Well no bad guys ever showed up, and the hucksterism was pretty low key. The excitement was not to be had either but it was obvious that these trucks are feeding a lot of people. If they were only able to lower their prices even a little they could be feeding even more but I guess their overhead is probably pretty high even for a parked truck. Anyway I was expecting a bit lower price scale, but it is what it is. So .. For fifteen bucks plus tax and tips I got the seared salmon. The fish was nicely cooked, I enjoyed it. The vegetables were pretty meh but did help bring more of the sauce to the palate. Yes, the sauce was good, right on the verge of too much soy, but they did a good job keeping it balanced. The salmon portion size was small, but not insultingly tiny. Could have been a bit larger for the $15, the value is not there only if you compare to what you make at home, otherwise it's probably disappointedly normal. When you get your six inch diameter bowl you will see what I mean. The heap of rice made for good entertainment feeding the chickens. You're discouraged from feeding them so I just sat the bowl down behind the coffee guys trailer and watched them pig out. It is not exactly "Fast" food here, they are actually cooking the meal while you wait. I had my order in 12 minutes though, exactly how long she said it would take.

I gave him an odd look because it was extreme false advertisement. I could've spent my $15 at Geste shrimp for a way better tasting shrimp. I did not enjoy the shrimp I got here. I will however say their pita bread and hummus is good as well as their lemonade. This is the only reason I give it a 2 star. But I am not a supporter of false advertisement and they did not even mention on their menu of a different shrimp served, I was neither informed when ordering that it is going to be a different shrimp. In conclusion, if you get a meal from them, ASK to make sure you are getting what is in the menu photo. Sauce was slightly too sweet for me, but I still inhaled my overflowing plate. The spring rolls were substantive, four nestled in the container with a sweet chili sauce. Golden crisp and filled with a similar vegetable mix as the pad Thai. About $31 for the order including tip that was somehow added on before I noticed.

The wrap was absolutely delicious and I gobbled up the whole thing in a nano-second because I was so hungry for something healthy, and so happy to have found it amid all the corporate chain food options in town. There are so many options on the menu, in the salad bar to pick from, so this may be difficult if you are someone who overthinks things or has a hard time making a decision, but rest assured, it is ALL fresh and healthy, wholesome, with plenty of 'favorites' to choose from. I believe the truck had 2 guys and they put out the food relatively quickly. We ordered the ribeye steak which they cooked the steak medium (as requested) and came with rice, macaroni salad and vegetables. Additionally, we had the chicken plate as well. Both dishes were great, just on the pricy side and maybe ask for the sauce on the side. Parking can be found on the street or across at the lot.
