with my mom and sister. This time (9/3/17) I went with 2 friends and my sister. I decided to get a new set of acrylics which I still had some on from a different salon. I was sat with a nail tech almost right away. I asked him to remove the acrylics I had before so he drilled them down, then took a nail tip and pried them off. He kept asking me if it hurt, I said no which I was used to ripping my acrylics off myself. But I thought it was a very weird that a nail tech did that idk. After that he started putting GLOBS of acrylic on my nails. I've had acrylics many times (long and short) and I have never seen someone put this much acrylic on (ESPECIALLY on a short nail!!). I didn't say anything cause I assumed he would drill them down. He started using the heavy metal drill bit very sloppily. HE BARELY EVEN DRILLED THE TOP OF THE NAIL!! HE WENT AROUND MY CUTICLE AT LEAST 4 TIMES EACH NAIL. This was painful and he would drill around them causing lots of cut, after my cuticles started bleeding, he would wipe away the blood, AND KEEP DRILLING. After washing my hands they looked awfully sloppy and chunky. Looked like I had bubble nails. I asked him twice to fix it but instead of drilling the top of my nail, he drilled under my nails cutting my skin even more. He kept blaming it on other the things like the polish, the nails I had before, my "thin" cuticles, etc. I'm super sorry I don't remember his name, he was super nice and made good convo, JUST DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB ON MY NAILS. After washing my hands again using the brush, I ran the brush over a cut from the drill, CAUSING IT TO BLEED ALL OVER MY NAIL AND HAND. The nails still don't look very good to me and was overall not a good and PAINFUL experience. I'll post pictures my nails are a light grey color. read more

The man at the front desk is very nice, but the service is less than stellar. I had gel nails removed and wanted a classic manicure with a clear coat. When finished, you could still see and feel chunks of gel polish beneath the clear coat. When I asked the nail tech to take a look, she said "no, they're fine" and walked away. I asked again. She picked up my hand, looked, pushed my hand away while mumbling something in Vietnamese, and had another tech come take care of it. THEN, once finished, she rushed my friend and I out of the chairs for us to leave. There were only 3 other people in the salon so it's not like they were busy. I'm less than impressed and won't be returning. read more

Got a pedicure as well as dip nails and they did an amazing job. Very happy with the results.

A lady named Snow did my nails. I got the dip powder manicure and she did such a great job! She really took her time to make sure they looked perfect. I also got a pedicure, I didn't get the lady's name but she did a great job also. I went at noon today and i was the only one in there which was nice so I didn't have to wait! They have plenty of chairs too so I'm sure even if it were busy I don't think I would have needed to wait. They also serve complimentary wine (I guess a lot of salons do this around here but it was new to me). I'll certainly be back to have Snow do my nails again! read more

I normally love my nails the ladies do a great job on my hands and feet all the time I love their treatments but my last visit was freaking horrible. I always get dip well James did my dip and it's like he did it with his eyes closed my nails had so many lumps and bumps in them. When I was getting my nails done another lady came in to complain about a job he did the previous day and I saw how he and the manger treated her I just knew it was a lost cause. My feet where perfect but my hands horrid. I paid and left and went to another nail salon and got them fixed. read more

I'm giving them three stars because I came here multiple times before and had no issues w any services. But the last time I came they told me that they were short on staff and that they were unable to do both mani & pedi (1 hour before close). Which is fine I understand so I said a pedi would be great. I got a pedicure (can't remember the name) that included hot stones, towels, massage. But instead I got my toes/cuticles trimmed w a lotion rubbed all over them which took maybe 20 mins. Not only that but the polish was probably the worst job I've ever received, it was on my skin and didn't completely cover my nail in some spots. I was a bit confused about the service and went to the front to dry I paid and sat for a bit. Got up looked at the book and brought it to the attention of the guy at the front that I didn't receive half of the things mentioned In the pedi details. He said "shame on him" with a nonchalant attitude basically and handed me a refund for the amount I didn't have done. It was a pretty annoying situation and I didn't feel valued as a customer who has visited multiple times. It's a shame because I get my nails and toes done twice a month. And being new to the neighborhood near this salon, unfortunately I won't be back. read more

Came here on two separate occasions for a pedicure and dip manicure. The pedicure was great! The dip manicure however was not very impressive. The woman who did my nails was very kind, but she layered on the dip way to thick. It made the dip chip off really easily, whereas when I've had them done at other locations they last really long. Today was my first (and last) time going into Nails & Beyond. I walked into the beautiful facility at about 12:15 PM. There was a man at the desk but as soon as I walked in he walked away. I didn't think anything of it and waited patiently for someone to assist me. I looked over the menu and waited. About 5 minutes of waiting I started wondering what was going on. There were maybe 2 customers in the whole place so it was not busy. I looked the the far back and the man that left me at the front desk was standing in the back... just standing there. I watched him for a minute more watching him stand there. I couldn't help but think he was waiting for me to leave. So I did. There are plenty of other establishments that will be happy to see my money. read more

I went in to get to get my nails filled, and the people were very nice but two days later all my gel polish peeled off. When I went in to have it fixed they were very gracious and re did my gel polish for free, but I also for a pedicure and it was one of the worst pedicures I have ever gotten. It was rushed, the girl didn't cut or shape my nails, and the paint job was horrible, I could have painted them myself. Just disappointed read more

Really nice staff! Didn't rush through the process, spoke to us several times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, which is always nice. The massage chairs were brand new and gave a great massage. Both my manicure and pedicure looked perfect, no pain in the cuticle or nail cutting process. Prices were comparable to everyone else.
