Let me start by saying I haven't gotten a mani or pedi in over 20 years. Other salons constantly try to upsell you on every little thing. It's annoying and does not make for a relaxing visit. I was recommended to this little hot spot by a friend. I went in for a pedi by Nancy and she was AMAZING! She took her time and really did a wonderful job. I've never had gel polish before. I couldn't believe how nice it came out and it lasts weeks! WEEKS!!!!! I've already gone back once and I will continue to get my toes polished and buffed every 6 weeks or so. Place is very dirty. I was getting a pedicure done and one of the workers who I believe is the manager there was peeling an orange and dropping the orange peel on the ground. As she would eat it she would also spit the pulp on the floor instead of a trash. That only proves how clean they are. Once they were done with my pedicure they didn't bother to clean the chair with any chemicals to disinfect. They only wiped the water off with a small towel. Very unprofessional! read more

I used to work at the cellphone store next door, so I've been coming to this place for the past 4 years. I have always gotten my nails done with the same lady and she always did an amazing job. A week ago, someone else did my nails and they did this horrible job. The woman who I believe is the manager, Tammy, did my nails. She did a sloppy job and I had to take the gel residue off my own nails. They tried to fix it but it was way too sloppy to be fixed. I came today because I had never had such problem and I had never complained even when they've messed up before, I always kept coming back. You'd think that since I've been coming here for so long, they'd appreciate me as a customer, but no. When I come back today, the lady acted like she didn't know me, she refused to redo my toes because apparently there was no one to do them, and charged me $14 to fix her sloppy work from the week before. As a loyal customer, I felt uncomfortable and unappreciated. I paid her the $14 and even gave the other lady who did my nails (sloppy too but better than last time) a tip. After 4 years of coming here, I'm never coming back, and neither do I recommend coming here when there are so many nail solons around this area. read more
