Making an appointment online was super easy. System was very efficient giving me a reminder of my appointment. Interior is very neat and clean, and every chair was full when I arrived. A large selection of polishes! All staff was very friendly, even if they were not the ones personally attending to you. I believe my technician may have been newer what seem to be an owner or definitely a senior technician was giving her instruction. On how payments and checkout were made. She did a wonderful job ! She was extremely gentle, and although she did not rush, everything was done rather quickly. The shaping was perfect and she took her time with the polish to make sure it was perfect. She kept referring to a picture I had shown her on shape . Even though I went in for a rather simple cat eye gel, it looked amazing. My only negative was that I did not leave with the fill that I had wanted, but I purely blame my miscommunication not knowing what gel builder was versus a gel set. I usually just let my regular tech do whatever all I knew it was gel. So I ended up with just gel builder on my regular nails, which were rather long. I had a broken nail by that evening, so going forward ,gel builder on natural nails would be just for a shorter nails not the length that I had. I'm not detracting the any stars or the service because it was impeccable. I blame the lack of communication on my part. I just wanted to throw it out there go knowing what you need! Lol. I highly recommend Mahalo nail bar definitely keeping them in my back pocket !

I noticed a lot of mix reviews here, but I can assure that everything was super clean, which is something I'm a bit of a stickler about. I sometimes get nervous with removals also because of previous salons I've visited. However, Michelle did a great job at being extremely gentle with my removal. After confirming what services I wanted (gel manicure and Refresh pedicure), I was shown gel colors along the wall to choose from. Feeling like something different today, I opted to get catseye gel polish. After picking my color, my nail technician started my manicure. She asked me what shape I wanted and there was a handy sheet that showed the different shapes - I opted for my regular square with rounded edges. She cut, filed and shaped them - but they weren't exactly the shape I wanted. It was close enough, so I just went with it. My nails turned out okay - the catseye color was pretty and I liked the look of it. The massage was good. However, the shape and application of polish needed some work. Overall - it just felt rushed. I was then shown to my pedicure station and someone else worked on my toes. The pedicure went fine, the colors chosen were pretty and everything went okay. Again, I enjoyed the massage and was able to relax. However, at the end, I was left at the station and my technician walked away. I assumed I was to wait for a while while my nails dried since I got regular polish on my toes. This would have been fine, but my technician never came back to check on my toes or tell me when I could leave. After half an hour, I checked my toes and tried to make eye contact so she could come back. After another 10 mins of sitting and trying to get her attention, she came back and I asked if I was good to leave. Overall, the 1st nail technician and owner(?) was welcoming when I came in. I liked the color that I got on my nails, but would prefer a different shape and a thinner application of polish. It ended up lifting within a week and peeling off after a week and a half. 2nd technician who did my toes was efficient, but I would have liked some communication about how long to wait and coming back to check on my toes. I will go back and try one more time as my friends highly recommend one of the technicians.

You know sometimes you go to Pedi places are they are pretending to be high end and fancy and after some time it's exhausting being in that space. The prices are great; not over the top at all. The Pedicure seats have a tray (where you can play your laptop, books or other things) while the lady helps your feet look presentable again...hehe. Also the pedicure chairs have seat warmers and the massage modes don't automatically turn off after some time. I loved this. Amy the lady who helped me didn't press the area where she saw my bruise so I was happy; she knew that one of my feet only needed upward movement during massage. I appreciated that and for this I'll always come here. I got a natural pedicure with no nail polish; but they have an abundance of colors to select from. One of my nails broke off on the ankle that was bruised and Amy slowly clipped it off and put a green Asian oil (Aromatic Medicated Oil) to help with pain. Really enjoyed my experience here!

The service was excellent; although I can't recall the name of the person who did my pedicure, she did a fantastic job and I enjoyed the conversation we had. The parking lot can get quite crowded, but fortunately, my mom has a handicap card, so we managed to snag one of the last available spots. While I was there, I learned that they have a vegan facial, so I scheduled an appointment to try it out. I'll share my thoughts on that experience next time.
