The gimbap were delicious with a good ratio from rice to ingredients. Some of the pieces did fall apart when I picked them up, though. The disappointment of the meal was the kimchi. It tasted a bit spoiled as opposed to the sourness that comes from the fermentation process. Definitely don't regret supporting small, family-owned businesses.
