The delivery was a standard delivery because when you pay more the delivery doesn't arrive any faster. The order was made at 3:18 and with a 40-minute delivery window or at 4:00 pm. The app showed an ETA of 4pm. The driver arrives early and stood outside, not bothering to call the number provided. I will go as far as to say, maybe I did not hear the new delivery window alert. Why did he stand at the salon and not come to the apartment build? I remember that I used to delivery Uber Eats and I went to Red Lobster, delivered the food, told the customer to check the order before I leave. There was a problem. I drove back to Red Lobster to retrieve the missing lobster tail. Red Lobster said that they were closed, long story short, I drove back to the customer, lobster tail in-tow.
