I usually get anxious going to nail salons because so many techs rush you, are rude, or constantly try to upsell you. That wasn't the case here. They were upfront about pricing from the start, so there were no surprises. What stood out most was how patient they were while I picked my color. I went back and forth a few times, and they never made me feel rushed. I even had two people helping me find the perfect shade. Henry did an amazing job. He worked quickly, checked in throughout the process, and made sure I liked how everything was looking every step of the way. My builder gel set came out perfect. The only thing I'll ask for next time is a little less drilling, as there was one point where my nails burned slightly. Everyone there is so kind and makes you feel genuinely cared for. Milano just secured me as a customer for life. I had the absolute best experience at Milano today. Kimberly did my amazing builder gel cat eye nails, and they look better than they've ever looked. Phillip was awesome with his pedicure service. I've already made an appointment with the two of them for next month. Why I'm switching: Upscale decor, HUGE facility, greeted with nail swatches/complimentary drink menu, cut off gloves to protect my hands from UV rays, staff spoke English, flat screen TVs with subtitles in their 3 large mani pedi spa rooms, snacks offered along with drink refills, great mani, and above all...free underground parking!
