I always come here to get my pedicure done with Tiffani and NEVER leave disappointed. she always get me right with my service! For nails I would really recommend Ken. Every visit I leave with a fresh set of nails and a good yap session with him! The salon is awesome with their customer service. Highly recommend

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill in many ways (cleanliness & service). I have been a loyal customer and even referred family & friends. Every visit I get a full set + full Pedi package - yesterday's visit will be my last due to lack of service and carelessness - I got my foot burnt with hot wax. UNACCEPTABLE My sister and I decided to take my niece to this place as her first nail salon experience and I regret every bit of it. My niece and I were supposed to get pedis, obviously it was a little busy so they attended me first, but then as we kept waiting they started attending other clients and forgot about my niece. Both our pedis felt rushed. Hence, leading to the burnt wax experience. I felt extremely embarrassed as I hollered and cursed in pain. I immediately advised her to stop the services and she had the audacity to ask me if it was my first time. Usually, I am asked to check the temperature of the wax if it's good enough. The wax came straight from the machine onto my foot. The only thing about this whole nail salon fiasco that went well was Mimi's service unfortunately does not do justice to the shit show we experienced.

I asked for a gel x full set the technician then proceeded to tell me acrylic better, clearly she did not know gel x, so to make both of our lives easier I agreed to do acrylic. She did not give me the shape I wanted, and when I asked her if she could go over the black French tip again because it was too light, she said no because it was going to peel off??? Ok I said don't make much of it until I was outside, what I got was a faded black French tip. It looked horrible!! Patchy & disgusting!!! I called as soon as I got home, mind you I drove from downtown LA to paramount because I remember this place being soooo good back when Ben was there !! So I call and I tell the girl the exact same thing how I asked her to go over it another time to make it darker and she said no and she even agreed with what she said. She said oh well you know if we do add too much nail polish the gel WILL peel off. So then I told her OK well, I need to go back and get my nails fixed, but I don't want her to do them. I need somebody new to do them for me because I didn't want her to touch my nails again so I need somebody else and she proceeded with telling me if there was another technician that was going touch my nails they were going to have to charge me. I never went back and never will! $145 for a French tip full set along with a shitty as pedicure ! My nails where 70 & my pedicure was 85 because I also requested French tip on my toes

I came here for a new set and honestly, LOVED IT!! The store is clean and nicely decorated. The staffs were amazing and super caring. Will most definitely come back again for any services

Great mail place. Our first time there. Went based on Yelp. The place was busy - good sign. They have 8 nail stations and 8 spa chairs. The massage on the chairs actually works and your allowed to use it LOL. I have a big interview coming up and need my nails to look professional- That's all Paul, nail tech, needed to know. He did a great job! Better than I could have thought of myself. Also had my toes done -excellent. They use hot towels on everyone - such a nice touch.

You want the WORLD's WORST NAILS? Come to this place! 21 years of getting my nails done and never have I encountered such a terrible nail experience like this! I asked my tech to not leave a bump ontop & re-do the color, he obviously got offended & fucked up my nails even more. HORRIBLE Work & so pricey! $80 for fill, 1 nail fix, change color & $60 pedi combo + $12 gel = $145 ‍

I love the vibes in here it makes me feel like I'm at a spa. I gave it a 3 star because the quality of my nails did not come out good. My toe nails look rounded (and a nail salon should make it look squared). On my hand nails I could see the layers of nail polish because the lady who did my nails seemed to be in a rush and was doing it careless. I absolutely dislike it when the you can see the different color layers!!! Please teach your workers how to paint over the entire nail on both rounds of painting the nail. Not sure if I will return. On the bright side, Front desk girl is so sweet! And pedi is $20

