This is my favorite coffee house in Chico by far! The cappuccinos are legit and you can really tell they put the time and energy into their product. The service here is very nice and the only thing I wish was that the Sacramento one was as good as the one in Chico. This place is especially a nice place to go to meet up with friends or just take a nice break from your day. read more

Coffee isn't as good and the atmosphere has gone kinda of flat lately. Really miss the amazing mural. Service is either warm or totally cold. Hit or miss. Delicious mochas, teas, and lattes! On the expensive side for coffee but full of caffeine and flavor. Not a great variety of pastries or food. Very chill atmosphere, although some of the clientele is a bit too... "hippy" for my taste. read more

Locally owned, great staff, continually changing interior, and cool live events. Best coffee in town. Oh and fantastic local kombucha.

Naked Lounge is a laid back place to study or just relax. If you go you have to try the Bowl of Soul. It is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good coffee, nice staff, and centrally located. Good for studying if you can resist the people watching. It can be difficult when most of the chairs seem to be pointed towards the door. People complaining about the customers are obviously easily intimidated and maybe should worry more about themselves and less about the other patrons. I've never actually BEEN to this place, but I met a couple of these guys at the Western Regional Barista Competition and they are really into coffee and they were a lot of fun to watch, so I'm sure they do a really great job at their place. If I ever find myself in Chico, I will definately go here. Not sure about those shoe-shaped chairs, but whatever. read more

Naked Lounge is full of Bitchy Waitstaff but they do know their shit! Best coffee in TOWN hands down! Bowl of Soul is AHAMAZING! Not to mention that the staff will always be willing to experiment and make cool concoctions to your liking. You may have to wait a bit longer to get your cafe drinks than say, starbucks, but you cool kids would never be caught dead drinking such dreadful coffee right? The atmosphere ranks high too, even if you do have to put up with all the damn hipsters. More lighting would be nice though! read more

Visiting in Chico, brother said this was the place to go for good cup of coffee. He was not wrong. Coffee was strong and flavorful. The art design on my daughters hot chocolate made her experience good. I would say 4.5 only reason not 5 is I thought the pastry/ sweets selection was a little weak. read more

Stopped in here on the way back to SF from Lassen. I was a little worried that the experience would be a lesson in hipster disdain, but, I was pleasantly surprised. The barista was nice and friendly enough. Our drinks arrived in a timely manner and my americano was done just as I requested and very tasty. Some fun art around and the space was interesting. Stopped in the day after Christmas to get some work done via a good internet connection, get of the house crawling with family and distractions, and drink one of my favorite drinks from the area, Chico Chai. First time at Naked, I came early morning to study and have a cup of coffee. The girl working at the counter was sweet and helpful, suggested a vanilla bean cappuccino so I ordered it. Never disappointed when I get my usual, which is a cappuccino or an americano. I have yet to try the pastries but I rarely do as I'm a vegan. This place has an interesting ambiance with a good group of collegiate students and adults, of the "alternative" crowd. Also some interesting murals on the wall... This coffee shop will always be a favorite of mine. I've lived in Chico for the past 6 years and I always find myself here during midterms, dead week and all of the other days in between. I wish they could bring back all of their cool stickers! I am a huge fan of their cappuccinos and recently just tried the hot chocolate; delicious, as always.
