This review is about pricing . They are playing a game with their pricing and I honestly wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone because of it. I don't respect non transparent pricing practices, in which they engage. If you tell a customer the price is one thing, it should be that price. And if there are any differences in that pricing model, you should be able to explain it, clearly . Repeating over and over a number that your own register doesn't agree with is not great customer service. My nails were nice, but pay at your own risk. read more

Just moved into the area and gotta find away nail shop in my area . I stopped by and was welcomed by a smile which I love . Right away I was asked if I had an appointment and I said no with a Sad face but quickly turns into a smile because I was able to go right away . I got a full set gel for my nails and I got a pedicure. I think it was the second choice in gel . Great service I love the 5 min foot massage that ( Tom Gave ) of course it came with the service . It's nice and clean beautiful seats and great music . Definitely recommend . I did have to come back unfortunately. 18 days later my pinky nail is off and I have a few nails that lifting . I get policy but 18 days later ..... come on . I did reach out to the salon and was offered to pay $8 to fix the pinky nail ..... I'm a licensed cosmetologist and 18 days .... I would have found a better solution for my guest ..... especially with new guest ...... that's how you keep and retain your clients ...... read more

I genuinely love this nail salon and always leave happy. I get Gel-X extension manicures and gel pedicures, and the quality of work here is consistently excellent. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the salon is very clean, and the massage chairs are great, which makes pedicures actually relaxing. Their prices feel very fair for the level of care and detail they put into their work. I've had my nails done by Rosie and Lim, and both have done an amazing job, super meticulous, patient, and attentive to detail. My nails always look beautiful, and I've never had issues with chipping or extensions lifting, which says a lot. Overall, it's a reliable, comfortable place with great service and great results. I will never go to another nail salon not only are they kind but they do excellent work and they guarantee their work. I'm a little bit rough on my nails so once or twice I've completely broken one off and they always replace it for me and never charge me. I really liked this nail salon and felt it was clean and safe. Last week I got a gel manicure and my nail got infected. It started with my thumb getting very red by the cuticle and now I have a huge infection called Paronychia. I just want to warn you ladies to bring your own nail clippers or make sure they are clean. I am so upset and will never return to this place. My thumb feels like its on fire. :( UPDATE: It is a staph infection! I had to go on antibiotics because of the bacteria on my thumb. This has got to be one of the best nail salons I've ever visited. I first found this business on Yelp after noticing that the nail techs are really talented at nail art, nail trends and also offered Gel X extensions. Because they had such great ratings I was worried they wouldn't be able to take me as a walk-in, but to my delight they were able to squeeze me in. As soon as I sat down with my nail tech I could tell she was very experienced. She moved quickly, but in an efficient way versus rushed. She asked the right questions and when I showed her a picture of my ideal length and shape, she took a quick look and made mental note. Now, I've had a lot of nail techs do this and then not really get it right so I've gotten into a habit of having a picture close to pull up as we approach the shaping and cutting part of the manicure. When she approached the time to shape the nails, I pulled it up again and she re-assured me that she's got it, and indeed she did. She shaped and filed it to PERFECTION. She was also really great at calling out any additional costs just so I was aware prior to application. For example, I really wanted to try the cat eye effect nail polish where they have to use a magnet in order to create the effect. She let me know that would cost an extra $15 which I was aware of but appreciated the communication. They were also even able to fit in a pedicure despite my concerns about timing. But she got me into the pedicure chair and finished my manicure there while someone else did my pedicure (thus showing how efficient they were.) I'm obsessed with my nails and just wish I had a salon like this near me in DC. But next time I'm back in LA, I'll be sure to be back! read more

She works at the salon twice weekly, and I normally see her on Sundays. I saw this idea on TikTok, and Victoria brought it to life: two coats of bubble bath topped with chrome powder. The nails came out on fire! Pink and shiny. The extra $15 for chrome nails is worth the added glam. The prices for gel builders are reasonable, ranging from $50 to $60. Plus, the free parking and convenient location with a nearby Starbucks and restaurants make it a convenient and enjoyable experience every time. read more

Lam was efficient, quick, and I like the way he shaped my nails Midway through the manicure, he told me that the service would be $65 + an extra $10 for the color, so $75 total. After he put the top coat on, he put cuticle oil on my hands, and I asked him if he was going to trim my cuticles because they were a little ragged from the service. He trimmed them, but told me that that service was not included in my manicure, which is standard in most places. It's a cute shop and much closer to my house than my other nail shop, but the experience was just a basic polish change that shouldn't have cost me more than $35 after tip. read more

I saw the reviews on this salon and wanted to bring my best friend for her birthday but, the salon is very overpriced. It was $75 for gel-x, plus $20 for cateye polish, and plus, it's $5 per design. I wanted to do my design that I wanted off Pinterest, which they quoted $155 (picture added). It would be better to just go to a nail tech. Also, we decided on pedicures, they costed $34 dollars. My best friend decided to get premium color. Gel costs way more for pedicures. French tips were extra $10 charge. Also, the nail artists seemed annoyed of us after my requests to fix the hearts on my ring fingers. It took a while, but i just accepted it. There's ugly stuck under my nails that I can't get rid of and some had air bubbles. Also, her toe started bleeding and they just wiped it. They also sanded down the sides of my middle finger, which is now in pain every time any liquid touches it. In total, for gel-x plus cat eye polish, two hearts, and a normal pedicure plus french tips came out to 159 (plus tip). My best friend's came out to 160. They do pedicures and manicures at the same time tho, so that was nice. read more

Been here a few times and love this spot! Yes, they are on the slightly more expensive side, $48 for a gel removal and mani, but they guarantee it lasts 2 weeks, and they fix it for free if it chips. Moon is so sweet and did a great job. She gave me a bottle of cuticle oil for free just because. I went to a couple cheaper prices for my last 2 manicures ($38 for a gel mani) and they chipped within 3-4 days and overall it was terrible.