Tried this nail salon today for the first time because of the yelp reviews. My nails came out ok, just ok. Not happy with ok nails. I wonder how long they'll last. Tip of my acrylic nails are unevenly covered. sloppy gel application. I needed some glue under to keep my natural nails together with the acrylic. I absolutely hate this! The gel chips away on my nail tips and then snags on my clothes or my hair. I wanted Brian to do my nails because i read reviews about him. He said he was busy at the front desk and will recommend me to another lady that is very good. Well sorry, i don't think i'll be back! I am very picky when it comes to looking at my nails for two weeeks i have to be happy with them. And right now i am NOT! Wish I can go back and redo them tomorrow! OMG! read more

I've been going to nails & lashes by ashley for alittle more than a year now & its always been an okay experience. At the beginning asking for a full set was a problem because the acrylics would ALWAYS snap in half when certain people did them, I would go in and request a fix and they'd still charge me.. I'm 20 so I have yet to find my voice and tell them no lol regardless, I've never been cut or ignored. I've had to wait for an hour or so even after coming in before people who just so happened to her helped before me but that's as bad as it gets. Recently though, they hired a man named Tim. Not to sound weird but he's made it all worth it! His work is amazing, he's very friendly and honest and I couldn't have asked for anyone better! I genuinely feel as though he is my friend and he really enjoys what he does. So if you ever plan on going for a full set I recommend him 10000%! Also, call before hand to ask for a wait time, they don't do appointments but be patient because even the pedis are super relaxing there!! read more

I went there last Wednesday, today is Tuesday, I got my nails done mani pedi with gel. The gel on my fingers has started to wear off and rub off. Gel SHOULD NOT do that. I went back to the shop not even a week after getting my nails done and told them I wanted my gel taken off and redone. They wanted to just repoilish the top. I said no I want it done over, the owner come to me and says the gel is still good we will just fix the top. I said no and walked out. I feel disrespected. I spent $52 there less than a week ago and you want to just patch work the top? UNACCEPTABLE read more

Two weeks ago I got one by one eyelashes done by Ashley. Last weekend I went in for my second appointment and both times she was amazing. She's very patient and she answered all of my questions since it was my first time ever to have fake eyelashes. I really didn't expect them to feel so natural. I love them and I think I just found a new addiction :) I also got a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed by Joahn (I think that was her name) she did a really good job and was very careful when cutting my nails since I told her my nails are very sensitive. read more

This place is wonderful, neat and clean. I go here to get my eyelash extensions done. The finish product is great and natural looking. I get them done by Ashley herself. This place is by far the most cost effective place I've been to and I don't plan on going anywhere else. read more

First time ever getting lashes. I absolutely love them. Ashley was referred to me by my cousin. I'm very sensitive and was scared to have an allergy reaction. Praise to God I didn't and the lashes look absolutely beautiful. I had them on for 1 day and referred to coworker. Ashley is very gentle and recommends what Size you should get. Love my lashes. I went here a while back for eyelash extensions and Ashley was not available so they had someone else do it. She did not ask me what length of eyelashes I wanted or discuss anything about the procedure with me. It took 3 and 1/2 hours it looked horrible and totally unnatural and the worst part was she had me sign off on something that I guess she needed a certain number of hours before she was officially certified to do eyelash extensions and foolishly I agreed to sign it :( I went back in later to get them removed and she removed them in a really painful way. After reading up on how fake eyelashes should be removed I found out that she had not even followed proper procedure and I was left looking like a rat with no eyelashes. Please stay away from this place they have people working there that are totally unqualified!! read more

My co-worker recommended this place, and she was not wrong. I asked for jelly nails and although they did not have the jelly polish they gave me exactly what I wanted. They got creative and created a clear color acrylic that dazzles on the tips of my fingernails. Price was reasonable all things considered and I also got a pedicure. The staff was all very nice. Prices went up and service went to shit. I usually don't like to write bad reviews I only give three stars because there nail tech Kim. But man has there service become crap I went in last week to get a pedicure and gel manicure and okay cool not much of a wait I went early. But the girl who did my nails was so unpleasant I'm super understanding at salons I don't get crazy when they do something wrong but I paid almost 50 dollars for my nails to chip within 2 DAYS of having them done. Mind you it's only been a week since I got them done and my manicure is hanging on for dear life and I don't do crazy man labor so it's not me. This is the second time I've had an issue here last time the pedicure girl smudged my toes twice and didn't care to fix it. I always tip too cause I know it's a tough job. I'll drive to pico from now on. Very disappointed. read more

