Get a message from the restaurant that they don't have turkey so I ask them if they have small red snapper, which is listed on the menu, they say yes. Fine, I expect my order to arrive with a fried small red snapper right? Nope. Instead they sent stewed fish in a small bowl. So why did you tell me you had small red snapper if you didn't intend on sending me that?! Just simply an outrageous experience that I had today coming into this restaurant, this is my second encounter with the staff, not only being rude, but the owner was extremely rude today, with dismissing the fact that I thought that the pork looked really old and have been sitting out. I ordered fried goat with plantains and rice. I put black rice in the notes but I guess they didn't have any. I got white rice. It came with a side of what looked like beans but the beans were cooked down. So there weren't chunks of beans. Everything was delicious. The fried plantains weren't too hard. The goat was FLAVORFUL and the beans over the white rice paired perfectly. I gave 4 stars because I didn't get black rice. I wanted Haitian food for the black rice. She did a whole tasting session with me to help me pick a menu for my event. The price was reasonable and worth the quality of the service provided. You as a business need to make it your duty to ensure that your menu is accurately reflected in any delivery app you provide services on. I ordered food from here yesterday through UberEats. I have to say they exceeded my expectations. The food was taste, and flavorful! It was obvious they chose quality over quantity. The plantains were perfectly riped and fried to perfection. Their fried Yucca (in Kreole we call it accra) was so delicious, even though it needed a tab bit more salt (but some people may like it as is).
