Then the lady who did me, her name is Yolanda was huffing and puffing the whole time. She would do one coat on my pedicure and leave me waiting 10 minutes to apply another one and leave me again for 15 minutes. Then she did my nails with dip powder when I really wanted ACRYLIC gel. The dip powder is already chipping. Oh, and when I get home I noticed my pedicure didn't even dry, like she said it would because she gave time for each coat. The most stupidest thing I've heard. I go to the nail salon to relax and she kept answering her personal phone calls and she wasn't gentle to me as she was doing my nails. I contacted Yolanda about my nails not drying properly and she respond with "" this emoji. Then she tells me I can come back the next day, she would let me know when she got there. The next day came and went and she never told me to come back.

Florescent lights galore as well. Say what you will, I love foot massages and pedicures. They often go hand in hand at nail salons. Unfortunately, there was no massage to speak of. More like a two second scrub and lotion. This was supposed to be relaxing? Wow, I might have rather have gone to the dentist for a cleaning. The dude who did my pedicure was neither gentile nor very sanitary. He also kept sniffling and wiping his nose while doing my feet. To top it all off, they cloth they use to dry my feet either had blood or paint stains on it. It seemed like it was washed recently but still.....No bueno man, no bueno. When finished, I presented my gift certificate and a small tip to the guy (he looked confused and mumbled something that resembled thanks), and I trotted out of there as soon as I could. I didn't care if my dainty toes got smudged, I wanted out. Especially after a screaming 3 year old and his equally loud and obnoxious mammasita came waltzing in shortly after I was done. Ugh.

They do a great job , I was in and out within half an hour so don't expect it to take longer than that. They don't offer any extra special pedicures or the 10 min for 10$ massage, which I was really hoping for. It is only the basic pedicure but not bad for the price! I do my eyebrows with Hannah and I've been sticking to her for about two years now! She takes her time and always leaves them looking fabulous, if I do say so myself. The space is clean but they do not use those removable plastic linings for pedicures. Not all salons do It but It feels extra clean when they do. Weekends of course are super busy , so try and call ahead of time for an appt , if not prepare to wait at least half hour. Tina , the owner is friendly and does her best to accommodate everyone and their needs. The appointment process was very easy and was not a long wait. I love the decor especially- it's super girly and you can tell they care about the vibe they give off. Ina greeted me and checked me in immediately, she took before pics, did a thorough consultation and really listened to what I had wanted. It was not my first time getting filler & Botox so I had a specific look in mind & she nailed it. She gave me ample numbing cream, changed the needle often and was very sanitary and clean. When I was done she explained everything I was to expect and took after photos (she later showed me these, along with updated photos, at my follow up appointment). She also gave me the cutest little bag with arnica cream, lip balm and a balm applier (so cute!) She was not pushy at all, she seemed very knowledgeable and confident, she was patient with my requests and she really did a great job, I will definitely go back!

From the time I walked in the door I was greeted by such friendly staff. Everyone was so nice from the receptionist, to Andrea who did my waxing, to The young lady who washed my hair, to the hair dresser-Jeanette, and also the other customers that were there getting their hair done. Thank you for the laughs especially coming straight from an 8 hour work day. You all made me feel so comfortable like I've been a long time customer and not just my first time there. The owner did not greet me or acknowledge me, but I noticed a completely different attitude when other customers entered. Unfortunately, the service I received from the employee who performed my pedicure was even more concerning. The employee was extremely rough throughout the entire service. She handled my feet aggressively, including repeatedly moving my feet roughly in and out of the basin. The service was painful and uncomfortable. The way she treated me made me feel like I was not being respected as a customer. During the appointment, I noticed employees looking at me and speaking amongst themselves while looking in my direction, which made me feel even more uncomfortable. The entire experience felt unprofessional and lacked basic kindness and customer care. What was most upsetting was that the owner was aware of what was happening but did not step in. She was informed about the situation, yet she continued working as if nothing happened. There was no immediate apology, no attempt to check on me, and no concern shown for the fact that I was being treated roughly. After leaving the salon, I realized how much pain I was in. I walked into the salon normally and walked out struggling to walk. I am now dealing with pain that has affected my ability to do everyday things, including working, exercising, and standing for long periods. I am also concerned about the cuts/open areas on my feet and the possibility of complications. I called the salon afterward because I wanted an explanation for how this situation was handled. The owner told me the workers apologized, but my concern was that she personally witnessed what happened and did not step in or acknowledge it at the time. It took me calling and expressing how hurt and disappointed I was before receiving an apology. When I returned to receive my refund, I felt dismissed. While I was explaining how much pain I was in and how this experience affected me, the owner's reaction came across as if the situation was not serious. I was also told that the pumice stone used during the service could cause damage, especially for new customers. However, I have been receiving pedicures for years and have never experienced anything like this. A customer should not leave a salon in pain because a service was performed too aggressively. A salon service should be relaxing and safe. Customers should never feel mistreated, uncomfortable, or leave injured after paying for a service. This was one of the most upsetting customer service experiences I have ever had. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before booking an appointment.
