I recently got a Akamai TBA with gluten free bread and it was so good. Gluten free bread has to be practically burnt in order to taste edible and to not fall apart and this was perfectly crunchy and toasted. And a bonus here because gluten free bread is typically half the size of regular bread, but Akamai understands the disparity and gives serves the sandwich with four slices of bread.