I received a gel manicure and an eyebrow/lip waxing. The waxing was basic and turned out well, but my nails were mediocre. They look decent, but there are multiple imperfections (uneven coating, not fully painted to the bottom of the nail, some bubbles, and hardened gel left on my skin). Firstly, the color I chose on the gel palette did not match the actual color on my nail. Sadly, I didn't speak up until after the first coat hardened. I didn't want to make a fuss, so I let it be. However, she should have noticed this being that she works with these colors daily. She even said that the palettes are outdated. She should've double checked since she knew that is the case. Secondly, she was quick and careless in her application. It took her about 10-15 minutes to apply the base coat, two paint coats, and the top coat plus the hardening. I looked around to see if there was a wait, wondering why she was so rushed, but there was no one waiting... The main reason I didn't complain or ask to redo the nails is because the prices are cheap ($30 for eyebrow/lip waxing and a gel mani). It makes sense why the nails turned out this way. However, I still will not return to this establishment. Next time I'll pay a few dollars more to receive a result that will leave me more satisfied. read more

I've been a loyal client for almost 2 years. I've had some really good experiences and then some very "okay" experiences . Today had to be the most careless experience I've had. 1st they told me to sit in the chair but they left my feet soaking in cold water for about 30 mins because they went to attend another customer who had just walked in. Second when she finally came to do my pedicure she was scrubbing so hard she sliced my foot open all because she was on a telephone call the entire time and not paying attention. I dont think I'll be returning to Ashleys anymore . I'd rather take my business to a place that focuses on customer service. read more

Awful customer service. I been there 3 times and I had to go back to fix my nails. Either bc they came off or their thick and uneven. My nail shape wasn't the way I want it it was so thick it didn't look natural at all. plus they go so fast with the nail sharpen and suddenly made me bleed on my pinky. I had to call and speak to the manager To fix my nail or to take it off and get my money back. Plus they messed up eye brows really bad.and it was so sad bc I had an occasion to go the same day read more

Today I come to do my nails like always but I had a misunderstanding with one of the new lady (I did not like the way she did my nails) but I was save by Brian he was so helpful and fix my nails the way I always like them, as a customer we get mad when we don't have our nails done how we like them but we need to give a chance to the person who do our nails so she can know how we are And next time she can do it how we like are nails but I do recommend this place 100% read more

I was recommended to Ashely after having and appointment with a different salon cancelled.. and I am so happy I ended up with her! She really takes her time and takes pride in her work. She expressed that it is an art to her and that she wants all her customers to leave happy. I am on my third fill and I plan on coming back to her. Went for NAILS: They had everything I was looking for which is rare. Super clean SPA chairs, they use new utensils every time, they take debit and you can leave a tip with your card! Lots of parking and quick service (for now since they just opened but I'm sure it'll get busy fast) + affordable prices! read more

I've been coming here for over a year now and I can honestly say this is the best nail shop I've ever been to. All of the technicians are very professional and perfectionists. I used to get acrylics but have now transitioned over to SNS nails (dipping powder) due to their recommendation. I love coming here and knowing that the end result will exceed my expectations. The technicians will effectively communicate with you and make sure you get what you ask f. It's a good feeling to know that you can trust any technician that available to do your nails. I will continue to come here and be blessed! read more

Been coming here for about two years now! They are my go to nail salon and they have never failed me. They have great customer service and prices. All of their technicians are well trained. The tools and materials are sanitized and freshly cleaned, if not new. The salon is clean itself and it is always a very FAST and pleasant experience. I hate spending the whole day at a nail salon and this is why I love them because it is always so convenient! Pay cash and get a 2 dollar discount too ! read more

