Great food, great price, great staff! Large quantity for cheap. They have a classic diner menu with lots of space.

Have heard about Nana's for years and finally made it there today. What a waste of money! Walked in, nobody greeted us so we chose a table. Still got ignored. This should have told us to leave but we heard such good things about this place. Two cups of coffee (mud) were so bad that we asked for fresh. Waited forever for "fresh coffee" and it was more mud. $1.75 per cup. The couple next to us were complaining about the coffee also. Horrible French toast, 2 eggs, bacon for me and biscuits and gravy for my girlfriend which were cold and disgusting! Side order of 3 pieces of bacon with the biscuits was 3.99. Bill was $22 plus tip. Very disappointed. Stick with any other breakfast place in Naples. There are so many good ones but stay away from this one. The only nice thing was the very sweet new waitress who did an excellent job of serving inedible food. read more

Just had breakfast here and it was delicious. I tried the eggs, biscuit & potato cake. Potato cake is mashed potatoes and on the grill as she described. It was delicious!!! We all enjoyed our food. My friend had a fried fish sandwhich and loved it, also enjoyed the crab cakes. We had a great server who was very helpful. If you are in naples, you should definitely try it out. read more

Traveling south and thought would be a good spot for breakfast. Sat at a table for 10 minutes and no one stopped or said be right with you. Waitress seemed to want to avoid the table. I went on tuesday am was not impressed with the new building. I liked when you walk in they take your picture, before it made it feel like a family dinner now it just feels like a commericial dinner. New touches were great to get people in tournaments karokee. read more

First time last week giving Nana's new location a shot. Haven't eaten from there since they were still operating at their former location. Went in on a Wednesday night I believe, & ordered the all-you-can-eat country style rib/fried chicken dinner, but after our first plate was delivered, it was brought to our attention that there was no more of the ribs or chicken. Was bummed out at first, but it was all good in the end due to the fact that at Nana's, they are not shy with their portions. Seems like they're still getting used to the new swing of things, & am sure that conditions will improve in the meantime. Would recommend Nana's more for breakfast, though! read more

On Wednesday December 12, 2018 my family ordered to go a breakfast sandwich. This is something we have done many times and have always enjoyed, but not this day. After taking a huge bite and begining to chew I felt great pain as I bit into something extremely hard. I jumped and it pierced my cheek. We just left Nanas after having the worst breakfasts ever ! My children had the pancakes which were under cooked and had the consistency of glue I had the French toast which was ok $ 50 for 1 adult and 2 kids is Way too much money to pay for breakfast in a strip mall in Goldengate city! The main reason though for my review is the restaurant is filthy! There were 10 flies on the windowsills next to us and gnats flying in the air as we were eating waitresses and service were great but there's no excuse for having a dirty restaurant read more

Simple cafeteria/diner atmosphere. Good comfort style food and huge portions. You can easily split a meal.

They are back open in a very nice location and will do well. We went for lunch and had the same great experience that we always had in the old place. They were really busy, which is good! Give them a try, you won't regret it! read more

4 of us went to Nana's last night after seeing it's rating online. I had the fried fish which was pretty good but wish the coating had been a little lighter. Best sweet potato fries I've had anywhere! My wife opted for the fried chicken upon recommendation of our very attentive server. Disappointingly dry but she really liked the mashed potatoes and broccoli. Another had the liver and onions and gave it high marks. The fourth had the chicken and dumplings and thought it was very good too. Don't take the in-laws unless they are used to down home décor as this is not a fancy place. But the food is good, very generous portions and very reasonable prices. If you go on Tuesday evening you can here some very bad karaoke starting around 7. Overall, we would return and certainly want to try the breakfast. Give it a try. read more

On the last exit before toll to Miami headed south. Southern cuisine with attitude is their motto. Popular come as you are sit anywhere place with roll of paper towels on every table. Tried their 3 egg special with home fries and three pancakes, quite filling. Coffee cup refilled once by friendly waitress. At $8.20 total quite reasonable. Within a strip mall, plenty of parking. This place is absolutely horrible, its dark and dingy. The service doesnt help, they are not attentive and super slow. The food is all freezer food, the spagetti and meatballs was from a can and frozen meatballs nothing is homemade. Disgusting and what a waste of money nothing is southern at all. I never leave a bad review and I sure hope my experience is unique but today I sat down for over 10 minutes and no one even said hello I was sitting in the very front and at least three ladies in black nana's T-shirts walked by me. This is a case of bigger is not better. Very sad....used to go to old location....great food great service there. Just waited an hour for cold breakfast.... Just don't go in to early because you won't get any service. I went in at 630 am and there was a sign that said seat yourself, which I did. I then waited and waited and nobody came over. I then got up and saw a waitress sitting at a table w a customer talking. There's no way she couldn't see but she didn't even acknowledge I was there. Not a good experience. Seems customer service preference is given to the regulars. Asked for cream for the coffee and it came with attitude. Ordered our breakfast and waited....waited....waited....while seeing two tables that ordered after us get their meals first. When our plates finally arrived, two out of the three were ice cold. Props to the owner who had them re-done, came out quickly and were at least warm this time. Corned beef hash tasted like it came out of a can. Hash browns were rubbery and soggy. Pancakes were decent but slightly burnt. Home fries and French toast were decent. We will not be back. read more
