I walk straight to him with my photo each time. I will say my only complaint... is that they have nothing playing on the TV's. Just the same tropical photo progression over and over. To have something playing on the TV's, even if it's on mute with closed captioning and their music in the background- would make SUCH a difference. She was unhappy to hear my feedback and seemed annoyed that I was pointing this out. My cuticles were barely cut (what happened to the manicure part!?), the outline at the top of my nail beds was inconsistent, there are bumps in my nails from a careless cleaning, and I was cut during cleaning of my cuticles. The owner does not make you feel wanted or grateful for your business.