I usually come here to get my nails done and when I do, I'm never disappointed!!! I love this nail shop, I mean it is simply one of my guilty pleasures to go to! But this time around, I went to get my eyelashes done. I ended up doing a one by one extension and it was so well worth it. I was so afraid to go to another unknown stylist but the minute I sat in her chair I was at ease. The gray in my hair had grown out so badly I was nervous it couldn't be covered up but she did it with also a great color choice. She was so sincere after the color was done and she finally was able to take a good look at the cut she kindly said Geri there's nothing we can do about the cut until it grows out. She could of simply said oh I can fix it don't worry you'll look beautiful when I'm done and charge me more but that's not the woman she is though. The time you spend with her while in the chair isn't awkward at all So Monday I'm going to call to see if I can get in next Tuesday to cover the grays and a cut I hope it's grown out to be able to start the process of a great hair cut again. She also brought me home so I didn't have to pay for a taxi. Someone's character is so important in life. Thank you I'll see you soon.

I'm not one to write a negative review, but I'm genuinely upset with the service I recently received. Service was so bad that the entire time I kept thinking to myself "I can't wait to never come back again". I probably should have walked out before they even started but this had been my nail salon for years. I've been a loyal customer for years, coming in every 4/5 weeks for gel-x, fills and pedicures. This time, I wanted to soak-off my gel-x set and get a regular manicure no gel because I wanted to give my natural nails a break. Instead of simply providing the service I requested, I received pushback and was repeatedly told to get gel. It took several minutes and even a phone call before they agreed to do what I was asking for. Also, it felt like they were forcing the lady to do my nails but I always see her doing pedicures. So why not tell me to wait a little bit for someone who was more comfortable doing nails. Yet, the lady who did my nails this time has done my pedicures before and because of her I stopped doing my pedicures at Ashley's because she was not doing a great job at all. Anyways, throughout the appointment, I felt dismissed. I wasn't allowed to look at the color books that were sitting right in front of me. She literally took the books away from me. I also had to ask multiple times for my nails to be cut shorter. I also explained that the skin under my thumbnails are sensitive and asked for extra care when cutting down the nail. But I had to pull my hands away multiple times because I was worried about being cut which has happened before at this nail salon. I bled and they still put the gel-x nail on my bleeding nail. Unfortunately, the finished manicure was disappointing. In the nail salon my nails looked okay, but once I saw them in the natural light, the paint job was horrible. The more I look at them the more unhappy I am with my nails. What's makes this frustrating is that I've overlooked issues in the past because I don't like confrontation. For example, sometimes they rush on my nails if other people come in and this is honestly so annoying because they could be doing such a great job. But as soon as someone arrives they start to rush and the nails end up just okay. Another thing about this salon is that they are not upfront with you. You ask for a certain color and they say yes, mind you these colors are from the books. Yet, when it's time to add the color they bring another similar one and if you tell them something that's when they finally tell you the color has run out. I think this is so frustrating because if you're telling me yes it's available first and then bringing something else because it's actually not but they know it's not available then just be honest! Another not so great experience that I've had is that one bristle of the nail polish brush was left on one of my nails and they happened to be my birthday nails. I was so sad but didn't say anything because I hate being confrontational. Even with the not so great experiences, I continued coming back because some employees genuinely cared and did a great job but it's only a few who actually cared. After this service, however I've decided not to return. Loyal customers should feel valued regardless of whether they're getting an elaborate nail set or a simple manicure. Better attention to detail, consistency, and customer service would make a huge difference in this salon. The pricing also doesn't match the quality we have been receiving. Spending $60-$80 for basic gel-x services when other nail techs offer better work and designs for similar prices makes it hard to justify coming back. I'm genuinely sad to leave this review because this salon has potential, but my experience made me feel more like an inconvenience than a valued customer. read more

I had a great experience at this nail salon! Kathy did an amazing job on my pedicure--she was gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My feet have never felt better!
