Not only is she incredibly talented and detail-oriented, but she's also one of the kindest and most flexible people I've met. I've always had really difficult nail beds, and before I found Dara, I could barely get my nails to last more than two to three weeks -- if I was lucky. Since going to her, my nails now last 4-5 weeks easily, and they still look amazing the entire time. She truly knows what she's doing and tailors everything to your nails so they stay strong and beautiful. What I love most is how she helped me grow my real nails when I honestly thought it was impossible. I used to think I'd be stuck with short, weak nails forever, but she completely changed that for me. Now my nails are healthy, long, and exactly how I've always wanted them. What should have been a fairly standard service ended up being quite time-consuming, which was a bit frustrating. Unfortunately, the biggest issue has been the quality of the dip manicure. After just one week, my nails are in really poor condition -- the polish is cracking and chipping, and my natural nails are starting to split. For the price, I expected much better durability and overall results. I was also surprised that there were no massage chairs, especially given the higher cost of services. It felt like an important detail was missing from what should have been a more premium experience. Overall, while the location and customer service were positives, the long service time and disappointing quality of the dip manicure make it hard to justify the price.Now, I need to have my nails redone in my home state. While my nail service started on time, my pedicure didn't begin until about 45 minutes later, which significantly extended my visit. I also noticed that none of the usual front desk staff were there, which may have contributed to the lack of coordination. On top of that, the salon ran out of the color I originally chose, so I had to pick something different. During my Gel-X service, I was asked what length I wanted. I requested slightly longer than medium--nothing extreme. However, when I got to checkout, I was charged an additional $5 for length, which was never communicated beforehand. Overall, I've had better experiences here, which is why this stood out. The pricing for pedicures is already on the higher side, and the lack of massage chairs doesn't really match that price point.
