The service is quick and efficient, and everything is made to order. You can watch the whole process of your kimbap get made: rice and ingredients on top of the seaweed, rolled, brushed with sesame oil, and cut. I've tried most of their kimbaps [tuna, bulgogi, jinmi (spicy squid), cheese, kimchi, yuboo cho bab (fried tofu skin kimbap), Angel kimbap (keto)], and my top three are: bulgogi, tuna, jinmi. I absolutely love their spicy chewy noodles with vegetables (jjolmyun). It's not that spicy and packed with shredded cabbage, carrots, and cucumbers. Their spicy rice cake (ddukbokki) is decent and hits the mark. The steamed dumplings and fried chicken were okay. The hand-pulled dough (vegetable) soup (sujebi) was good. Where as the brisket version above that will have the even more delicious briskets with some fat for max enjoyment, I guess. Either way, the clearer broth impressed even my wife who doesn't like regular Sullungtang, so it's that clean tasting.
